MARTIN ARMSTRONG: I have warned that the Neocons are scared to death of Trump, and if RFK joins Trump as the Attorney General, as I have been arguing behind the curtain, they are desperate to start World War III before the election.

Indeed, Russia has an opportunity to now annihilate the entire invading force, including Americans, by deploying a small tactical nuclear weapon inside its own borders. Nobody can say anything about that, and Russia would be within its right to do so just as if Chinese, Russian, or North Korean private military invaded the United States.  --Martin Armstrong

Last June, Biden lifted the ban on American contractors sending mercenaries into Ukraine. When he lifted the ban on American weapons, allowing them to be deployed inside Russia, this was another step that de facto allowed these private American military operations to invade Russia pretending it is not the official United States. I have warned that the Neocons are scared to death of Trump, and if RFK joins Trump as the Attorney General, as I have been arguing behind the curtain, they are desperate to start World War III before the election.
The Neocons used Biden to circumvent Congress to create World War III, deploying private armies to negate Congressional approval.  --Martin Armstrong
Sources are reporting that Stephanie Holmes, the US Chargé d’Affaires in Russia, was summoned to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to explain why Americans have invaded Russia with the invasion of the Ukrainian Army into the Kursk region.  By 2008, the US Department of Defense employed 155,826 private contractors in Iraq — and 152,275 troops. This degree of privatization is unprecedented in modern warfare. The Neocons used Biden to circumvent Congress to create World War III, deploying private armies to negate Congressional approval.

September has been a significant target on our computer all year for civil unrest and international war. Gold’s performance appears linked to this action, whereas silver and platinum have not responded. While gold may peak by next week, September remains a major Panic Cycle in many markets, including gold. Russia is certainly within its right to use whatever means necessary to eradicate this invading force. If it does not respond on its own territory, then it would only invite a full-scale NATO invasion.

These Neocons are traitors to the United States and the future of our nation, all for their personal hatred of Russians.

Russia to conduct missile tests for 10 days 300 miles offshore from San Francisco in international waters.

What Putin does not get is that our wonderful Neocons care nothing about the country, the people, and certainly not the economy.  He keeps warning – is this what you really want? They do not back down and want war so bad they can taste it in their sleep.  --Martin Armstrong

Thanks to Martin Armstrong @ Armstrong Economics.

Putin keeps trying to warn the American Neocons that they are playing with World War III, which will be nuclear. They issued a Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM) that they will be firing missiles in a test just off the coast of northern California coast, thereby alerting pilots of Russian missile launches to LAND / IMPACT in the Oakland Air Route Traffic Control Center ((ARTCC). This will begin tomorrow and continue for 10 days. This is 300 miles offshore in international waters.

What Putin does not get is that our wonderful Neocons care nothing about the country, the people, and certainly not the economy. The Climate Change zealots in the White House agree with them and think reducing the population may be the only way to reach their NET ZERO target for CO2. He keeps warning – is this what you really want? They do not back down and want war so bad they can taste it in their sleep.

The first week of June in a Panic Cycle and the climate change nuts are punching for restrictions on travel this summer and the date is June 6th is what they are shooting for. They want to curtain your summer vacation this year to reduce CO2. If they can throw in war – fantastic! The only question they indeed to ask after World War III – Did we get enough of them to save the planet?

Russia is not your enemy, President Putin is not your enemy!

Vladimir Putin has been good for Russia, he's been good for the Middle East, and Europe, and he's even been good for the United States.

From 2008 to 2014, 14,000 Russians in the Donbass have been killed

Russia launched an operation it felt it had to secure its country.  We had been working tirelessly for at least the last 20 years to undermine and weaken Russia in whatever way possible.  We decided that we didn't care very much for Mr. Putin and his success at retrieving Russia from the ash heap of history.  And then the Russians made it very clear that they would not accept NATO on its borders.  Effectively, they'd done that with Latvia and Estonia, but they made it very clear that Ukraine, which is roughly the size of Texas in the United States, could never be a member of NATO.  That it presented too much of a danger.  They made that clear in 2008 in Budapest.

Once the Russians invaded Ukraine, they made the mistake that they expected someone would negotiate with them.  They went in with a really small force, no more than 90,000 on the ground, and they discovered after 2 or 3 months, 4 months, even though they were not taking heavy casualties, they discovered that they weren't going to get a negotiated settlement.  Finally, the [Russian] generals met with Putin last summer and said that this is a war.  This is not what we bargained for, we miscalculated, the underlying assumptions were wrong, there is no one to talk to.  They realized they had to get ready for a real war, which meant mobilizing reserves, expanding the size of the army, training everybody up, and re-equipping people because the equipment they used initially was almost all obsolescent.  So that was completed by Christmas.  Then there was pressure to launch an offensive, but the weather didn't cooperate, so the decision was made, since we don't have firm ground, and you'll recall that in that part of the world we have this thing called Rasputitsa, which is effectively a sea of mud that makes it virtually impassable for armored fighting vehicles or wheeled vehicles.  If you leave the hard-surfaced road, you're in big trouble.  If you go back to WWII, you'll find that the major offensives were either launched in the dead of winter when the ground was frozen or they were launched in June, July, August, or September.  So the Russians then said, fine, we'll build an impregnable defense, hold what we got, and invite the Ukrainians to attack us.  And in the meantime, Ukrainians have taken terrible, terrible losses.  These losses have never been truthfully reported in the Western media because Washington was very concerned that if it became clear that Ukrainians were dying in great numbers, their forces almost being destroyed faster than they could be fielded, the support for this insane notion for waging a proxy war on the backs of Ukrainian people against Russia would no longer be supported in NATO.  So the easy solution was lie.  And then you have a compliant media which is ideologically aligned with the globalist neocon governments, especially in Washington and London, then it becomes very easy to tailor the message to somehow or another to sustain support.  And remember, Russia still has the legacy of the Cold War behind it, and what that means is that it's easy to convince people that Russians are bad, Russians are evil.  After all, wasn't the Soviet Union bad or evil?  Of course, this is not the Soviet Union.  This country today is radically different.  If anything, it is extremely religious, culturally conservative, and I think the Russian military, contrary to what's being reported in the Western media, has behaved extraordinarily well, is not guilty of 90% of the war crimes of which it's being accused.  On the other hand, the Ukrainian military has behaved atrociously

11 million + Ukrainians have left the country, and they have no intention of going back to Ukraine.  Haven't begun to traffick children and women.  The squandering of cash that ends up in places like Cyprus, belonging to people like Zelensky and key people in his operation, including generals in the Ukranian Army even down to the battalion level.   This is a disaster and we should put a stop to it right away and try to rescue as much of Ukraine as we can.

Thanks to Alex Krainer.

The Plot to Seize Russia

This interview is dated but quite good since Martin talks about how Yeltsin handed over Russia to Putin.  This interview comes from Geopolitics and Empire, a terrific website that covers lots of interesting topics.

A summary of Martin's book which he is handing out to attendees at his next conference can be read here,

Martin Armstrong discusses his new book based on declassified documents where in the 1990s the West, NATO, and Russian oligarchy plotted to seize Moscow, loot Russia, and takeover its natural resources. Yeltsin turned to Putin who was not a communist and is not an oligarch. The Moscow apartment bombings or propaganda surrounding them being a false flag would likely have come from Boris Berezovsky. The Great Reset is basically a debt default and the EU is a disaster that will fall apart. At this point most of the attack on Russia is related to “climate change” and to shut down fossil fuels.

The plot was to seize control of Russia and installing their own man, Boris Berezovsky, and merge it into NATO, turning Russia into a vassal state with Berezovsky as president for life.  Later, he was sorry and wanted to return to Russia and wrote a letter to Putin.  Tell us what's really been going on between east and west . . .

Yeltsin was being blackmailed from two sides, and his last words to Putin were "Take care of Russia."

THE SCORE: US has admitted that China’s supersonic flew around the world and then hit its target. The US has been unable to create an equivalent and these type of weapons are FIRST STRIKE

Thank you to Martin Armstrong of Armstrong Economics.

One must wonder when Zelensky will stop sacrificing his people for no reason. He has done his best to trag the world into World War III trying to visit devastation upon the entire world. Both China and Russia have supersonic missiles. The US has admitted that China’s supersonic flew around the world and then hit its target. The US has been unable to create an equivalent and these type of weapons are FIRST STRIKE meaning they cannot be defeated.

This is not about supporting Zelensky v Putin. This is about preventing World War III. For indeed, as Einstein said, he did not know what weapons would exist for World War III. We are witnessing that with supersonic missiles and biological weapons that can terminate specific ethnic groups on a grand scale (see latest James Bond Movie). But Einstein imagined that World War IV would be fought with sticks and stones.

Zelensky went on Ukrainian television channels and said he would be willing to discuss a commitment from Ukraine to not seek NATO membership in exchange for a cease-fire, the withdrawal of Russian troops and a guarantee of Ukraine’s security. While that complies with the Belgrade Agreement of 1991 when Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons promising to not join NATO and remain neutral, he is still refusing to comply with the Minsk Agreement of 2014 where he was to honor the democratic right of the Donbas to vote on their own sovereignty since they were Russians and Ukraine was merely created by the Soviet Union in drawing borders.

Zelensky said: “It’s a compromise for everyone: for the West, which doesn’t know what to do with us with regard to NATO, for Ukraine, which wants security guarantees, and for Russia, which doesn’t want further NATO expansion.”

Why he just refuses to comply with the Minsk Agreement seems to be a matter of Ukrainian Nazi pride that they simply hated Russians, Jews, and everyone in Poland? The refusal to allow democratic solutions in Ukraine appears to be instigated by the American Neocons have been pushing for war since they instigated the Cuba Missile Crisis with the failed Bay of Pigs. Cuba then struck a deal with Russia for nuclear weapons to prevent the Neocons from invading Cuba again. It has long been suspected that Kennedy was assassinated for standing up against the Neocons.

The hypocrisy of the Neocons is just in your face. On March 21st, 2022, spokesman Ned Price said in justifying war against Russia: ” The principle that each and every country has a sovereign right to determine its own foreign policy, has a sovereign right to determine for itself with whom it will choose to associate in terms of its alliances, its partnerships, and what orientation it wishes to direct its gaze. In this case, Ukraine has chosen a democratic path, a path – a Western-looking path, and that is something that, clearly, President Putin was not willing to countenance.”

The Neocons had no problem violating that very principle with the excuse to invade Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, their attempted invasion justification against Syria and Cuba. Allowing Ukraine to join NATO would be no different than Russia supplying nukes to Cuba. Perhaps these Neocons were addicted to Battleship as kids and then want to play that on a real world level. The scary part is that both China and Russia have their versions of Neocons who are all striving to create World War III.

Then Japan wonders why after following the West down this Neocon rat hole imposing sanctions on Russia, why would Russia then break off all peace treaty talks with Japan? Do we have the same level of incompetent Japanese politicians as in the rest of the West? Are all of these politicians plain outright stupid? Do they really think they can punish Russia and there will be no response? I have never in my 40-year career dealing with governments have I EVER witnessed such incompetence.

TOM LUONGO ON THE STATE OF THE SUPPLY CHAIN

1:09:00  Biden, or whoever represents Biden--it's Obama, Susan Rice, and the rest of them--they are in charge of policy, and the Federal Reserve is on the outside looking in being forced into a subordinate role, and while all of my Austrian brethren would think that that's a very good thing, that is exactly what you don't want.  And right, and I've been literally saying this for 8 months, and I never thought that these words would come out of my mouth, but as far as I am concerned if I'm right with my read, Jerome Powell is the best ally we have right now.  Jerome Powell on the one side, Putin's army on the other, you can wipe out Davos; you can wipe out the European Union.  And you could force a restructuring of Europe that would be good for Europe in the long run and would be good for humanity overall.  And I'm dead serious when I say that, and unfortunately, it's going to take a war to do it but hopefully, it will be as little war as possible, and as few people will be killed as possible.  I hope that the people who are in the State Department telling President Zelensky of Ukraine, "Don't surrender.  Don't surrender.  Don't surrender," meaning Anthony Blinken, they need to stop.  And they need to realize that they're going to hang from lampposts when this is all over.  Because that's what's going to happen.  Because they're going to be tried, they're going to be convicted because the political backlash is coming in a way that it's going to be ugly, and I don't want it to be ugly.  the righteous amount of anger that we're just starting to see from the Russians, and the way that they're telling us that they're going to scratch, is here.  They have plenty of tools, plenty of weapons at their disposal which has nothing to do with them launching nukes at anybody, or invading Poland or Romania, and anything like that.  The bigger question has to do with the people who are losing decide to take that choice away from them.  It'll cost people some time.  It'll costs people a couple of years of privation and hardship.  And what I see in the future is bad. It's all bad. It's going to be bad or it'll be worse; I'd rather have it be bad than worse. And bad is food shortages, basic breakdown of spare parts, all of this stuff.  We all worry about what the world looks like at $200 a barrel of oil.  But no one's really contemplated what the world looks like at $500/pound aluminum.  And that's what we have . . . when aluminum is supposed to be trading at $.85. And it's trading at $5, guys.  Nickel is trading at like whatever . . . yes.

1:12:00  I was doing an interview this morning.  Nickel is up 33%.

Right, and we're going to take Norilsk Nickel off the market, one of the biggest nickel producers in the world.  How are we going to produce stainless steel or for anything else that we use stainless steel for, which is pretty much the entire world?  You realize that, right, I mean I did 5 years in the palladium industry . . . in metallurgy.  I know my steel compounds.  We need chromium.  We need nickel.  We need Molly [short for Molybdenum]  We need Vanadium.  We need Yttrium.  We need all these metals.  Where are you going to get them?  And you're going to take the Russians out of the market, what are you nuts!

1:12:40  It's not just that.  How are you going to refine oil when you can't get the flange to replace the one that broke on the distillation column?  This is basic stuff here or the rubber gaskets that used to cost a penny that we can't even get now because Thailand and Malaysia's rubber industry has collapsed because of capital flight.  And everybody is starving because the rice patties are empty.  This is what they're doing to the world.  And Putin is the enemy?

1:13:20  Economics is not dry stuff like we discuss numbers on a page.  Economics is blood.  Every day all I see are dead people.  All I see are children going without because some stupid government bureaucrat doesn't know the basics of the laws of diminishing marginal utility. Like it's not even hard.  Can I teach it to these people?  It's 5 minutes, now shut up and think about it for a minute.  Blood and trade-offs.

"The carrot that Schwab is handing out [to the different governors, prime ministers, and leaders] is the end to democracy. So they no longer have to be accountable to anybody . . . "

Thanks to Martin Armstrong.

4:00  COVID crisis really began with the Repo Crisis which began in 2019.  US banks were suddenly not willing to lend to anybody in Europe, so the Federal Reserve had to step in.  And just recently, I spoke to the top 3 major U.S. banks in New York, and they will not accept any European bond whatsoever for collateral.  It's interesting to see the capital flows, and there are people who do know what's going to happen in advance and they begin to move their money; that's what our computer picks up.

5:12  He was put into prison under civil contempt, which you're not entitled to a trial.  The statute says 18 months; they kept me for 7 years.  I was finally released only after my case got to the Supreme Court.  The Supreme Court ordered them to explain why I was in prison, and then they finally had to release me and said the case was moot.  That's basically the way it goes.  HSBC paid a criminal restitution of $606 million dollars.

8:30  The crisis really began when the ECB put the interest rates into negative territory; they did that in 2014.  He warned them.  Do not do this.  You're not going to get out of it.  They basically didn't listen.  I think I'm at least partly responsible for why the Federal Reserve did not go that far.  Once they went negative, nobody was going to buy their bonds.  They were forced by law to buy the pension funds, and now all of the pension funds in Europe are insoluble.  Now they have a major financial crisis.

9:30  Governments want to default on their debt.  They can't do that because all the pension funds will be wiped out.  Depending on the country, anywhere between 70% and 100% has to be invested in government bonds.  So if you have governments default, you're going to have pension funds wiped out, then you're going to have millions of people storming their palaces with pitchforks.  You'll no longer have mortgages, student loans, car loans, etc.

10:35  The problem that he has is that he is a die-hard Marxist for years.  The idea of Marxism worked with the Russian Revolution only because serfdom continues in Russia and it wasn't abolished until 1861, whereas serfdom ended in the 15th century in Europe.  When that ended, the people didn't own anything.  All the property, all the wealth was in the hands of the aristocrats absolutely.  They had nothing.  So Marx's idea that let's have a revolution, go get their stuff, at least made sense, in the sense that these people didn't own anything at all to begin with.  But trying to do that today is quite different: people own their own houses, their cars, they have a career, we're not starting from absolute zero, which is what made Marxism work to some degree, you know, to at least get it off the ground.  But Schwab still talks of equality and things of this nature, but that's really kind of nuts because that very idea is what brought communism down.

12:12  How is he being so successful in convincing so many people that this is such a great idea?  Why does he have this power?

12:21  He is a very strategic, very cunning type person.  [Aren't there other leaders with these qualities who are pro-freedom, pro-capitalism?]  He's not a frontman as some of these people think that he's just a frontman for Soros or DAVOS.  No, he has been the brainchild behind a lot of this and they have been attracted to him.  [Recall that Schwab was an acolyte of Kissinger.]  He knows how to manipulate things.  He's created this program Young Leaders for Tomorrow.  He's taking people and basically indoctrinating them to his philosophies and then puts them in various offices.  The head of the EU was on his boardThe head of the IMF was on his board.  The head of the ECB is on his board.  Tedros from the WHO, he put him in there.  The head of the United Nations was associated with the World Economic Forum.  He knows exactly what he's doing.  He's buying his way through government.  So it's more or less indoctrinating them, and the politicians really did get scared when Trump was elected.  In Washington, DC, they thought it was a fluke.  No, they voted against you.  You don't understand that.  He beat 17 career politicians.  It's not that he was the greatest white knight coming to save the world or something.  It was that the voters didn't like them [i.e., the politicians] and they didn't want to hear that.  So they would rather say it was a fluke.  And the AFT, that did a piece in 2016 when Trump was elected, and suddenly that's when democracy became populism.  Populism was bad; they just switched the words.  The main reason they were so against Trump was because they were afraid that would happen to them, that the career politicians would be simply voted out.  If you look at Schwab's 8 Points, besides his "You'll own nothing and you'll be happy about it," he says that the U.S. will no longer be a superpower; that will be shared by the United Nations.  He has a whole bunch of things in there, in the 8 Points, that are very critical.  And one of them is that democracy will no longer exist.  They view that the people voted for Trump and are just too stupid and that we know better.

15:30  They view that the people voted for Trump and that they [Klaus Schwab and the DAVOS crowd] know better.  If you look at the structure of Europe, the European Union, he had a hand in that.  Yes, you still have a right to vote for an MP, but an MP has no right to make a law or veto a law.  The laws are written by the European Commission which never stands for an election.  The head of the EU is appointed.  She never stands for election.  So it's completely a facade that democracy even exists.  It does not exist in Europe at all.  The people have no right to say we don't like the way this is going, we're going to overthrow the government, we're going to vote them out.  You can't vote them out.

16:20  Well, it seems that democracy has disappeared globally.  We've been screaming from the rooftop that we don't want mandatory vaccines, we don't want . . . everything that's going on.  We've got a dictator in Victoria now that can declare there's a pandemic even if there isn't one present.  We've seen a destruction of democracy around the world.  I wonder, Martin,

16:40  Are you aware of any of Australia's leaders, or Scott Morrison, or DAVOS clique, as Reiner Fuellmich called it?  The carrot that Schwab is handing out [to the different governors, prime ministers, and leaders] is the end to democracy.  So they think they no longer have to be accountable to anybody, so they think they're going to be able to pull this off.  The whole COVID nonsense is about control.  I can tell you absolutely that Schwab told people that the virus was coming.  I heard rumors of that as early as September 2019.  I believe not only was it deliberately created in a lab but that it was deliberately planted in China in an effort to blackmail China into joining the Great Reset.  They had to get rid of Trump to do it, and they had to get both Putin and China under their wings as well.  Marxism would have worked had they had Europe and the United States at the same time.  But it's just nonsense.  I was actually called in by China to help them become capitalists.  I flew over there and it was interesting to watch.  The Chinese were substantially different than the Russians.  The Russians basically went from communism to an oligarchy.  In China, I was impressed that they were not interfering; they were letting everything go and they were tracking it.  They were tracking 249 varieties of tea in China.  I had no clue there were that many.  They wanted me to answer why this one tea was selling for $1 here but $5 someplace else.  I asked, "Where does it come from?"  And they said here.  And I said, "Well, first you have transportation costs.  Secondly, it must be a good tea, since some people are willing to pay more than something else."  They didn't understand these things.  (I wonder what year he is talking about.)

17:00  Obedience to Authority, Stanley Milgram, 1974. Came out of the Nazis during WWII, with the "just following orders" ethic.  He discovered that if the government tells them to do something, they'll do it.  This is why you see people driving around in their car by themselves with a mask.

Civil unrest will accelerate the crash?  Yes.  Google the papers from Amazon on how to prevent a union from forming, based on a study that created a diversity index.  The more diverse a company is, the less likely they are to form a union. From that concept, can you extrapolate what it must be like trying to form a sovereign nation with the breadth and variety of immigration into the United States?
