The CDC official who put out the warning about COVID-19 is Rod Rosenstein's sister.  Nancy Messonnier is the sister of former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein who appointed Special Counsel, Robert Mueller.  Here is a link to the Trump White House CDC budget cuts.  Given how much money the pharmaceutical companies stood to gain from the COVID-19 hoax, lockdown, vaccine mandate, etc. $23 billion cut over 10 years doesn't sound like much.


HOW COVID-19 DEATHS ARE COUNTED.  ON VERY SHAKY GROUND.
His name is Dr. Scott Jensen, a former Minnesota state senator.  Medicare has determined that if you have a COVID-19 diagnosis, the hospital where that diagnosis is made gets $19,000 from Medicare.  If a patient is put on a ventilator, that hospital receives $39,000.  A nurse friend of mine said that one of the reasons that the hospitals have closed up their COVID wards is that they need to make money.  The money isn't in COVID for most of these; it's in elective surgeries.  
Jensen said, "Hospital administrators might well want to see COVID-19 attached to a discharge summary or a death certificate. Why? Because if it's a straightforward, garden-variety pneumonia that a person is admitted to the hospital for – if they're Medicare – typically, the diagnosis-related group lump sum payment would be $5,000. But if it's COVID-19 pneumonia, then it's $13,000, and if that COVID-19 pneumonia patient ends up on a ventilator, it goes up to $39,000."

What is COVID-19 and what does it stand for?
COVID-19 is the name given by the World Health Organization (WHO) on February 11, 2020  for the disease caused by the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. It started in Wuhan, China in late 2019 and has since spread worldwide. COVID-19 is an acronym that stands for coronavirus disease of 2019. 
CDC declares now that COVID-19 will be deemed THE cause of death even if assumed.  Contributed death from lab tests not required.  
The amount of Americans who are reported to have died from the Coronavirus is based on a CDC coding system that will “result in COVID-19 being the underlying cause more often than not.”
A new ICD code was established to keep track of Coronavirus deaths.
The U07.1 code will be used for death by Coronavirus infection.
However, there’s another secondary code, U07.2, “for clinical or epidemiological diagnosis of COVID-19 where a laboratory confirmation is inconclusive or not available,” the CDC guidelines read.
“Because laboratory test results are not typically reported on death certificates in the U.S., NCHS is not planning to implement U07.2 for mortality statistics.”
This is a huge problem.
“The underlying cause depends upon what and where conditions are reported on the death certificate. However, the rules for coding and selection of the underlying cause of death are expected to result in COVID- 19 being the underlying cause more often than not,” the guidelines read.
“COVID-19 should be reported on the death certificate for all decedents where the disease caused or is assumed to have caused or contributed to death,” CDC guidelines issued March 24 read. “Certifiers should include as much detail as possible based on their knowledge of the case, medical records, laboratory testing, etc.,” the guidance continued.
“If the decedent had other chronic conditions such as COPD or asthma that may have also contributed, these conditions can be reported in Part II.”

We are running 10% of the death rate of the flu. So what is going on? This makes no sense for a virus. There will be many more so do we need a chip for every disease? When like minds such as his and Soros end up at the end place, it is called a conspiracy. Socialist politicians are far too eager to accept this simply because they know their systems are collapsing.
Bill Gates’ father was on the board of Planned Parenthood which many saw as a covert means to justify abortion among minorities in a very similar way to Hitler’s cleansing. Bill Gates in an interview said:  “When I was growing up, my parents were almost involved in various volunteer things. My dad was head of Planned Parenthood. And it was very controversial to be involved with that. And so it’s fascinating. At the dinner table my parents are very good at sharing the things that they were doing. And almost treating us like adults, talking about that.”
His views of overpopulation are dominated in his CO2 arguments on how to prevent climate change by reducing the population. He and his puppet Fauci are trying to block anything other than his vaccine when studies in France have shown 100% effective use. Gates is cheering the death toll to support his agenda.

Indeed, the overwhelming majority of all litigants under what's known as the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program have not succeeded. According to program data, 29 claims have been paid for injuries stemming from other vaccines since the tribunal’s inception in 2010. (Ten additional claims won approval but no compensation.) The other 455 claims – 92% – were denied or otherwise deemed ineligible for review.
