WARNER MENDENHALL: So it's very difficult to get to court in the first place, and then to find Justice.

And tell me the reason that we also have courts well I think I know what you're getting at I mean and actually it's a really good point what Brooke is getting ready to have me sing and what the court system does that I don't think most people realize is it's a way to mediate violence in society.  And the problem is if people can't get Justice, they're going to take justice into their own hands, and I think that's forgotten.  When we have laws like the prep Act that just strip us of our ability to go to court, you are actually creating a pathway that's going to cause more violence in society.  As people can't find Justice for their dead loved ones and they're dead children, they're going to take into their own hands.  You know, why does Fauci have security?  Because there are thousands and thousands of people very angry at him who cannot get Justice in the courts.  And we see that everywhere in our society.  I see hospital security really getting beefed up.  Why?  Because you can't find Justice against these hospitals.  We just tried a case in June that had a bad outcome in my view.  So it's very difficult to get to court in the first place, and then to find Justice.  So you have very very frustrated parents and family members that they need to see a pathway to get Justice for the deaths and injuries of their loved ones.

1:40.  It is a festering wound and wounds of this magnitude do not heal with time they only get bigger and we saw what happened at the CDC where the very frustrated man took a gun to the CDC because like you said we're not seeing any justice where everything is being swept under the rug . . . .

Pfizer whistleblower's lawyer: "If people can't get justice [in court] they're going to take justice into their own hands &...the PREP Act strip[s] us of our ability to go to court...creating a pathway...[for] violence...as people can't find justice for their...dead children" This clip of Warner Mendenhall (@MendenhallFirm), an activist, citizen, and lawyer representing Pfizer whistleblower Brook Jackson (@IamBrookJackson), is taken from an interview with Dr. Mary Talley Bowden (@MdBreathe) posted to Rumble on October 1, 2025.

For reference, Jackson is a whistleblower suing Pfizer and her former employer, Ventavia Research Group, in Federal court under the False Claims Act for fraud she witnessed during the Pfizer COVID-19 mRNA clinical trials in September 2020. PARTIAL TRANSCRIPT OF CLIP "You know, what the court system does that I don't think most people realize is it's a way to mediate violence in society. And the problem is, if people can't get justice, they're going to take justice into their own hands. And I think that's forgotten when we have laws like the PREP Act that just strip of. Strip us of our ability to go to court. You are actually creating, a pathway that's going to cause more violence in society. "As people can't find justice for their dead loved ones and their dead children, they're going to take. They're going to take it into their own hands. You know, why does Fauci have security? If you have any doubt left that the U.S. government committed acts of treason in its attempt to mass murder hundreds of thousands, even millions and more, of Americans, then listening to Robert Barnes' comments should disabuse you of your innocence.

Other emails and documents had come out Exposing the degree to which high ranking people at the Food and Drug Administration knew about the fraud but covered it up rather than investigated one of the people there one of the associate General counsels for enforcement the Food and Drug Administration will make another appearance in this case.  The Justice Department waited until the last minute before the first round of dismissal hearings before the judge.  And they made a very rare intervention but not a full intervention.  They just said, "Judge, we would hope you would dismiss on behalf of Pfizer, but we're not actually intervening for the purposes of dismissal."  They attempted that and it partially worked.

Y’all meet Peter Tontonoz, MD, PhD. He sold his myocarditis research data for $14M. Pfizer bought it and buried it! The DOJ was tipped off in 2022 by an auditor/whistleblower

A company convicted of major fraud would automatically be kicked out of Medicare and Medicaid. Pfizer would no longer be allowed to bill any federal health program for any of its products

Just as giant banks on Wall Street were considered too big to fail, Pfizer was considered too big to nail.  Why?  Because a company convicted of major fraud would automatically be kicked out of Medicare and Medicaid.  Pfizer would no longer be allowed to bill any federal health program for any of its products.  It would be a corporate death sentence.

If a company like Pfizer is excluded from Medicare and Medicaid, they're out of business," Lewis Morris a top lawyer at the Department of Health and Human Services.

Lewis Morris told us that Pfizer's collapse could leave thousands out of work, Millions not getting their medication we have to ask whether by excluding a company are we are we harming our patients are we harming the beneficiaries who need these critical drugs?

Since shutting down Pfizer was unthinkable, Pfizer and the FEDS cut a deal.  And here is how they did it.  Pfizer, located here in New York, owns a company name Pharmacia Corporation, which owns another company called Pharmacia & UpJohn, LLC, which owns Pharmacia & Upjohn Company, LLC, which in turn owns Pharmacia & Upjohn Company, Incorporated.  What does Pharmacia & Upjohn Company, Incorporated do?  Nothing.  It's a shell company created to be a legal shield for Pfizer.  In other words, if Pfizer was at risk of being convicted, the shell company would take the hit. Think of it as the great-great-grandson of the parent company.
