MARTIN ARMSTRONG: The federal courts are STATUTORY, not Constitutional. The president can shut down all the federal courts. Only court he cannot shut down is the Supreme Court

As I laid out in this report, Creating World War III, martial law was declared once in the United States during the 20th century. Because the president never challenged and endorsed it, it was in place for several years. I have also reviewed the Supreme Court decisions on this subject, and shockingly, martial law is valid if you also close down the courts.

Most people do not know the legal system very well since they are not taught the details in school, other than law school, to a minimal extent. The federal courts are STATUTORY, not Constitutional. The president can shut down all the federal courts. The ONLY court created by the Constitution that the president cannot shut down is the Supreme Court. All other courts exist at the PLEASURE of the government. 

Okay, so I wished that Martin could parse out the differences in courts here.  I will try my best after searching the internet, noooooooooooooo!!!

I am certainly not uncritical of Trump and his position on COVID and the COVID-19 bioweapons. Operation Warp Speed he lays claim to. But did he have any choice? Was he blackmailed? Who knows?

Target being: Ventilators killed more than COVID-19 did. Ventilators caused bacterial lung infections. Antibiotics could have prevented or cured bacterial infections from which many died (but they said COVID killed them).

But there is some weird vibe about these speeches. Like he knows something, but can't say it. He's holding back or doesn't understand something and is afraid to make mistakes in details.

For me, it was wonderful to hear that Trump cut the National Endowment for Democracy by 2/3, mentioned at the 20-minute mark in the documentary. Not bad.  He does deserve a lot of credit for wresting American capitalism out of the destructive hands of George Soros and his Open Society and back to the entrepreneur.  Interesting to learn that the Chinese president, Xi, banned Soros from all of China.  Quite a feat.

Dominion voting machines are enmeshed in the Clinton Global Initiative, involving Nancy Pelosi.  The Chair of Smartmatec is none other than George Sorors's color revolutionary colleague, Lord Mark Malloch Brown.  He's worked closely with Soros over 40 years as the CEO of Soros's Quantum Management.  These guys are destructive.  Trump is constructive.  

As Soros and his Open Society run color revolutions across the world and destroy the traditional culture and values in ours, and these, countries, pay attention to the different organizations, and the subsidiaries who are doing Soros' bidding.  If you can't go after Soros, go after these subsidiaries.  They're local.  They're accessible.  You can gain some traction in your efforts to ban them.  You are the crown of your own neighborhood.  Reclaim that.

The whole "Make America Great Again" ain't gonna happen.  It can't.  There's no there there.   

But like him or not, he is the only meaningful brand of all the candidates.  Could you imagine if he delivered on these promises?  

Could I enter my own list?  

How about we eliminate the surveillance state?  And those who've been harmed by it, that they receive financial restitution.  

Can we eliminate the CIA, the president's private army that is accountable to no one, not even the president? 

Could we make the criminal courts more accountable?
