"Baicalin can protect neonatal rat brains against hypoxic-ischemic injury."

So now we learn, or should I say, it's now being confirmed that COVID causes brain damage.  What type of damage, you ask?  I initially thought it was just your everyday brain shrinkage since the shrinkage accompanied muscle wasting.  But, no, not just brain shrinkage, but literal holes in the brain.  What parts of the brain?  Does it matter?  Is there any way to fix the holes in the brain?  Sure . . . but only if you get--wait for it--early treatment.  Didn't get early treatment?  Oh, too bad.  You're SOL.  Early treatment is only for those exclusive few who knew how to treat COVID or spike protein transmission.  Didn't know how to do that?  Didn't know that transmission could even occur, despite the obvious transmission from a family member?  Didn't get that in time to treat early?  Oh, you poor Schnoor.

So, okay, besides the different kinds of brain damage in the various locations of the brain caused by COVID-19 and its GoF spike protein, are there any other horrors that await us, I mean besides the destruction of reproductive organs, alopecia [which from my view is connected to the reproductive hormones, like testosterone], brain shrinkage, muscle wasting, prion disease, destruction of the medulla . . . let's see have I forgotten anything?

From the video interview with Dr. Mannan Baig:

He is calling the nerve damage Neuro-COVID and Neural Damage.  Oh, boy.  That can't be good.  So we're looking for neuroprotective agents that Dr. Mannan Baig might recommend.  Okay, so he says that one can have neurological symptoms during acute phases of COVID.  I'd like a definition of that.  What happens with folks with "comorbidities" where all that COVID does is exacerbate those?

Here is Dr. Abdul Amman Baig's website.

Once the virus is in the cell, it can cause the development of plaques, amyloids, and proteins.

2:48  Is it possible to diagnose, after 3 months to 1 year, that possible neural inflammation is still going on?  Hypoxia can cause neuronal damage.  Therefore, one should take a fat-soluble B1, like Benfotiamine, Allathiamine, and others.

He points to this list:

Light chain neurofilaments.  What are these?

Protein S 100B

Neuron specific enolase

Lactate dehydrogenase

Creatine kinase

Glial fibrillary acid protein

Symptoms he points to are:

Brain fog

Dizziness

Inability to concentrate

Shortness of breath

Chronic cough

Myocarditis or Palpitations

Gastrointestinal symptoms

Urinary bladder control

Neutrophil Elastase creates super fibrils, perhaps those thick fibrin strands found by embalmers and coroners?   They assume the form of amyloid and T Pau protein?   The speed at which these amyloid plaques accumulate directly corresponds to the accelerated aging that you see in vaccinated individuals.  At the 7:10 mark, he says that COVID sets up apoptosis.  He's got an illustration of loss of brain mass.  B-12 restores the brain mass as do fish oils.

One, his audio is terrible.  Two, his hesitations and thinking as he goes exacerbates problems with his accent.  Fine.  But then the wording on his screen is tiny.  He refers to the IMiDs or Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Diseases.

An immune-mediated inflammatory disease (IMID) is any group of conditions or diseases that lack a definitive etiology, but which are characterized by common inflammatory pathways leading to inflammation, and which may result from, or be triggered by, a dysregulation of the normal immune response.  All IMIDs can cause end-organ damage and are associated with increased morbidity and/or mortality.

So this is nothing to trifle with.  How, then, does one repair this?  He mentions Pomalidomide, which is a chemotherapy drug called Pomalyst.

So what he is trying to relay here is a list of nutraceuticals that protect the nerves and the brain.  So far, he's listed

Hesperidin

Rutin is anti-apoptotic.

Piperine

Baicalin  So, two things: target the virus AND the inflammatory pathways.

DYSAUTONOMIA

it’s the inability of the body to adequately execute involuntary actions like regulating intestinal function, blood pressure, heart rate, pupil size, bronchial tone, renal blood flow, urinary bladder, and sexual functions, due to the dysfunctional sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves acting in concert.

Amyloid plaques can occlude blood vessels leading to hypoxia.  Again, fat-soluble B1s [Benfotiamine, Allithiamine, and others] treat hypoxia.  Partially blocks the blood flow to the brain, so that the blood flow to the brain gets limited.  The neurons can suffer hypoxic damage that you heard Stephanie and other speakers describe.

TREATMENT APPROACHES: WHAT CAN BE DONE?

16:00  Neural Stem Cell Therapy?  Didn't know there was such a thing.

Okay, at the 17:43 mark, he has a list.  Lists are good.  He writes,

Findings suggest that Baicalin induces neuronal differentiation of C17.2 neural stem cells and that this is mediated by activation of Erk1/2.  Our work lays the foundation for exploring baicalin for the promotion of neural regeneration after injury or disease.

Our findings provide the first evidence, to our knowledge that baicalin can protect neonatal rat brains against hypoxic-ischemic injury.

These findings indicate that Piperine can enhance the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of Quercetin and Quercetin in combination with piperine exhibits strong neuroprotective effects against MPTP-induced neurotoxicity.

After administration of 1umol/L curcumin, synaptic growth improved. Curcumin is neuroprotective against gp 120 V3 loop-induced neuronal damage by inhibiting the activation of L-type calcium currents.

Neural stem cell therapy in conjunction with curcumin loaded in niosomal nanoparticles enhanced recovery from traumatic brain injury.

WATER: A HUMAN RIGHT, OR A PROPERTY RIGHT?

I don't know why this headline and article disturb me so.  Perhaps it's because Brabecks' comments sound more like a gangster from the Pharmaceutical Industrial complex, I don't know.  I was right.  It looks like he's adopted the outlook of the World Economic Forum and Klaus Schwab. First, any commodity is property, so we're dealing with property rights, not rights enshrined in the Constitution.

John Jay Singleton does a very good job of distinguishing property rights from intangible property rights.

Property Rights.  Okay, this is where most of society is being taxed out of existence.  It's through taxing people's intangible property rights.  An intangible property right is something like deciding what I am going to wear today.  Also, my right for no one to hear a conversation I am having unless I want them to.  That's called a Privacy Right.  Privacy is a property right.  It doesn't come from a law.  It's a human right.  But who defends human rights?  That's why we have all of these written statutes, like the Patients' Bill of Rights.  These are basically telling the insane people, like corporations, right, what rights people already have and what restrictions you have, you insane corporation.  BTW, corporations are defined as insane persons.

The End of Germ Theory

Milton Joseph Rosenau is mentioned at the 1:47 mark in his "Experiments to Determine Mode of Spread of Influenza," along with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Public Health Service.

The volunteers were all of the most susceptible age, mostly between 18 and 25, only a few of them around 30 years old; and all were in good physical condition.  None of these volunteers, 100 all told in number, had influenza; that is from the most careful histories that we could elicit, they gave no account of a febrile attack of any kind during the winter, except a few who were purposely selected, as having shown a typical attack of influenza, in order to test questions of immunity, and for the purpose of control.

Now, we proceeded rather cautiously at first by administering what they claim was a pure culture of the bacillus of influenza, meaning bacteria found in the boogers and lung fluid of people with Spanish flu symptoms called Pfeiffer’s bacillus, in a rather moderate amount, sprayed into the nostrils of a few healthy volunteers.

EXPERIMENTS AT GALLOPS ISLAND

As the preliminary trials proved negative, we became bolder, and selecting nineteen of our volunteers, gave each one of them a very large quantity of a mixture of 13 different strains of the Pfeiffer bacillus, some of them obtained recently from the lungs of necropsy; other were subcultures of varying age, and each of the thirteen had, of course, a different history.

Biden will be gone between the midterms and Christmas

6:50. Biden will be gone between the midterm elections and Christmas.  They absolutely have to get rid of him because once Kamala takes over she has to have a VP.  And she gas to get that VP confirmed by the House and the Senate before the Republicans take over in January.  So that's not a really big window.

7:20. Because they're not particularly impressed with Harris, Biden and her can get caught up in the same scandal.  She has to resign first, then Biden appoints whom he wants to be president, and they never go through the Congress, the Senate on this one.  She has to resign first, then Biden has to resign, or is impeached, and then, who ever they want, which in my mind is Janet Yellen, could then ascend without ever having gone through a Senate confirmation.  The sane thing they did with Spiro Agnew and Nelson Rockefeller [1974] right?

7:55. Stage III requires someone who can be a virtuous killer.  Kamala fits that model way better than Janet Yellen.  Janet Yellen is just like somebody's grandmother.  She's not going to order the deaths of anybody.  Now, Kamala Harris would.  You've git to look at it as Barrack Obama's third term, and Kamala Harris is just there as a proxy for Barrack.  So she's got to stay there.  If they don't have a Vice Presidential candidate in place before the Republicans take over the House or the Senate, or both, you know that Kamala is going to screw up, and her odds of getting impeached are what, 80 or 90%?  Even more so if she doesn't get a vice president.

9:00. The political turmoil comes down to how big a majority the Republicans come up with and the color and flavor of that majority in the House.  If it's a whole bunch of mouth-breathing, MAGA-tard revolutionaries, putting a leash on the GOP establishment types like Mitch McConnell and whatnot, if it's a hundred seats and it's 5 seats in the Senate, the political situation coming into 2024, everybody and their brother will vote for impeachment if that's what the politically popular move is.  That's been my calculus. But if it's only 40 seats, the Democrats may actually be able to hold some legitimacy together.

9:40. The question is will we be able to get through an election.  I even question whether they'll be able to engineer an election in 2024.  If they do, what are the odds of everyone accepting it?  Ine of the triggers in Stage III is when things go to hell.  Usually, the trigger for that are the food riots. That's when the City goes out to the suburbs chasing down crimes of convenience.  When those crimes start becoming crimes of necessity . . . .  The cities are the place where shortages hit first.  When they start going out into the hinterland, they start killing people.  When you start killing people, then people want to kill back.  When those animal spirits are let out of the har, you don't put them back in.  We've seen that in Iraq.  We've seen that in Syria.  We've seen it in Ukraine.  That's how it works.  When you get into that, someone is going to pull the trigger, and Kamala is very much that model person that would be the virtuous killer who says, "Well, I'm sorry I had to kill these people but it had to be done for the greater good."

11:20. Personally, I see Janet Yellen in that same boat and I think that she's a lot less politically divisive.  I think central bankers, or former central bankers, who are in what I call the pay of Davos, are some of the most ruthless people on the planet and they're very good at hiding their ruthlessness, and I think Janet Yellen is one of the most ruthless people, having reviewed her career with the Fed and how she personally bamboozled Greenspan and Bernanke for years . . . .  if anybody underestimates the ruthlessness of central bankers, go look at what Mario Draghi is doing right now in Italy.

12:10.  I agree.  I'm not quite sure it'll be Janet Yellen, but time will tell.  A revolution is different if your country is surrounded by water.  Very few people died in the English Revolution (is the 20th c. term Marxists assigned to the civil wars in England between 1642-1651; it is not a reference to the Glorious Revolution of 1688), like 4%.  But if you were in Ireland, 60% of the people died during the English Revolution.  At the same time, what they call the Thirty Years War, 1618-1648, a war within the Holy Roman Empire, which is really a continuation of an 80-year war across Europe, 40-60% of the people died in the 30-year span from 1618 to 1648.  I looked up Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America kind of in that same scheme.  And the situation was very much as it was worldwide as it was in the 1600s.  That's what I think you're going to see a lot of deaths coming out of this revolution.  But the United States, we're surrounded by water, so we have more time, it's not as intense.  Well, we do have people coming across in the border war in the South.

13:45  Now we're inviting them as opposed to invading them.  We're invading the world and inviting the world at the same time.  This is really interesting.  The precursor to the Revolution was actually the Ron Paul Revolution of 2008 and 2012 which actually set the stage for populists on the Left and the Right, Bernie and Trump to take center stage in 2016.  What would you use as the historical precedence for the model that you've overlaid on the United States?  When you talk about Strauss and Howe about the 4th Turning, they have their historical precedents for the previous "turning," as just an example.  So what do we have going on here?  You just brought up the Thirty Years' War as a precedent to the British Revolution.

14:48  After Phase IV, I think it is, I go through every western revolution from 1600 up through Hitler, and show how within this 4 stage pattern.  Yeah, one of the interesting things that happen early in a revolution, in Stage I, is the big sex scandals.  You had it with Respighi?] . . . in the Russian Revolution.  And you had it with Rasputin.  In our American Revolution, you had it with the sex scandal was in Europe, and that was the Hellfire Club.  in France, you the Marquis de Sade.  In Hitler's Germany, you had Hitler himself with his cousin, who probably died of suicide pregnant with his child.  In American Civil War, you had the grandson, er son, of Francis Scott Key who got his brains blown out by Sickels in Lafayette Park across the street from the White House.  Daniel Webster was found to have two to three out-of-wedlock children.  Senator Harrison from South Carolina was caught up in all kinds of dalliances.  A lot of things . . . the thing about revolutions, because they're bankruptcies, you only have two choices: which is liquidation or reorganization.  Liquidation is killing people; reorganization is reorganizing your government.  And that's the peaceful way, and that's what I've been talking about this for the last dozen years.  the only way we can do this peacefully is that we have to reorganize.  Relatively peacefully.  Yeah, in Chapters 5 and 6, I lay out how that reorganization occurs and what has to be done.  I was actually surprised when I was at some gun shows, Convention of States was just starting out, and they were talking about the same thing.  If you look at their Preamble, it's term limits into centralizing the federal government.  They didn't go into the specifics.  I do.  Because they really don't understand the situation [that well].

17:28  It's a theme that I've been on for years.  When I built my house back in 2003, I needed a defensible position, friends with post-revolutionary skills, and the whole 9 yards.  And I thought, 2008, Lehman Brothers, the balloon was going up then.  Now what really happened then was the beginning of bankruptcy.  The global monetary system broke in 2008.  They patched it together for 13, 14 years since then.  We've had coordinated central bank policy, now that's nearing its end with the Fed declaring independence and Russia declaring independence from the global financial system. That's what's clearly happening now, and traditional commercial banking interests here in the United States are saying, "No, that's enough.  You've gone too far."  And the Russians are saying "We need a commodity-backed standard and get rid of the colonial impulses of Europe, and so my question to you is, and this is where it's interesting, and I think that you and I see all of this similarly and glad to see you go into details about all of this, now I am interested in this and need to get a copy of your book and learn history that I didn't know much about.  My theory of Davos is that we're being pushed into a civil war, now, during Stage III by a group of people that sees the opportunity to grab their colonies and power back and they;re making the big move for the boob on prom night, and it's an agenda that they always wanted to implement by 2030, or say, 2050, but they had to pull it forward by 10 years because of the revolutionary spirit within the United States and other places, Brexit, Hungary, Italy, that the populism against their rule, transnational, oligarchic rule is rising too rapidly for which they have to put the kibosh on.  And though we are surrounded by water and have a little more time, we have globalist, internationalist powers actively subverting and destroying from within and have been for years as far as I'm concerned.

19:55. It's the English system versus the American system.  It's the American Constitution versus the French Constitution.  I trace it back to the Venetians in 1204.  They took over Constantinople.  They took over England.  They all moved with their money into England in the 1500s, and they established themselves.  And you see the same names.  You see names from the old Crusader days still showing up in positions of power and government today.  There's a lot of continuity there.  Money has continuity.  And obviously the same families, and I know it sounds conspiratorial, but I'm supposed to be one of America's biggest conspiracy heros according to Media Matters

WE'RE ALL THE BENEFICIARIES OF PARENTS WHO CHOSE LIFE OVER DEATH

I really find the abortion debate one of the most disturbing topics to be rehashed and defended in the public square.  Yes, it must needs be considered, thought about weighed, and so forth, but if the ultimate decision rests on the mother's shoulders, or those of both parents, what good does a hearty discussion about it do other than to justify the parents' decision to murder their baby?  And for those who argue against it, what hope have you given the young mother?  Since the theme of abortion is death, I cannot help but think how the irony of each person wrestling with this topic is lost: for both sides benefit from a parent who decided to greenlight the glories of life.

The scenarios that the pro-choice side loves to traipse out are always pathetic.  Always.  I hear things like poor, desperate teenager."  Okay, that's not for a lifetime.  Two, when you're taking care of another life, the participants are buoyed by each other's desire to participate, so there is a mutual enhancement of one another's existence.  To me, the debate is pure leftist drivel that tries to degrade everybody's life.

Look at the effect that parents can have on a child's life snd how that child can reciprocate that love.

One part of the debate I find annoying is how the media introduces it, "The court's opinion on abortion rights . . ." as though the authority of life comes a from a governmental panel of strangers rather than from the hearts of individuals and loved ones, your parents, our spouses.

"The Fed is not fighting inflation but Davos, it is decoupling and re-establishing control over the dollar transmission system,"

13:25  "The Russians are not communists now.  As a matter of fact, Putin made it abundantly clear that Communism is a western idea, a western-European idea that was imported into Russia to destroy it 100 years ago.  He said this very explicitly in his comments at Valdai earlier in the year [I think Tom is referring to the October 22, 2021 forum from late last year].  If anybody is worried about this, go watch his speech at the Valdai International  Discussion forum.  Predates the war in Ukraine, that conceptually, Russia is not interested in returning to any of these Western European ideas about oligarch control.  Notice why the sanctions didn't work.  The sanctions didn't work because they were designed to affect and overthrow western governments.  And notice how they never work to overthrow eastern governments.  They haven't overthrown Iran.  They tried sanctions to overthrow Iran, but it didn't work.  Why?  Iran is bigger than the oligarchs.  The system is bigger than the oligarchs as opposed to the oligarchs controlling the system.  Here in the west, we all know the oligarchs control the system.  And we're all not comfortable with it.  All of this is our imprinting so we think everybody is like this, and that's a very dangerous thing to do.  And the Russians will use whatever is available to them, whatever weapon they have to get to where they need to go.  That's the way I look it.  And the same thing with the Chinese.  I bet you 20 years from now, when my career is over . . . doing this, I'll be you dollars to donuts that . . . China's governmental system will look completely different than it does today.  But China will still be China.  15:10

15:50  In 2016, Mr. John Mearsheimer was asked what was the biggest disaster in foreign policy?  One of the panelists sitting next to him said, Iraq.  Here's his answer.  He really seems to have a crystal ball.  Answer: provoking a country with nuclear weapons.  It's one thing for a country to attack a country that has no nuclear weapons to speak of.  It's another to attack a nuclear superpower.  17:30

18:05  Uberto Guadal, he's from Spain, wants to know one thing where Davos tried and failed miserably on.  I think they have failed but they won't accept failure; they'll turn failure into a success.  Davos is old European money that feels entitled to exercise power and to rule the world.  Ad we're talking about old European money and ya'll know the effects of European money and the attitude of it far better than I do.  I mean I'm an upstart American.  My grandparents all left the old European system to come to America to start anew.  My parents, my grandparents refused to allow Italian to be spoken at the dinner table even though they themselves were born in Italy and they came over on the boat.  No, you're Americans, that we'll speak English, and we'll catch up.  That was their attitude.  That is you here in the United States, that's very deeply ingrained, so I'm not Italian, I'm an American.  I happen to be of Italian extraction.  And we Americans are an ugly and disagreeable lot.  19:35

20:00  Davos has made a tremendous miscalculation because they believe that the kinds of unitarian governmental structures that they have in Europe which give them easy access to dictatorial powers, relatively speaking, have failed to take over the decentralized, disagreeable United States.  So they went for a coup here in the United States and Biden is not going to last the term.  If they're not careful, they're going to push things here in the U.S. to the point of being ugly.  And there are fears that the midterms are going to be very telling as to what comes next.  Between now and then, they will not accept failure.  You'll notice that they're constantly trying to push forward their existing policies over and over again even though those policies are meeting with tremendous pushback from around the world.  20:55  They can't overtake Russia.  They can't take China.  They haven't been able to destroy Iran.  They haven't been able to convince India to join them.  The Saudis are gone.  They're going to lose Turkey.  I saw something unconfirmed this morning, that Turkey is thinking about leaving NATO.  If Turkey were to leave NATO and everything I've said about Odessa previously would come to pass . . . the Black Sea is a Russian lake, and the North-South Transport Corridor, you know, does away with so much value of the Mediterranean to everybody east of the Dnieper River, or east of the Danube.  So, I think Davos has miscalculated, and they're always to take whatever wins they can get.  I think they're going to consolidate power over northern Europe, keep as much of southern Europe as they can, meaning Spain and Italy and the non-Germanic, the northern vs. southern, the Romantic language belt, and the Greeks vs. the Germanic northern tribes, the Barbarians in Tom's mind.  They won't give up power until it's taken from them.  Everybody has to get comfortable with that idea.  Elections aren't going to work; they've destroyed the electoral process.  They're going to leave people with no other option than violent overthrow.

22:59  They still have New Zealand and commonwealth countries.  And they're part of that as well, and there's going to have to be a violent overthrow of those governments; whether or not those people will be willing to do it or not . . . that'll only happen if we see a violent overthrow of the British government.  And I'll be honest with you, I spoke with Alexander Mercouris of The Duran, and Alex was talking extensively about how people have a misconception about British passivity.  You know, like every couple hundred years, we throw a big old hot time in the old town and we violently overthrow our government and we rewrite the constitution.  It's coming.  I don't think that you're going to rouse the Brits to that any time soon, it may take another generation, but it's definitely on the horizon.  I see what's happening in areas of Spain, and I think and I am in many ways encouraged by this.

24:11  I have two more non-Russia, non-Ukraine questions.  One is Larry Summers just said that we need 5 years of unemployment, about 5% to contain inflation, which are numbers that are remarkably discouraging, relative to the fiat? Fed view.  And you know, Larry Summers, who spent years saying there was no problem with spending or deficit, that the U.S. should keep up its spending pace, is today telling Biden that they went too far and that inflation is coning like never before.  Biden these days called him to ask for advice.  I don't know if this is comedy or tragedy, but what do you think when you read this?

25:00. At this point, you always know they're desperate when they have to trot out Larry Summers, the architect of negative interest rates in the European Union. Larry Summers will say whatever he needs to say in order to keep his standing, his credentials.  When Summers speaks, he's speaking on behalf of the Clinton wing of the Democratic Party.  He's always been a Clinton ally in that respect.  Yeah, if you're hearing that, you're hearing that the Clinton wing of the DNC wants control of the DNC again and is openly criticizing the Obama wing of the DNC whose currently in power.  They're both going to be out of power in such a way after the midterms that they're never going to be in power again unless Davis cheats to the point where it's obvious and we all have to take up rifles, storm DC, and have a real insurrection.  And if they try to pull off in 2022 what they pulled off in 2020, we will not stand for it here in the United Stares.  But again, is that part of their plan or not?  Is that what they want?  Like they wanted Russia to invade Ukraine.  They goaded the Russians into attacking first so they could grab the moral high ground.  Then send Zellensky out, one of the most depraved men in the world, send him out to be the leader of the free world, are you kidding me?  I don't know about you, but I haven't been all that impressed with the writing in the Obi-Wan Kenobi series that Disney has put out, but I'll tell ya that that script as bad as it is is better than the one that Davos has been trying to sell us about Ukraine.  Davos needs better script writers, and I am dead serious when I say this.  It's very obvious that they don't know what they're doing.  They're just bad at this.  They've gotten so lazy in their narrative construction because they've been in power for so long that we can just see the obvious nonsense (I'm trying to keep it clean here).

27:20. Ray Dalios of Bridgewater, which is the largest hedge fund in the world just disclosed a new $10 billion short position in 26 Euro-based stocks.  The biggest short position is the ASML, the semiconductor fabrics of fabrics . . . are part of the Euro-Stocks 50, which are part of the . . . .  What does Dalio know?  Tom's been telling everybody that Europe is going to be the first/worst victim in all of this.  What do you see with this massive short?

28:00. Yeah, when I see a normie like Ray Dalio go short $10 billion on the EuroZone, I go, wow, thank you.  That's like the best validation of my arguments that I've seen in a while.  It doesn't hurt that the ECB held an FMOC meeting on the morning of to hear them go, "Oh, don't worry, we have everything under control, don't panic."  Then 75 basis points.  Tom laughed for an hour when he saw that.  I couldn't go to sleep.  It was like 4am and I saw the headline and I was bug-eyed.  I was literally doing the Kermit flap.  I was literally cackling.  Like I'd won the lottery.  The most hilarious thing I'd ever seen, because I was just confirmatory of everything I'd been saying, that the ECB is completely trapped.  The Fed is not fighting inflation; it's fighting Davos for control over the dollar transmission system in such a way as to break the overseas dollar markets, as a way to break LIBOR, to break Euro dollar market, and to break the European Union's control over all of, the BIS, all of it.  No, we're in control of all of it.  This goes back to May of last year to a major of central bankers, early May 2021.
