JOSEPH SANSONE: [DeSantis] was a military attorney. He prosecuted people in GITMO, he was an attorney. He was process served with the document. You know, how could he not look at it?

🔥"At this point, the governor of the state of Florida [Ron DeSantis] and the attorney general of the state of Florida are behaving like accessories after the fact" with regard to the COVID jab "biological weapons of mass destruction." Dr. Joseph Sansone M.S., PhD (), "a psychotherapist opposed to psychopathic authoritarianism," describes for Tom Dienes (@dienes_tom) how Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (@RonDeSantis) and Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody (), "are behaving like accessories after the fact" with regard to the COVID jab "biological weapons of mass destruction." Sansone, who's on the board of the National American Renaissance Movement, says he's filed a writ of mandamus, which the governor has seen. (From Cornell Law School: "A writ of mandamus is an order from a court to an inferior government official ordering the government official to properly fulfill their official duties or correct an abuse of discretion.") 00:00, SANSONE.  Question, whose job is it when we are being attacked with biological weapons of mass destruction?  Should the governor, who's the head of our state military, shouldn't he do something? Shouldn't our attorney general do something?  Shouldn't our sheriff or constitutional officers here in Florida shouldn't they be doing something?  You know, whose job is it?

00:24, DIENES.  It's, it's, I, I just think they just don't buy it right I mean they see seem to me if I talk to DeSantis like I mean the first thing I would say to him with regards to this is like you know why don't you take a look at Samsung's work or Kingston, like at least . . .

00:35, SANSONE. He knows. He's seen it. He's seen the evidence of this mandamus, he was served.

Sansone, who's on the board of the National American Renaissance Movement, says he's filed a writ of mandamus, which the governor has seen. (From Cornell Law School: "A writ of mandamus, Latin for "We demand," is an order from a court to an inferior government official ordering the government official to properly fulfill their official duties or correct an abuse of discretion.")

00:40, DIENES.  Do you think he actually read through everything?

00:42, SANSONE.  Of course, he did.  He was a military attorney.  He prosecuted people in GITMO, he was an attorney.  He's not, he, of course, did he was, and I mean he didn't sign for it, but one of his assistants signed for it.  He was process served with the document.  You know, how could he not look at it? Of course, he saw it.

01:01, DIENES.  I hope you're right because sometimes these people they just, you know, they skim over and they're just like, you know, I don't know, you know, look at that.

01:09, SANSONE, Tom, at this point, at this point, the governor of the state of Florida and the Attorney General of the State of Florida are behaving like accessories after the fact that law and we have that law in the original complaint now I don't accuse anybody of anything in this complaint I just say that the law is being violated I'm just asking for the shots to be taken off the market but you know we have an accessory after the fact law in Florida and if you're shielding someone from prosecution or in allowing a crime to continue you're in accessory after the fact I don't see anything in there that says in a in a law that says you're immune if you're a politician or a government official I don't think that any immunity allows you to make crimes against human beings like this or allow it to continue so the governor if I work governor I would start looking at this seriously and seeing the tide shifting and you know there's a guy who used to prosecute people . . .

"I wish that the TSA would let us know ahead of time that you have the option whether you want to have your picture taken or not; whether you just want your ID checked."

Is it possible to not get my picture taken?  And that's a yes.

Any kind of opportunity that you have where you're able to not get your picture taken, and not give up any of your biomedical data is a good thing.  I actually wish that the TSA would let us know ahead of time that you have the option whether you want to have your picture taken or not; whether you just want your ID checked.

FLORIDA: No children? No spouse? Oh, the Sunshine State says that they can kill you!

I'm here today to discuss a law whose very existence is barbaric and inexcusable. The Florida Medical Rights Association suggests that under the Wrongful Death Act if a deceased is unmarried and has no minor children, healthcare providers may commit medical negligence causing death without consequence.

The US Government HATES You. “Health care providers may commit medical negligence causing death without consequence” — “I'm here today to discuss a law whose very existence is barbaric and inexcusable. The Florida Medical Rights Association suggests that under the Wrongful Death Act, if a deceased is unmarried and has no minor children, healthcare providers may commit medical negligence causing death without consequence. Let me repeat that. Healthcare providers may commit medical negligence without consequence. And I'd like to ask each of you, how is this tolerable? I'd like to ask each of you, how is it legal? This law says, if you have a child and that child is, say, 26 and has no children, no spouse, just doing life, going to school, seeing the world, dating, such a thing should happen to them, you can do nothing. There's no justice. There's no peace.” “Question the integrity of the doctors, the hospitals, the insurance companies, and the lobbyists as you are essentially giving them a license to kill”

I can’t transcribe this all due to X’s text limits but this is an INSANE listen that all Americans need to see.

As a candidate in 2016, Trump was good on vaccines. As president, not so much

Wakefield's points are alarming.

Starts out with Trump making a comment during the 2016 presidential debates "Autism has become an epidemic."  But that comment seems to be more of a predictive programming remark for the 2020 pandemic rather than a critique of the vaccines causing autism.

Andrew Buncombe was the US Editor of The Independent at the time of this interview where he asked Wakefield about his relationship with Trump.

00:18. Wakefield is given the abominable label of "Disgraced doctor," a horrific lie, as he explains.  "I met him once before the election when he was running for the presidency I had a meeting at Kissimmee in Florida (on 08/11/2016) and we were there, three of us, four of us, representing the issue of autism and its link to immunization, and he interjected and said, "You don't need to tell me that vaccines cause autism.  I've seen it.  I've seen it personally." [Then Trump on tape].

00:46. Trump: And we've had so many instances . . . people that work for me.  Just the other day, 2 years old, 2 1/2 years old, the child, a beautiful child, went to have the vaccine and came back a week later, got a tremendous fever, got very very sick, and now is autistic.

01:03. We went on to discuss the issue of the autism crisis in this country, which is set to affect one in two children by 2032, according to the CDC's own data.  If nothing is done, nothing changes, that's 80% of the boys in this country.  It's a national crisis, and that's what he wanted to discuss.  He said if he were to be elected, then he would do something about this.  My concern at this stage facing the prospect of one in two children in this country developing autism by 2032.  That is my major concern.

And what did President Donald Trump do to stem this trend?

Call For Governor DeSantis To Ban The Jab In Florida . . .

A fish violation [part] is a 2nd degree misdemeanor and you will have court

One of the worst things that you can encounter in your day is a tax-funded, law-enforcement officer taking his job seriously.

"submit your cover letter to Mr. Paxton and Governor Abbott. Download the cover letter AND the Indictment Letter and mail it in this weekend." Ditto for California and Florida, as well as your state

Do one act that takes one whole hour to get done from start to finish, an action that says to yourself and to the state that you're not pleased with what they've been doing to you.  Just 1 act.  Takes one hour.  Treat it like an opportunity, because it is.

DESANTIS SIGNS INTO LAW SB 988

When you see the cruelty of the COVID mandates and lockdowns being reversed, you realized just how much moral goodness we let slip away through our compliance to slavery, slavery that was sold to us “safe and effective.”  I don't know what DeSantis' political plans are for the future, but he is definitely leading the people of Florida out from under the depravity of the WEF, Davos, and ECB.  He is performing his job as expected, and Floridians couldn't be happier by the governor who is protecting Floridians and their rights from being trampled by big government and monstrous, far-reaching agencies like the dastardly World Economic Forum.  Looks like DeSantis signed the No Patient Left Alone Act back in April 2022, whereas Governor, Mike Parson, of Missouri signed his state's version of it only recently.  So it looks like a law passed by the Senate, which then each state has to ratify into law in their respective states.  I just don't know how the legislative procedure goes.  Or is it a case of Florida's Senate introducing its own version of the Federal Government's 191 Bill.

North Carolina, too, passed the No Patient Left Alone Act on October 15, 2021.  So that's three states that have done so.  Are there more?  Yes.  Oklahoma signed it into law in August 2021.

Arkansas, Act 311.

Tennessee, HB9025, No Patient Left Alone Act, signed into law in October 2021.

DESANTIS HONORS 7-YEAR-OLD, FIONA LASHELLS FOR HER COURAGEOUS FIGHT AGAINST STUPID STATE POLICIES

This was excellent.  DeSantis really is a man of the people, not for everybody in Florida but for the people who want to push back on the monstrous policies of the federal government and for common-sense policies that allow people to work and that allow companies to continue being profitable.
