Donald Trump has long stated that he would end the war in Ukraine if elected president. Confident in his ability to do so, the former president has stated he could end the conflict in 24 hours and has guaranteed to do so before he actually enters the White House. He finally revealed how he intends to accomplish such a feat.

It begins by revisiting the failed Minsk Agreement – the entire premise of the current war.  François Hollande and Angela Merkel representing France and Germany at the time brokered the agreement between Russia and Ukraine. The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) monitored negotiations and both sides agreed to an immediate ceasefire. Russia withdrew troops from Ukraine for one primary reason — the Donetsk and Luhansk regions were to be occupied territories that would have the autonomy to vote in their own elections.

These regions were never Ukrainian territory. It was occupied by Russians for centuries. The people there had a right to their own lives. The Ukrainians demanded they no longer speak Russian and they sought to deny them even their own religion and they were to report to Kyiv instead of Moscow. This was like Mexico reclaiming Texas and demanding English was to be outlawed only Spanish was to be spoken and all religions were to be outlawed except allegiance to the Archbishop of Mexico.

The ethnic Russians in the Donbas did not want to submit to a central government from Kyiv itself. The Obama Administration really opposed this sort of settlement on the grounds of old-world empire theory predicated on the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Such policies have led to the death of hundreds of millions of people over the centuries.

Europe brokered the Minsk Agreement as a ploy to buy time. Angela Merkel admitted a few years ago that they negotiated in bad faith with Putin simply to allow Ukraine time to fortify itself, thereby buying time to build its army. She also said that at the time, NATO was weak and could not provide support to Kyiv to the extent they do currently. The Minsk Agreements were signed to pretend to resolve the Donbas conflict.

WHY would Putin ever agree to any agreement with Ukraine when they NEVER comply with what they agree to. It is now abundantly clear that the Minsk agreements were NEVER intended to be carried out by the current Kyiv government. They were simply used to buy time to build up their forces for war against Russia.

A strong leader like Donald Trump who does not align himself with the neocons could possibly persuade Putin, but who will persuade Zelensky? Zelensky’s Victory Plan includes the annihilation of Russia which is precisely what the neocons have been after. Who will convince the allies who have provided trillions in funding to Ukraine? Let’s also remember that the neocons are on both sides of the political spectrum and Trump would have trouble convincing his fellow Republicans to walk away from this war.

The loophole here is that they are able to access Medicaid for “emergency” situations and then are provided a minimum 90-day grace period, thanks to Biden and Harris.  --Martin Armstrong.

Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have declared that illegal migrants may have access to Medicaid in a move that will cost billions. Individual state rights are coming into play once again, but how do individual states manage a federally funded program? Estimates believe over 21 million people have entered the United States since 2022, but no one knows the true figure. The Foundation for Government Accountability has produced a new study that indicates a major catastrophe ahead for Medicaid as millions of people who have never paid into the fund are receiving access.

Arizona, Kentucky, Missouri, Texas, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan have reported a 500% increase in Medicaid usage since 2019 due to migrants. The states required to provide financial transparency revealed that the cost of Medicaid to taxpayers has increased by 550%. Hospitals allegedly check to see if a patient is a US citizen, but even if they are unable to provide proof, they are still legally required to treat them. Patients unable to provide proof of citizenship are given a 90-day grace period to show documents but states are now extending that period or simply asking for proof of citizenship.

Blue states like New York, Oregon, and California want to expand Medicaid coverage to illegal migrants regardless of citizenship status. In New York, anyone over 65 may enroll, so long as they reach the low to no income requirement. California and Oregon have already begun providing migrants with full Medicaid benefits. The Foundation for Government Accountability believes that taxpayers in California alone are now paying an additional $4 billion annually to cover these costs.

“Nationwide, taxpayers could soon be paying tens of billions of dollars on health care for people who have no right to our safety net—including those who have no right to be in the country,”   says Hayden Dublois, analytics director at the Foundation for Government Accountability. “All of health care will suffer, too,” Dublois says. “Medicaid pays much less than private insurance, so burdening hospitals with illegal aliens will lead to mounting red ink. Some hospitals have already closed, especially in states that expanded Medicaid under Obamacare, and covering illegal aliens will likely cause more to follow suit.”

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) believes that US taxpayers have already footed a $16.2 BILLION bill to provide emergency Medicaid care to illegal immigrants since the beginning of the Biden-Harris Administration, marking a 124% increase since the Trump Administration. “With over $16.2 billion flowing from federal and state governments’ coffers to pay for emergency services for illegal aliens, it is clear that Open Border Czar Vice President Harris’s failed border policies remain the greatest threat to both the United States’s national security and our economic standing,” the CBO reported.

I have warned that there is WAY TOO MUCH ON THE TABLE here if Trump wins. That will terminate the agenda of the Neocons and their dream of conquering Russia, which has been their lifelong dream. I believe that they were psychologically damaged when we were told in the ’50s to hide under our desks because of a possible Russian nuclear attack. I confess, originally, that I believed that the Neocons were about economics. I even helped Bill Kristol launch his magazine, taking the back cover for months. Bill Kristol managed to convince Rupert Murdoch to fund the Weekly Standard. As The New Yorker wrote,

In 2009, Murdoch sold the Weekly Standard, 1995-2018, to Philip Anschutz, a Republican billionaire who made his fortune in oil and railroads. The match was not made in heaven. What killed Bill Kristol’s Weekly Standard as it collapsed after 23 years was his own Neocon philosophy that attacked Trump because he was against war and did not share Kristol’s grand redesign of the world order. Kristol turned his magazine outright against Trump in 2016 because Trump was anti-war and Hillary was a Neocon. Kristol used his magazine to try to stop Trump because he was anti-war. He killed his magazine over this issue.

These people switch parties to whoever will wage war. Dick Cheney endorsed Kamala. Then you have all the Neocons coming out to claim they are Republicans for Kamala. 

THE 2020 COUP.  WILL IT HAPPEN IN 2024?

The rumors circulating are that those in the Deep State have been leaking info about Trump, and we already know that they do not want Trump in office. This would-be assassin was from out of state. ANSWER: Yes. In response to handing long-range missiles to Ukraine, on September 12th, Russia deployed its Project 885 “Yasen” Class subs with Zircon Hypersonic Missiles. As I have said, I have met with members of Congress and they said the risk of war was with China – not Russia. I have explained that they are being pointed in the opposite direction so the Neocons have free reign.

For our European clients, you should begin to move assets out of Europe, and that is for the EU and Britain. Bureau of Labor and Statistics, BLS, has always been crafty with releasing data. The BLS consistently revises data from its monthly survey as it prefers to release stronger initial reports. Their most recent revision is the steepest alteration since 2009. In fact, the agency has admitted that there were 818,000 fewer jobs in March than they initially reported.

Did they need to install Kamala first before admitting her administration has done NOTHING to benefit Americans? The data they present us from CPI to jobs is grossly inaccurate and perhaps a tool of propaganda.

The Democratic National Convention occurring in Chicago is touting the importance of defeating Trump, climate change, gun control, and abortion. These are the ONLY talking points that the Democrats harp on while ignoring the REAL issues plaguing the nation. It was revealed earlier this week that the Biden-Harris Administration completely failed to create new jobs outside of the public sector. As the elite sit behind armored walls, the people of Chicago are suffering under blue policies. In fact, Chicago now ties with Las Vegas for the highest unemployment rate in the nation.

Both Las Vegas and Chicago have an unemployment rate of 6.2%, according to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics. Detroit comes in third with a rate of 5.2%, far above the national unemployment rate or 4.3% posted in July.

“Chicago has fewer workers and more unemployed residents than before Mayor Brandon Johnson took office in May 2023,” the Illinois Policy Institute (IPI) noted in a report. “Johnson ran on the idea, and has continuously proclaimed, that his administration is ‘making Chicago the most pro-worker city in the country.’ There’s just one problem with that – today, nearly 100,000 Chicagoans are out of work.”

Businesses and individuals have fled Chicago and Las Vegas in droves. Crime in Chicago rose an astounding 82% in two years. In Las Vegas, you have a 1 in 28 chance of becoming a victim of crime. Violent crime in Vegas has reached 40.9%, which is far beyond the national rate of 22.7%. Businesses cannot stay open in these conditions where theft and violence is permitted. Chicago considered implementing city-run grocery stores after businesses fleeing led to a food desert.

Both cities are deemed sanctuary cities. They cannot handle their own population but have opened the floodgates to countless individuals who are solely living on government assistance. Their budgets have imploded and those in charge lost control of the situation long ago.

Over 87,000 left Illinois last year, as did the $10 billion they were providing the state in income. The IRS believes the state has lost $47.5 billion in adjusted gross income over the last six years due to the blue state exodus. This trend has only accelerated due to recent policies. “We’re not bringing in the best and the brightest in many cases to the state of Illinois; we’re actually pushing them out of the state with horrible policies and we’re backfilling it with folks that want services,” State Sen. Andrew Chesney, R-Freeport reported, as 177,000 new incomers entered the state while 264,000 abandoned it during the same period of 2021 to 2022.

Businesses will flee when crime rises to the point where it is no longer profitable to operate. Crime reached such an unprecedented level that these companies were willing to take a loss simply to leave. Naturally, they took jobs with them and those with the means to move have done so already. These once-great cities are now ravaged by poverty and crime.

September has been a significant target on our computer all year for civil unrest and international war. Gold’s performance appears linked to this action, whereas silver and platinum have not responded. While gold may peak by next week, September remains a major Panic Cycle in many markets, including gold. Britain is Orwellian on steroids.  It's just crazy.  Britain is giving a guy 20 months in prison for saying that "I'm tired of my money going to illegal aliens who rape our kids," and they gave him 20 months in prison for that.  Worse than that, they're actually saying that they want to extradite people from around the world who criticizes their government.  I mean what is this, the British Empire all over again?  And they don't respect territorial jurisdictions.  And so if you say something against their government in Phoenix, you can be criminally charged in Britain and extradited to prison there for 20 months?  I've never seen the world just completely fall apart like this nothing is respected anymore nothing.

02:35, MIKE. In regards to the UK, two things.  One, I'm in Arizona, and let's say I say something disparagingly about the UK government.  What would they do, have the DoJ send FBI to my door, cuff me, put me on a plane, and ship me over there?

04:15, ARMSTRONG.  Usually the way a government falls is when it's own people within the government no longer support it.  S o when the police refuse to exercise these laws, things of that nature.  If you look at the 1991 coup in Russia, the hardliners didn't want to . . .  there was a proposition for Russia to join NATO, and they staged a coup against Gorbachev.  He was on vacation, they stormed his house, etc., and Yeltsin stood on the tank in Moscow and said, "Do not fire on your own people," and they didn't.  Because the military stood down, the coup failed and Yeltsin became president so that's the key it's when the police and the military do not support the current Administration regardless if you're talking left-right, or whatever, historically that's simply the way it goes.  The problem with what the UK is doing now is that they are risking Civil War because this is what happens when you are trying to suppress people.  Google 1844.  We were just coming out of the sovereign debt crisis, etc., in the United States.  They were called "the hard times" in the aftermath of the panic of 1837, and this is when all the Irish were coming in migrating to Philadelphia.  So they were taking jobs that the citizens were losing because of the recession, and that turned into gun battles on the streets of Philadelphia

We are in a phase where the confidence in government is absolutely collapsing and I believe it began with COVID and this is on a worldwide scale for example look at the elections that have taken place you have the EU that has moved to the right you have Britain France our computer does not look at poles.

People vote according to their economic situation and what's happening globally here is that no matter who is in power they're throwing them out so it's not a left, right sort of thing our computers have been showing that Trump should win I understand Washington very well I've been down there since Reagan's time in office I warned that they would probably even try to assassinate him because that's just their playbook they did the same thing to JFK anybody that threatens the Deep States agenda they try to take out one way or another and most people don't realize but you can Google it you'll see there is going to be a documentary coming out on Richard Nixon there was a tape at the head of the CIA present and Nixon said I know who killed JFK after that they made sure they got rid of him a couple of guys in the Watergate thing where CIA and they just bungled to get caught when Nixon left office he's entitled to Secret Service protection in perpetuity.   He dismissed them and hired his own people.  He did not trust the Secret Service to protect him.  I think that says it all.  You can look throughout history even in the Roman Empire where 13 Emperors were assassinated by their own bodyguards.  So this is a common thing but what we are looking at here is a major global debt crisis.  Since World War II, they've been borrowing year after year with no intention of paying anything back, and this is reaching a point of a climax. This is why they need war.  The main reason they wanted Biden there is because 40% of the time he is in Delaware.  He was basically a placeholder.  And then you have the Secretary of State, Blinkin threatening China, "If you go into Taiwan we'll wage war." China was the number one holder of US debt.  They dumped $53 billion in the first quarter of this year.  Janet Yellen has to hop on a plane and run over there and beg them to keep buying our debt, please.  And they ask, "Why? You want us to buy $100 billion of debt so you can shoot missiles at us?"  Washington is in total chaos because there is not a president doing his job.  At these cabinet meetings, the president is supposed to be the referee.  Every agency--they're like 2-year-old children--they all want their own way.  So you have the EPA outlawing gas stoves.  Then you have Lindsey Graham saying that there is $10 to $12 trillion worth of gas reserves under Crimea, and we can't allow Russia and China to get that.  There's no coherent strategy or common theme even. 

WHY DOES EUROPE WANT WAR?  

I just got back from Europe, spoke to a number of different governments there, and they are all preparing for war.  Why do they want war?  Basically, that's their exit strategy with this debt crisis.  A lot of people say "Oh $30, $40 to trillion in debt . . . ." The level of debt really does not matter.  What's critical is when people stop buying it.  As long as there is a next guy in line who continues to buy it, then they can keep rolling it and rolling it.  But now when you're threatening China and things of this nature . . .  the BRICs, people don't really understand what the BRICS is about.  It's a geopolitical issue.  Once they put sanctions on Russia, they have all these other countries beginning to realize "Hey, wait a minute.  If we don't do what the US tells us to do, they can remove us from SWIFT."  That's what the BRICS is really about. 

WHAT HAPPENS WITH WAR?  

12:10. They intend to actually you know they want to wage war, and what happens with war?  You can go on eBay and buy all of the bonds you want from all these different countries.  Basically a new government forms, and they default on the last government.  You can go on eBay and buy U.S. Continental currency from all the states as well.

12:38.  You can buy Confederate Currency so exactly they always bring it to war when the economic system is coming to an end.

12:45. Yes.  Because they get to default and a new government comes in and it does not have to honor the debts of the last.  As I said, you can go on eBay and you can buy Continental currency.  The Constitution, read it, said that they were going to honor all the debts of the previous [government].  They never did.  Spain has defaulted 7 times.  France is on its 5th Republic.  Just go down the list.  China, you can buy all these bonds from World War II.  They all defaulted.  So if they create a war, they get two objectives out of it.   One, they get to default.  Two, that's what this whole digital currency issue is about.  I've met with governments for a long time as you know.  And they all think on average that Europe and the United States that 35% of the economy is underground and not paying taxes.  So how to get that tax is to eliminate physical money.  That's what this is all about.  They move to the digital currency side, and then you hire that 16-year-old girl next door to watch the kids while you and your wife go out.  Oh, my God, you gave her $50 and she didn't pay taxes.  That's our profit that's the way they look at it and 

14:11.  So their answer is a cashless society monitoring every facet of our lives.  I'm no economist like you, or an expert expert like you, but that's going to create an incredible destruction of the economy, incredible pressure and civil unrest, an angrier world.

14:23. Yeah, just look at Nigeria where they pulled that off and had all kinds of riots and burning banks and things.  Also behind that which doesn't appear to be out in the press very much is that the IMF has already created their digital coin.  And the whole scheme here is that the IMF digital currency which will replace the dollar and this will raise the world, everything you're talking about with the UN wants this one-world government stuff.  And it's not a conspiracy theory.  You can look on my site.  I've got a video there just Google "Holland and the former president of France [Sarkozy?] I have a video put on there with him standing up there with Merkel in the European Parliament, saying the very purpose of the EU was one government for Europe to eliminate European war.  This theory has been around for a long time.  It's not a conspiracy theory . . . 

15:37.  No that's why they they claim they formed the EU.

16:00.  Just like Herbert Walker Bush said in 1990 and '91.  He said out of this un war will bring in a one world government.

16:09.  This has been a theory around for a long time that if there is one government then you end war.  I've argued with him and I said obviously you don't know your history.  The Roman Empire was one government, and how many civil wars did they have?  

16:23.  Even Elon Musk said at the World Government Summit last year, he said One-World Government will create nothing but civil war.

16:30.  Exactly.  I see it in Europe.  When they were forming the Euro they came to me I sat down with him and I warned them that this is not going to work they were selling it to everybody that like the United States will have a single currency and everybody will pay the same interest rate.  And I can tell you what happened Chancellor Cole of Germany did not allow the German people to vote for the Euro he unilaterally took Germany in because he said if the German people voted he would have lost 7 to 1.  So what he did he took Germany into the EU, and that created the euro.  And basically to do that he said you cannot consolidate the debt.  So every country still has its own debt.  There isn't a single national debt.  And I warned him that all you're going to do is transfer the volatility in trading foreign exchange from the Foreign Exchange Market to the bond market, and that's what's happened. They don't understand trading.  They don't understand markets.  They don't understand anything.

17:43.  They think they can always raise more taxes.  Let me ask you this.  Back to your main point.  The globalists, the big banks, they're all shutting down fertilizer, food production, paying farmers not to grow crops.  If they're actually trying to prop up a bubble, or bring in a new bubble, why would you attack energy and food production when that's the basis of everything?  Well because they want to consolidate control but don't they get by consolidating control, they get even more volatility and they thought they could blame climate change, but most people aren't blaming climate change. They know it's globalist policy, so why are they at war with the real economy?  What's the plan there?

18:20. This is how they get power. They basically do wanted to decline and say come to me I'll save it.  Basically change something unless it's broken. 

18:35.  Exactly.  They're the saviors they said we're going to save you from climate change that causes Mass starvation while they open the borders and cut the food off but people aren't buying that BS don't they get that they are now the villains that Bill Gates, that Klaus Schwab, and the UN are the most hated groups out there?

I can tell you Klaus Schwab resigned from CEO and just moved to chairman.  He's still there.  But he did so because of all the negative publicity against him.  These people think that we are stupid, and I've been dealing with governments honestly for 50 years.  I can tell you that I was down there when Reagan was in, and they were all upset when Reagan was elected.  And I asked, "What's the problem?"  They said well you don't understand.  I said well explain it to me, and they said look he's a governor.  We are going to have to train him.  They don't like anybody from outside of Washington; that's why they don't like Trump, and they also don't like RFK, Jr.  You're coming in and playing in our sandbox and that's basically the real problem what they told Reagan when he wanted to meet with Gorbachev I can tell you absolutely the Neocons told him, okay fine, he's no longer a communist, but you can never trust a Russian.  Trump is Right NATO is an absolute terrorist organization they should have been shut down the whole purpose of it was basically to defend Europe against communism that was it that was when cruise ship said that we will bury you those days are gone.  As you know I was in the middle of the Russian thing back in 1999 they were basically interfering in the Russian elections for 2000 they blackmailed Yeltsin to try and get him to step down and they wanted to stick in their puppet to run Russia who is Berezovsky.  They wanted me to put in $10 billion dollars into this Hermitage capital and I refused.  They rigged that election when Yeltsin realized he was getting blackmailed and he was getting attacked on the opposite side the old neocon rush and the communist they had filed a motion for impeachment so he was getting it from the US trying to interfere and the other side that's why he turned to Putin because Putin was not an oligarch and he wasn't a communist.  And that's why they hate Putin so much he basically did that in Hillary was involved in this and he doesn't fit the stereotype I got the declassified documents from the Clinton administration and what Putin said in that interview with Tucker was correct.  I have the documents showing that the Clinton administration there was a proposal for Russia to join NATO.  That is why the Communists there staged the coup against Gorbachev because they felt that that would be a surrender to the United States.  That's what that coup was all about, and then you had Yeltsin standing on the tank, etc.
