Most of the children, dressed formally with neatly styled hair, waited impatiently for the judge. Among the first to appear before the judge was a 13-year-old Honduran boy named Angel. He didn’t have an attorneY. 

Asked whether there was a reason he couldn’t return to Honduras, Angel told the judge, “My mom and almost my entire family are here. It’s too dangerous to go back.”

But that wasn’t enough for the judge, who told the boy he did not qualify for asylum. “Would you like to request voluntary departure, or should I issue a removal order?” The judge asked. 

“I don’t know,” Angel replied before bursting into tears. He stared ahead stoically and continued to cry, eventually saying: “I have no one. I have nothing.”

“I understand, but based on your answers, US immigration laws are very strict,” the judge concluded, and gave Angel until the end of the month to appeal his deportation order.

Carbohydrates not evil, but excess glucose breaks human metabolism.  It's true.  Today I want to teach you something clearly, without hype, without dogma, and without pretending carbohydrates are magic or poison.  Carbohydrates are not inherently evil but excess carbohydrates, especially in the modern world, are metabolically destructive.  They are.  Not because carbs are moral or immoral but because human physiology has limits, and we regularly exceed them.  So let's talk through what carbohydrates are, what they do, when they're useful, and what happens when we flood the body with more glucose than it can safely handle.  

#1:  WHAT CARBOHYDRATES ACTUALLY ARE

Carbohydrates break down into glucose which raises blood sugar.  Glucose is a fuel not a nutrient in the same category as protein or essential fats.  You need protein for structure and repair.  You need fat for hormones, cell membranes, and long-term energy.  Glucose only is needed for quick energy.  But here's the key truth.  There is no dietary requirement for carbohydrates.  The body can make glucose on demand through gluconeogenesis from protein and fat. So carbs are optional.

#2:  WHEN CARBOHYDRATES CAN BE USEFUL

Carbohydrates can serve a purpose in certain contexts: intense athletic performance, brief bursts of anaerobic activity, acute survival energy, and specific therapeutic or transitional cases.  They're not automatically harmful.  The problem is quantity, frequency, and chronic overconsumption.  Modern humans don't just eat carbs, we eat them all day, everyday, in constant excess, and that's where the system breaks.

#3:  WHAT HAPPENS WHEN GLUCOSE ENTERS THE BLOODSTREAM?

So when glucose rises, the pancreas releases a lot of insulin.  Insulin moves glucose into the cells.  The cells either burn it, store it, or convert it.  If glucose demands are high and storage space is available, no major problem occurs.  But if glucose keeps arriving beyond immediate energy needs, insulin stays elevated, and the body must decide what to do with the excess glucose.  

#4:  THE BIOLOGY REALITY

When glucose exceeds immediate energy needs and glycogen storage capacity, the liver converts glucose into fat.  That's called de novo lipogenesis.  Some fat accumulates in the liver, some in the muscles, some in the organs.  De novo lipogenesis it's not Theory it's a documented metabolic pathway.  So the idea that carbs don't cause fat gain ignores basic physiology.  Excess glucose becomes fat. Repeat.  Excess glucose becomes fat.

#5:  CHRONIC EXCESSIVE CARBOHYDRATES DRIVE CHRONIC INSULIN ELEVATION

Insulin is not the villain.  But chronically elevated insulin is a problem.  When insulin stays high, fat burning is suppressed, fat storage increases, hunger signaling becomes distorted, energy crashes become more common, and cells begin resisting insulin's signal.  And this leads to insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, obesity, fatty liver disease.  Now not overnight but gradually, predictably, and systemically.

#6:  THE REAL ISSUE--GLUCOSE OVERLOAD; NOT CARBS IN ISOLATION

The problem isn't a single banana or a potato.  The problem is breakfast carbs, snack carbs, lunch carbs, afternoon sugar, dinner starch, dessert sugar, night time snacking.  That's the way I used to eat for most of my life.  The body never gets a break from glucose.  Blood sugar stays elevated, insulin stays elevated, fat storage stays active, and fat burning stays locked. This traps people in a cycle of hunger cravings energy crashes and stubborn and stubborn fat gain.

#7:  WHEN GLUCOSE EXCEEDS THE BODY'S TOLERANCE

If more glucose enters the bloodstream then the body can use, oxidative stress increases.  Glycation damages proteins and tissues.  Inflammation rises and mitochondrial efficiency declines and vascular damage accumulates.  High glucose literally ages tissues faster.  It affects the eyes, the nerves, the kidneys, the arteries, the brain, and the skin.  This is not speculation. It's why diabetes is associated with accelerated aging and chronic disease.

#8:  WHY SOME PEOPLE HANDLE CARBS BETTER THAN OTHERS

Some people tolerate carbs better due to genetics,  muscle mass, activity level, insulin sensitivity, and metabolic flexibility.  But tolerance does not equal biological necessity.  Just because someone can tolerate alcohol better doesn't mean alcohol is required.  Think about it.

#9:  WHY REDUCING CARBS OFTEN IMPROVES HEALTH

When carbohydrate intake is reduced, insulin levels fall, fat burning increases, appetite stabilizes, energy becomes more steady, triglycerides often drop, and metabolic flexibility improves.  Many people experience easier weight control, better mental clarity, reduced inflammation, and improved blood sugar regulation.  This is not magic.  It's simply removing chronic glucose overload.

#10:  THE REAL MESSAGE: CARBS ARE OPTIONAL; EXCESS IS HARMFUL

Let's be precise.  Carbohydrates are not inherently evil but excess carbohydrates are metabolically harmful not because of ideology but because human biology has a threshold and modern diets routinely exceed it.  If glucose arrives faster than it can be used, insulin rises, fat storage increases, and metabolic damage accumulates.  The body does not need constant glucose flooding.  It needs stability.  

Here is my takeaway.  This isn't about fear, it's about respecting physiology.  If you keep glucose Within what your body can use, carbs may not harm you.  But, if you flood the system chronically, fat storage rises, insulin resistance develops, and metabolic health deteriorates.  It just does . . .  not because carbs are evil but because excess breaks the system.

Removals are a pipeline: locating the person, arresting him, detaining him, getting a final order through an overwhelmed court system, and putting him on a plane. The pipeline moves only as fast as its narrowest point.

Consider what happens after an arrest. Many people assume a deportation is nearly complete once an officer puts someone in handcuffs. In reality, the foreign government has to be notified, and it has to confirm the person's identity and issue a travel document. Some countries turn those documents around quickly, while others slow-walk them or refuse outright.

Every day of delay is a day in a detention bed that could hold someone else, and if the wait runs long enough, the person may have to be released back into the community. Even when the document arrives, the flight still has to be coordinated, whether that is a seat on a commercial flight with escorting officers or a spot on a charter that has to be filled and scheduled. 

We should also call things by their proper names. Issuing work-authorization workarounds, or declining to pursue people with final orders of removal, are just amnesty by other names. Every one of these moves is a message to the world that American immigration law is negotiable if you wait long enough.

Regardless of how it is covered, a substantial share of Americans support mass deportation. The Harvard CAPS/Harris poll surveyed 1,725 registered voters from May 29 to 30, 2026, with a margin of error of ±2.4 points. It found that 80% support deporting immigrants who are here illegally and have committed crimes, up five points from 75% in April. That includes 71% of Democrats, 90% of Republicans, and 79% of independents.

They are not asking for cruelty. They are asking for a system that works, one with no amnesty, no fraud, and no exemptions for the well-connected.

Here is what keeping the promise would look like: mandatory E-Verify for every employer, funding for detention capacity and fugitive operations that matches the stated goal, worksite enforcement without industry carve-outs, and immigration judges and attorneys to clear a backlog that currently stretches for years.

The Grand Jury already found that there is no probable cause in the allegation of any foul play.  

On September 21, 2026, District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath announced that the grand jury returned no indictments in Wells' death. The grand jury reviewed substantial evidence, including 132 subpoenas and testimony from 43 witnesses.

That means:

No person was indicted for Wells' death.

No criminal trial occurred, because there was no defendant brought to trial in connection with his death.

The grand jury's decision is not an acquittal. It does not legally establish that no crime occurred.

According to Mississippi Today, new evidence could potentially lead to another grand-jury proceeding in the future. Mississippi has no statute of limitations for murder.

So the sequence was essentially:

Death of Nolan Wells → investigation → grand-jury investigation → no indictment → no criminal trial.

If you just remove the idea that there are 30 to 40 people of Mexican ancestry per 100 in the United States, both legal and illegal, so you don't want to get into the sensitivities, and you just described our Southern neighbor for what it's doing, it is an enemy of the United States.  And I say that for four reasons.

One, it exports deliberately illegal aliens to this country who go on federal, state, and local support, so they can free up $65 billion dollars in remittances to prop up that corrupt government that won't help its people who are indigenous in southern Mexico, while it calls us racist. 

Number two, it allows China to send cheap,  below the cost of production materials--steel, aluminum, plastic, and then it assembles these appliances and cars so that China can get around the tariffs.

Number three, it allows China to send unprocessed Fentanyl.  There'd be no other purpose but to kill Americans.  And then these cartels that have infiltrated and tire states in Mexico but also the federal government and then they reprocess the Fentanyl to look like Valium, to look like Seconal, to look like Benzedrine, and they kill, until recently, a 100,000.  [Ah, Grant Newsham says the real number is 800,000.]  Trump brought it down to 60,000 with the wall and Patrol.  

And then four, they broadcast at the . . . they're a big supporter of Cuba and they broadcast at the UN anti-American boilerplate, and yet our economy through remittances and open border has propped up that corrupt government up for years.  And then we have this other Orwellian situation where we have literally millions of illegal aliens who leave Mexico and they can't find Prosperity, they're afraid, and they have no freedom really, and they come up here and they acquire all three and then they protest against our ICE, they waive Mexican flags at sporting events.  I won't mention any names but if I get in my car right now and I drive in a 5-mile perimeter, I will see 4 canteens or little shops on the corners, all illegal; there's no permits.  They just set up: food stands, or flower stands, or no sales tax cuz I've gone there.  There's no sales tax.  And they all have Mexican flags.  In other words, I'm coming up here and I'm so proud of my Mexican ancestry that I don't want to go home to it.  And it'd be like me, not that I know much about Sweden, but what if I just raise, I didn't have an American flag I just had Swedish flags all over?  It'd be ridiculous.

There is money to do so if we stop supporting activist social programs. Create ample incarceration and institutional capacity and thereby strip every excuse, such as prison overcrowding, from de-incarcerating prosecutors and judges. Two strikes and you’re out. Ditch Housing First, replace with Treatment First and judicial oversight.

The government's primary responsibility is to the law-abiding people who are trying to go about their daily business try to work try and better themselves.  It is an absolute, should be an absolute entitlement to have safe city streets.  We took that for granted.  I mean you can look at pictures of the New York subways in the 1950s.  You didn't have people being pushed onto the subways. That was nothing anybody had to worry about.  If it takes spending, redirecting the billions that we're spending on these feckless harm reduction programs that you rightly mentioned, Corinne, and redirecting that to building more capacity for involuntary commitment, to building more capacity for incarceration, we've got to do it.  

The Trump Administration is under fire right now.  It has another pilot program where it is incentivizing urban jurisdictions to get rid of their harm reduction program, to get rid of "housing first," and say, 

No. Treatment first.  Law first.

And if you are willing to enforce the law, to use things like homeless courts that say, okay, you've broken the law against street camping, public drug use; in theory, we could send you to jail.  But if you stay in treatment, court-supervised for a year to get better, we will wipe your record clean. That is a perfectly legitimate bargain.  The Trump Administration is trying to nudge cities back in the sanity of holding people accountable and making sure that the streets are passable for senior citizens, for children going to schools.  That is something to be supported, but, of course, the advocates are calling things like . . . .  Louisiana has a homeless Court program, and the rhetoric is just unbelievably hysterical, like, "This is the cruelest thing I've seen in decades."  It's a judge supervising somebody's drug treatment to get that person better.  That's not cruel, it's humane.

Conclusions.  Video evidence shows that Wells had used a fake ID to buy alcohol illegally.  He was drinking sometimes heavily, and the party got boisterous his blood alcohol level was 0.27% a level that would be associated with binge drinking to the point of passing out but this figure is not reliable because even in just a few days after death tissues liquefy sells rupture and bacteria that colonize a decomposing body can ferment residual sugars into alcohol.  As for the bruises and scrapes one witness saw Wells fall clumsily off a boat. He was back to socializing afterwards.  

3:59.  Here are claims the Grand Jury refuted:

1)  That Wells was the only black on the island that day.  False.

2)  That Wells's stomach and lungs were removed by the government autopsy and withheld from Dr. Mitchell, the black pathologist.  False. 

3)  that Dr Mitchell had protested the removal of throat tissue for analysis.  False.

4)  that the state had not cooperated with Doctor Mitchell.  False. 

5)  that well has got into an altercation with white friends that day.  False.

6)  that it was suspicious for Wells to leave his phone in the boat.  False.  People often left phones behind while they played in the ocean and Wells left his with more than a dozen other phones on the boat's dashboard several came back that day in different boats from owners.

7)  There were claims that the white friend who brought wells' phone back tampered with it and kept it from the family.  False.  Well his mother got the phone back immediately and has never even shown it to the police the family first proposed a joint forensic examination with the district attorney then backed out, delayed, and then produced a partial transcript of content.  Nothing suggested foul play.  Blacks are furious because they want to see someone swing and they are too deep into their anti-white conspiracy to back out now. 

5:23.  Tyler Perry paid for Wells' elaborate funeral. 

Al Sharpton did the preaching.

Colin Kaepernick paid for the independent autopsy.

Spike Lee, Eric Bennett, MC Light, Whoopi Goldberg, Sonny Hostin, and Violet Davis, all said his death was suspicious and called for a federal investigation.  

Florida Congresswoman Frederica Wilson with the hat met with the family and Mr Crump because "our young black boys are being murdered and nobody seems to care."

Did anything change after the grand jury report? No.  The congresswoman still in a hat is still saying that blacks have to fight for the lives and futures of our children.

Viola Davis said, "Nolan has joined the countless, endless number of our people who are gone . . .  suspiciously . . . cruelly . . . and then forgotten.  I am so done.  

Wells's mother tearfully said, "it was a reminder that our son's life doesn't matter."  A post about this got such comments as "who actually thought the authorities in Mississippi we're going to convict those snow roaches of anything?"  Snow roaches, of course.  That means white people.

Mr. Crump claimed that common sense tells you the Grand Jury's report is unbelievable and leaves us with more questions than answers.

The DA who handled the case, Angela McElrath, outright accuses the Crump team of lying.

The Crump team knew better but allowed the public to believe among other false narratives that are medical examiner withheld Nolan's lungs and stomach when his body was released.  That things had been deleted off of Nolan's phone before it was given back to his family.  That I refused to cooperate with the examination of Nolan's cell phone.  That I refused to provide Nolan's autopsy results to the family.  All lies, and they knew it.

She's calling for legislation to make that kind of behavior a crime.  So far, not one black celebrity has said, "Well maybe we got it wrong."  I bet not one ever will.  They refused to admit he got drunk and drowned. Mom has been particularly vicious.

"Parents of Nolan Wells' friends, and local officials, told to expect lawsuit," Margaret Baker, Miami Herald, July 27, 2026.

On the day of her boy's funeral, she sent spoliation letters to dozens of people, her son's friends, their parents, state officials, putting them on notice that she was likely to sue them.  They are ordered to keep all records that could potentially be used in a lawsuit.  Wells' close white friend stayed away from the funeral.  Warren Hudson calls himself Wells's best, but said he'd had so many death threats he feared for his life if he showed up.  He and his family got spoliation letters too.  Someone might think twice about having black friends.  

Here are 3 of the 4 people arrested for criminal intimidation against the white people involved in the case.  There is no photo of the 4th, but his name is Brandon Ephraim Washington.  And 90% of Americans named Washington are black.  

Blacks are behaving true to form.  Remember the reaction to the verdict against Karmelo Anthony who stabbed Austin Metcalf to death in Texas?  Blacks posted AI images of themselves [pissing] on Metcalf's grave.  Black Congressman roared about the racist justice system.  Facts don't matter.  Testimony doesn't matter. And this has been going on for a long time.  

There's an excellent book about what blacks think of us, called I Heard it Through the Grapevine: Rumor in African American Culture, Patricia A. Turner, 1994.  The black author explains that the folk believed just about any hateful theory about whites.  In the 1980s, many blacks were convinced that Church's Fried Chicken was laced with a chemical that sterilized black men.  After 2005 Hurricane Katrina, Spike Lee, and Louis Farrakhan claimed the US government blew up the New Orleans levees to flood black neighborhoods.  Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Kanye West, and Harry Belafonte all said Federal relief was slow because the victims were black.  Two thirds of blacks agreed with them.  This gets so boring.  

No human group has ever tried harder to help another group then whites have tried to help blacks.  Have we ever got a lick of gratitude?  Not that I know of.  Nothing but resentment, accusations, envy, and hatred.  We already live in separate nations mentally, morally, and psychologically.  We need separate real Nations.
