SCOTT MECHKOWSKI on DACA PROGRAM: Congress never passed it. The courts have said it doesn’t fit the immigration laws on the books. The Supreme Court never ruled that it was legal. Democrats have spent years defending it like it’s settled law instead of an executive workaround they liked.

One of the people who got that status is Miguel Alonso.
Maldonado Soriano. He came illegally in 1999, got DACA under Obama, kept it under Biden, and lost it this year. Then he took a sledgehammer to the Iwo Jima monument. --Scott Mechkowski
Obama used to say he wasn’t a king and that he couldn’t just change immigration law by himself. Then he did it anyway. In 2012 his DHS put out a memo and created DACA, handing work permits and protection from deportation to hundreds of thousands of people who entered the country illegally. Congress never passed it.
They called people like him Dreamers and treated the program like a moral good. He used his time here to smash a memorial to the Marines who raised the flag at Iwo Jima.

Obama said he couldn’t act like a king, then did, and Democrats have had no problem with any of it. No Marchs, No protests , not a peep, That’s the record, end #DACA now …
