LOW LAKE MEAD? NOT CLIMATE CHANGE BUT A LV LAKE RESORT NEEDED WATER

Thank you to Vicki Marzullo @ Lew Rockwell who writes,

Low Lake Mead isn’t due to “climate change” after all.  Who would have guessed? 1.5 billion gallons of Lake Mead water was used for a rich resort lake near Las Vegas.  I guess that’s what the pipelines under Lake Mead were used for

countries around the world are quietly compensating families whose loved ones have been injured

The headlines for other countries is optimistic.  For the U.S. not so much.  The one opportunity for Americans are suits against your employer.

Japan Pays Bereaved Family of 91-Year-Old
Taiwan Compensates 10 Claimants

UK Pays Out for Vaccine Injuries

Canada Received More Than 700 Claims, Approved 8

Not a Single Claim Compensated in United States

As of July 1, 2022, not a single claim has been compensated by the CICP. However, 31 COVID-19 countermeasure claims have been denied, “because the standard of proof for causation was not met and/or a covered injury was not sustained,” according to the CICP website. “One COVID-19 countermeasure claim, a COVID-19 vaccine claim due to an anaphylactic reaction, has been determined eligible for compensation and is pending a review of eligible expenses.”

At the same time, countries around the world are quietly compensating families whose loved ones have been injured or have died as a result of COVID-19 vaccines.

I did not know that Putin put his family in hiding before he went after the oligarchs in Russia.

Which one of the booms was it going to be, 2008, 2012?  We've all been wrong.  As you build that mental map, you also have to go back to history to fill in the gaps.

[4:40]  When you come into COVID, the big issue was very simply Davos.  They were apoplectic about Brexit and the election of Donald Trump because it was the first time that they were derailed from their plan Agenda 2050 which has now been accelerated to Agenda 2030.  Davos spans both sides of the Atlantic.  You have elites in the United States in the banking sector and all the elites, all the giants, . . .  Back then everybody was on the same page.  Here's the thing: when people start to lose, nothing cures problems in the room like winning.  What happens when you start losing?  That's when the problems start to appear.  Davos had a winning streak all the way up until Brexit and the election of Trump, all the way up until Putin took Crimea in 2014 . . . from the post-WWII architecture all the way up until then.  Everything had kind of mostly gone to plan.  And then we get into 2012 when David Cameron loses a vote in Parliament, saying, "No, you're not going to go along with Barack Obama to invade Syria."  That's what started the process of bringing Cameron down.  That's the first thing that happened.  After that, it opened the way for Putin to settle the conflict that Obama had picked over the chemical weapons attack in Syria, brokering that deal, which then led to the United States overthrowing Viktor Yanukovych of Ukraine in 2014, which led to the Russians unifying with Crimea.  I refuse to use the word "annex," because that's not what happened.  Putin then turns around and stabilizes Syria by moving in militarily in 2015 after the JPCOA is signed.  Now that sets the stage for everything, and all of a sudden the losing streak . . . Putin is the architect of a lot of little losses to Davos' plans.  It starts to give a lot of people some ideas.  I noted immediately the changes in Central Asia and Middle Eastern politics.  Because it was very obvious that the big, bad globalist oligarchy used the United States military to run around the world, like Godzilla, stamping out any opposition to their rule.  The Brits would happily, through MI6 and the British Foreign Service, would happily set the stage with intelligence on the ground and operations on the ground and in the media, the BBC being a big mouthpiece for this.  But they could tell the lies about how the world worked up until Putin went into Syria and blew up the whole myth of ISIS in 3 weeks.  Once that happened, you can start to see the shifts in geopolitics.  You can start to see Erdogan getting cold feet about wanting to take over his Neo-Ottoman dreams.  You could see things shifting in Saudi Arabia and Israeli politics.  You could see Iran being more aggressive.  You could see problems in India and Pakistan.  You could see it happening everywhere.  [9:13]  We tried spinning a conflict between Azerbaijan and _______ and it goes nowhere.  All of a sudden, all of these little moments become really, really important because in the past they weren't because we always won.  Now we start losing those battles, so when we get to the big battles like Brexit and the election of Donald Trump all of a sudden the losing streak is now sincere and the agenda has to be accelerated.  Now things have to change.  Now the timeline has to change, now markers have to be called in, now . . . this is what brings us to COVID.  Trump had to be removed from office by hook, crook, or theft.  He had to be removed from office, and the United States had to be accelerated toward liquidation.   events.  For one, Trump stopped everything cold and started to reverse very important things.  They knew that they would run out of time because they own all of these "Olds" in British Parliament, the American Congress, the Italian Congress, the Italian political system, and the German political system, everything was shaping up with all these old boomers, and all of these old "silent generation" types, who've been in power forever--they're not going to make to 86-years-old in power.  They didn't have the next generation groomed, and they had to move everything forward to the next generation.

[11:00]  They had to get rid of Trump for a number of reasons.  One, Trump finally understood what the game was.  he always knew what the problem was; he didn't know the depth of their depravity and their corruption, and it overwhelmed him.  And he wasn't the right person to take on that job.  If he had been a stronger character made of sterner stuff, he would have.  If he was made of the stuff that Putin was made of, who when he took power put his family in isolation and then went after the oligarchs.  No, Trump puts his family in the White House.  That's the difference between the two men.  Trump had to be gotten rid of because 4 more years of Trump would have derailed everything.  By that time, he had figured out what the problem was he had no NeoCons to fill his cabinet with, he would have swept the board with his own people in Congress and then they would have remade the United States politically.  The bureaucracy would have been neutered.  The EPA would have been gutted.  The Dept of Education would have been gutted.  The Dept. of Energy would have been torn down and would have been exposed as an off-budget of the DOD.  I mean all of this stuff would have started to fall apart.  Trump was setting up for his 2nd term like a Reaganeque 1st term.  So they had to get rid of him, and they had to manufacture a Democrat majority in Congress, and there's only one way to do this: they threw a virus at us.  They created a pandemic, and then they blamed everything that went wrong and our handling of it by packing the stats and pushing the narrative the way they did to bifurcate the country and to make sure that the split between Left and Right was irrevocable, and then blame Trump for everything.  And then manufacture the consent that the wasn't a popular president which was nonsense.  And then he just went in and manufactured $12 million friggin' votes?

[13:26]  In terms of the virus, your take is that it was a bioweapon?

[13:32]  Oh, it was absolutely a bioweapon.  I wasn't convinced of this early on, but I am now.  and I firmly believe that Davos has been trying to blame the Chinese for it.  I think they're the ones that released it and then blamed the Chinese Wuhan laboratory for it because Fauci and Birx all work for them.  Because when you map it out, what do you want to do?  If you lose the Democrats after they've tried to destroy the United States for two years, which is the natural political fallout, right?  You try to destroy the U.S., take away our food, make energy too expensive, raise our taxes, and send us even further into debtors prison, which was their plan but mostly derailed.  The Democrats are going to be out of office by the Midterms, and the GOP is going to take over.  Now you get behind a GOP who's blaming China for killing a couple hundred thousand Americans in the pandemic, which was the narrative they've desperately tried to create.

[15:15]  This just gives you an idea of the level of ruthlessness of these people.  But if the inevitable goal was a narrative that said, "Fuck China," would that also make Trump's economic advisor, Peter Navarro, who wrote books blaming China for the U.S,'s economic woes, a Davos servant?  I could see this coming when they pivoted off of the lab-leak theory back in May 2021.

Lockdowns destroyed the poor and middle-class

Thank you to Dale Steinrich @ Lew Rockwell.

Even in 2006, scientific literature showed lockdowns were ineffective and purely destructive. COVID lockdowns had most severe impact on low-income and young workers plus created surges in drug abuse, domestic violence, teen suicides. No surprise, glad the most recent evidence proves it.

HISTORIC WIN FOR MEDICAL FREEDOM! Health care workers win $10.3 MILLION settlement in class action lawsuit over COVID shot mandate.

Today, Liberty Counsel settled the nation’s first classwide lawsuit for health care workers over a COVID shot mandate, for more than $10.3 million. The class action settlement against NorthShore University HealthSystem is on behalf of more than 500 current and former health care workers who were unlawfully discriminated against and denied religious exemptions from the COVID shot mandate. The agreed-upon settlement was filed today in the federal Northern District Court of Illinois.

As a result of the settlement, NorthShore will pay $10,337,500 to compensate these health care employees who were victims of religious discrimination, and who were punished for their religious beliefs against taking an injection associated with aborted fetal cells.

This is a historic, first-of-its-kind class action settlement against a private employer who unlawfully denied hundreds of religious exemption requests to COVID-19 shots.

The settlement must be approved by the federal District Court. Employees of NorthShore who were denied religious exemptions will receive notice of the settlement and will have an opportunity to comment, object, request to opt-out, or submit a claim form for payment out of the settlement fund, all in accordance with deadlines that will be set by the court.

This is the crux of any COVID complaint.

As part of the settlement agreement, NorthShore will also change its unlawful “no religious accommodations” policy to make it consistent with the law, and to provide religious accommodations in every position across its numerous facilities. No position in any NorthShore facility will be considered off limits to unvaccinated employees with approved religious exemptions.

The point is that you want to force the company to follow the law.  They're all breaking the law without knowing it.  Some do know if and hope they'll get away with.  Others don't and do get away with it.  This is why it's so important to rely upon the law to have companies, governments, and individuals respect the law.  If you want a guide with details on how to sue a company more often for an injunction to enjoin their policies to the law, but also for monetary damages if you seek that, then definitely keep this in your quiver.

Listen to this, and check it against my notes.

Tucker Carlson on the Opioid Crisis, COVID, and . . .

Tucker goes after Big Pharma with both barrels blazing, pointing out the gross overt criminality, egregious fraudulent behavior and constant repeated lying that has characterized this most protected of crony corrupt institutions. Watch it after reading Lew’s clarion call-to-arms on The Covid Vaccine Plot. (Typically someone initially removed this linked 7/25/22 program at YouTube and so I replaced the setting. It will no doubt not remain as an active link for long. Here is how my colleague DC Dave, a frequent contributor to LRC, summarized the program: “Carlson was on fire. I see that YouTube has already taken it down, claiming that it was too long (too revealing is doubtless the real reason). Carlson tied a lot of drug company outrages together, starting with the drug overdose epidemic, which traces back to their pushing of Oxycontin onto the public as s “non-addictive” pain killer, then the Covid-19 debacle, topped off with the revelation that all those anti-depressants that the medical profession has peddled through the years have been prescribed upon a completely false premise.” ) Many other major stories to outrage one’s sensibility and skewed clarity at trying to make sense of the insanity unleashed upon the world. That great bastion of democracy, Ukraine, has formally declared American citizens Glenn Greenwald, Tulsi Gabbard, Senator Rand Paul, Douglas Macgregor, and others as Pro-Russian puppets of disinformation, while many cities in the US are now decriminalizing public urination and defecation on streets and parks.

Vandals in the White House Have Destroyed American Wealth and Leverage

Thank you to Martin Armstrong @ Armstrong Economics.

Sanctions strengthened Putin and caused “unfriendly nations” to form a closer alliance against the West. As the West suffers from an energy crisis with no solution in sight, Russia is benefitting from this in more ways than one. You may have heard of the China–Russia East-Route Natural Gas pipeline or the Yakutia–Khabarovsk–Vladivostok pipeline. Construction was approved in 2007, and in 2012, Putin ordered Gazprom to begin construction and renamed the project “Power of Siberia.” China and Russia signed a 30-year deal for $400 billion in 2014, and by December 2019, the pipeline was functional.

The mainstream media focuses on the failure of the Nord Stream 2 Pipeline at the hands of German politicians but forgets that Russia has alternative options for exporting fuel. Deliveries through the Power of Siberia have only reached $3.81 billion since December 2019, but China and Russia have plans to ramp up distribution. China received 16.5 billion cubic meters of gas from the pipeline in 2021. The deal has become so lucrative that Beijing and Moscow created a second pipeline – the Power of Siberia 2. This could double exports from Russia to China with a pipeline that would pass through Mongolia as well.

In the first six months of 2022, Gazprom exported 7.5 billion cubic meters of gas to China, marking a 63.4% uptick in volume. Prior to the invasion of Ukraine in early February, China and Russia agreed to ramp up distribution by 10 billion cubic meters. Reuters believes this could increase sales by $37.5 billion in the next 25 years, but this could increase given the high demand and low availability.

The West, namely Europe, needed Russian energy; Russia did not need Europe. President Biden admitted long ago that sanctions do not work, but in this instance, they completely backfired and have left the West with no leverage over Russian energy.

"Gone are the days of people flocking to the cities for opportunities. As long as there is an internet connection, the modern American can work from anywhere"

Thank you to Martin Armstrong's "Domestic Exodus from U.S. Cities" at Armstrong Economics.

The US Census Bureau reported that 8.4% of Americans moved in 2021, beneath the 9.3% who moved at the height of the pandemic panic in 2020. Numbers for 2022 may show an uptick in migration to the suburbs or rural areas. Our models indicate that overheating in the housing market will be less prevalent in less populated areas as we are not merely dealing with housing inflation but also mass domestic migration.

Housing may be cheaper in rural areas, but there are additional costs associated with living in the country. There is no public transportation, and people must travel longer distances for work, groceries, shopping, health care, and more. Energy prices are sky-high, and simple trips cost significantly more. Iowa State University professor Dave Peters, as reported by the AP, has been studying the impact inflation has had on rural America. Peters estimates that rural households pay $2,500 more per year for gas alone compared to those living in cities.

Still, prices for housing in the country vs. the city more than make up for increased energy costs. Remote work has made rural living a prospect for many Americans. The National Association of Realtors found that rural areas saw a 54.6% uptick in inbound moves in 2021, followed by micropolitan areas (i.e., small towns) at 53.8%.

In January, the Association of Equipment Manufacturers  (AEM) said that certain remote workers were enticed by rural life after pandemic burnout. They found that people were seeking to abandon the hustle and bustle of city living, citing lower living costs, safer environments, fewer people, no traffic, lower housing prices, different cultures, and politics.

Gone are the days of people flocking to the cities for opportunities. As long as there is an internet connection, the modern American can work from anywhere. As the average potential buyer is priced out from their hometown, the prospect of rural or small town life is increasingly enticing.

TERM LIMITS, PLEASE.

Know that this presentation by Pelosi was given back in December 2021, so it's not news.  I found it on Twitter.

Wikipedia states

an American politician serving as speaker of the United States House of Representatives since 2019, and previously from 2007 to 2011. She has served as a U.S. representative from California since 1987. A member of the Democratic Party, Pelosi is the only woman to have served as speaker of the U.S. House.

Answers.com explains that

the Speaker's term runs concurrent with his or her term as Member of the House of Representatives. That's pretty close. To be specific, a member of the House serves for two years per term, without restriction on the number of terms they may serve. This means, that as long as the Speaker continues to be voted Speaker of the House, and remains a member of the House, their term limit is their life.

The problem may not stem from any cognitive decline of Nancy Pelosi but rather that she's using shorthand to relay to the press the Senatorial procedures.  Reporters should be asking her questions. So why isn't the press holding her accountable?  The press is biggest criminal conspirators the world over.

The contours of the Democrats’ $1.75 trillion social spending bill hinge on an ornithological, Senate scrubbing. It’s referred to as the "Byrd Bath." This peculiar process dictates the scope of the "Build Back Better" bill. What’s in and what’s out. The very shape of the legislation.

For starters, note that it’s spelled "B-Y-R-D" and not "B-I-R-D." This Senate process has nothing to do with ablutions - but everything to do with parliamentary procedure. The bizarre, Senate folkway is named after late and legendary Senate Majority Leader Robert Byrd, D-W.Va.

"He’s not just some guy. He's not just some senator. He was ‘Mr. Process.’ He was ‘Mr. Institution.’ He was ‘Mr. Soul and Integrity’ of the body," said former Senate Parliamentarian Alan Frumin. "You don’t mess with Byrd. He was, you know, the alpha and the omega of the Senate’s institutions."

DEBRA BIRX. COULD YOU IMAGINE?

Could you imagine being in charge of a nation's public health response to a purported pandemic, a response whose actions murdered tens of thousands of your citizens, and then as an explanation you tell that same country whose mothers, fathers, cousins, friends, and co-workers are grieving from unimaginable losses in health, mobility, vigor, production, wealth over a two-year period, confused and angry, trying to understand what happened and see if restitution is available and you hear the architect of that misery, of that 2.5-year debacle, tell you that she overplayed her decision?  That is what passes for an apology in government today?  That is what passes for restitution to grieving families, destroyed lives?  I mean if the reader here has an ounce left of moral convictions, you know that this has to be avenged.  You know.  You know, and I know.  And what is with the sports analogy of "overplayed"?  I love sports as much as anyone, and certainly, there are aspects of life that feel like a game and not so, not as serious, though people take the rules of a game very seriously.  But the suffering isn't just a sunk cost to families.  There has to be restitution.  Her deeds must be avenged.  Otherwise, her role and her seat of power are empty and illegitimate and should be dealt with as such.

"45,000 Chinese soldiers disembarked from barges in the Santa Monica Bay and walked ashore . . ."

The following is satire.

Jon's satirical article is a personal letter, an email from an acquaintance "unseen in Beverly Hills" who relays to him the disembarking of Chinese soldiers on the shores of Santa Monica Beach, CA.  He expects to raise the ire of Americans for such blatant disregard of hostile forces while poking fun at Americans for enduring every political subterfuge its government has used to ship Chinese, Indian, Mexican, and other immigrants into the country.  But his story is more dramatic.  The count is 45,000 Chinese soldiers.  But the truth is that the Chinese can and have achieved a lot more than 45,000 soldiers walking ashore by way of buying up property and buying up Texas farmland near the Mexican border town of Del Rio with a view of Laughlin Air Force Base.  In fact, this was of such concern that Governor Abbott signed into law a bill that prohibits "hostile nations" from buying property and accessing the Texa electricity grid.  But one does wonder whether this is Abbott's way of hiding incompetence in his state of providing adequate energy across the state.

“As far as I know this is the first law of its kind by any state in the United States of America,” he boasted. The bill’s purpose: Prevent business entities associated with “hostile nations” from accessing the Texas electricity grid and other pieces of “critical infrastructure,” including computer networks and waste treatment systems.

The millionaire buyer of the town?  A Chinese real estate tycoon by the name of Sun Guangxin.

Since 2016, a company owned by Xinjiang-based real estate tycoon Sun Guangxin had spent an estimated $110 million buying up land in Texas’ Val Verde County. Located on the Mexico border, Val Verde is home to about 50,000 people, the small town of Del Rio, family-owned hunting ranches—and Laughlin Air Force Base, a training ground for military pilots. In less than two years Sun bought up roughly 140,000 acres in the county through subsidiaries he controls. He set aside 15,000 acres of that land for his company GH America Energy LLC to oversee the construction of a wind farm that could feed into Texas’ electricity grid, the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT).

So is Jon's satire drawing attention or a contrast to what Americans allow: we're okay with large swathes of immigrants walking into our country, but if they come ashore from military boats, while we'll beat them back, is that it?  The fact is that either way, Americans are defenseless against any incursion.  So we put with shit and get degraded and live without convictions.

We may not have foreign troops running security missions on U.S. soil, but we absolutely have U.S. troops that are controlled and dictated to by foreign entities, like the W.E.F., when you have guys like Mark Milley.  In the video, Milley is defending the decision to know more, to learn more, to find out about "white rage" and woke culture, but then says that woke culture was something founded at Harvard University back in the 1970s.  If that's the case, Mark, why do you need to learn about it today?  And that whole "white rage" is another distraction.  You know why Americans were unhappy with the results of the 2020 election.  It was stolen.  It was stolen and you know, and it has nothing to do with "white rage."  It has to do with the government defrauding its citizens.

In the video below, he says that he wants to know more about "white rage" and find out what made a huge swathe of the American people "assault this building and overturn the Constitution."  Wow, he really is one of them, isn't he?  And by one of them, I mean he is an agent of W.E.F., Davos, and the ECB to ruin the United States.  So he starts by saying that the Americans who came to peacefully protest on the Capitol lawn on January 6, 2021, to hold their government accountable for the fraud and corruption of mail-in-ballots wanted to "overturn the Constitution"?  One thing for sure that the W.E.F. and Davors crowd does is they lie.

We've already been taken over by the Chinese.  Look what they'd doing to California real estate and how they're pricing working-class citizens out of that state and others.  Check out this piece by Martin Armstrong on how the wealthy Chinese are buying up much of California.

Contrary to Multipolonious at Jon's Substack account, I didn't detect that this was satire immediately.  Given the censorship.  Given the joint military exercises between countries.  Yeah, 50-caliber rhetorical salvos have been fired in both directions, but we've not entered a hot war with China . . . least not yet.

But Multipolonious writes, Since Li Po Schwartz is such a common Chinese name, this satire had me going for a nanosecond.  LOL"

Another reader cited Mike Adams of Natural News who's been warning of a Chinese invasion of sorts.

Is Jon is mocking Mike Adams at Natural News?

Is Jon satirizing Americans' fears of immigrants?  Could be.  Is it a case where only immigrants are involved in commerce and Americans are afraid of hard work?

If it is a Horatian satire, then Jon's satire is commentary on human nature and man's follies.  But what would be the follies here?  Man's desire for fear porn over the last 2.5 years?  Generally, if something can be satirized, it means that the material is taking itself too seriously.  So by treating the material as serious, you satirize the issue.  This means that Rappoport thinks that the Chinese invading the shores of California, which they already have through their real estate purchases that I've linked above, then he says that the one problem can be extrapolated out to include aggrandizement of the drug cartels of Mexico.  Again, he is making fun of the American reader.  Doh!!

All this to say that this Jon Rappoport piece requires you to "read between the lines" as one commenter put it.  No literal reading is permitted.  Patricia puts it this way

If more people could read between the lines, they would understand what you're actually saying.  Thank you, Jon, for telling the truth in a round-about way.  A TRUTH that people who tell it are punished by people who don't want it to be told.

Reading through the Matrix only for uber-aware beings.

So far, Chris Wick is the only other guy who corroborates Jon's tale.
