SABINE HAZAN: there are so many foods that we don't realize what we're eating that are killing the microbiome, that are killing the bifidobacteria. So, if you think that a yogurt is going to bring you back the health, or probiotics is going to bring you back to health, no, it's not going to happen.

[the probiotic brands] typically 16 out of 17 don't even have bifidobacteria in there.  You have to ask yourself, is the one that has bifidobacteria is it alive or dead?

Hazan has pointed out that vitamin C, vitamin D3, exercise, and 1 cup of coffee increase bifidobacteria.  So these items should be a good place to start.

Last year, Hazan said that "vitamin C, vitamin D, and zinc increase the microbiome,"

I said I bet you hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin kill the virus, and then vitamin C, vitamin D, and zinc increase the microbiome.  Right when we found the whole genome of COVID in the stools, we discovered that two people who were on hydroxychloroquine and Z-Pak didn't have the virus anymore.

She made a similar point in 2023, adding that Ivermectin improves oxygenation.  Ivermectin is a fermented product of a bacteria.

TODAY'S TRANSCRIPT

What about probiotics because they're everywhere, like they're in the refrigerated [section], they're on the shelf, they're here, they're in the drinks, . . .

. . . while they say they're in the drinks, but they're not.

There's kombucha and this and probiotics.  And then there's my kids were drinking these soda drinks that are . . .

. . . the probiotic drinks

Yeah, these sodas like probiotics.

So we tested 26 products, as you know, on the market, and only three of them had probiotics in them, bifidobacteria in them.  The others didn't.  So the majority of drinks on the market do not even have it. It's just garbage.  It's a marketing tool they're using, and there's no control of that, by the way.  Nobody is controlling this because it's a business they sell.  Who's going to check it, right?

The probiotics, even the probiotics on the counters, like the brands of the pharmacy, etc., typically 16 out of 17 don't even have bifidobacteria in there.  You have to ask yourself, is the one that has bifidobacteria is it alive or dead?  So what I do with my patients, and they usually tell me, "Well, I'm on probiotics.  Should I stop taking my probiotics?"  I go, "No, absolutely not.  Let's see.  If I can see if bifidobacteria in your stools.  And 9 out of 10, I don't.  They come in with zero bifidobacteria.  So I tell the patients, I go, "Well, you either killed your bifidobacteria with these probiotics that were meant to help you because they're not really good probiotics, or you're basically not taking the right probiotics and there's no bifidobacteria in that probiotic.  So that's my theory.  You've got to be very careful.  Also, here's the thing.  Probiotics alone are not going to do it.  It's a combination therapy.  Here is what I tell all my patients.  If you have a house that's burning and you're pouring gasoline and water, the house is going to burn to the ground.  You're never going to turn off that fire because you're pouring gasoline and water.  So, if I'm taking probiotics and I'm taking my glass of tequila three times a day, well, I'm pouring gasoline and I'm killing the bacteria, so it's not going to work.  So there are so many foods that we don't realize what we're eating that are killing the microbiome, that are killing the bifidobacteria.  So, if you think that a yogurt is going to bring you back the health, or probiotics is going to bring you back to health, no, it's not going to happen.

Hazan has pointed to Ivermectin's benefits as a fermented product.  So fermented foods are your dietary best bets.  And then also take vitamin C, vitamin D3 (with magnesium), and Ivermectin, and you're at least on the right track.

CBD supercharges colon cancer treatment by boosting zinc-regulating proteins, slashing tumor growth!

CBD supercharges colon cancer treatment by boosting zinc-regulating proteins, slashing tumor growth! Key findings: CBD changed the activity of genes involved in DNA repair and cell division. Genes called metallothioneins (MT) were much more active after CBD treatment. In colon cancer tissues, MT genes are less active than in healthy tissues, suggesting low MT activity may help cancer grow. CBD's effect on MT genes: Tests (qPCR) showed CBD specifically boosts MT gene activity, unlike other cannabis compounds or crude cannabis extract. Synergy discovered: Combining CBD with MT gene activation or zinc treatment made CBD better at fighting cancer cells.

SASHA LATYPOVA: And [the U.S. Army] have been using it, obviously, for 60 years. They've evaded all kinds of... legal recourse. They've evaded it.

The US Army and the CDC working in concert against the American people?  Say it isn't so.

WOW! Are flu "pandemics" caused by the Army spraying chemical agents from airplanes? "[The 1957] Asian flu pandemic was announced...after this ['large area coverage'] spraying [by the U.S. Army]...CDC came in and said, 'There's a new virus.' ... Does this sound familiar?" Retired pharma R&D executive Sasha Latypova (@sasha_latypova) describes for Dr. Jane Ruby (@RealDrJaneRuby) during a recently posted interview on The Dr. Jane Ruby Show how the spraying of chemical agents from U.S. Army airplanes has been associated with respiratory illnesses. Latypova highlights one instance from the late 1950s when the CDC declared an ostensible outbreak of so-called "Asian flu pandemic" in the U.S. closely following a cross-country spraying campaign conducted by the Army. "Does this sound familiar?" Latypova asks rhetorically. The pharma insider also ties her research into chemtrail samples collected by Ruby, which were subsequently analyzed by Mike Adams (@HealthRanger). Latypova notes that Adams found zinc cadmium sulfide (ZnCdS)—a compound formed by a mixture of zinc sulfide (ZnS) and cadmium sulfide (CdS)— in Ruby's sample and that this exact compound was sprayed by the Army in the '50s and '60s. "Interestingly," Latypova says, "the Army used these fluorescent particles as a test of dispersals in numerous tests over the years. One of the largest ones they did was called 'large area coverage operation' or 'Operation LAC.' And in this operation they flew thousands of flights that crisscrossed the entire United States. This was to disperse these particles all over the United States in 1957. They started, interestingly, on December 2nd, 1957, went through the winter season of '57 to '58, flew all over U.S. [and] dispersed the particles. And, interestingly, in that season, we had [a] so-called 'Asian flu pandemic.'"

PARTIAL TRANSCRIPTION OF CLIP

"I was trying to see what the Army was using as different agents for biological and chemical warfare. And what I found kinda corresponds to what Mike Adams and you found in the samples that you were sampling. There were many more materials found, but some of the materials that, I believe, you guys found are those that the Army was using in their official bioweapons development projects and field tests, back in the '50s and '60s. "So, yeah, that's why it's important because that history teaches us that, you know, this has been going on for a long time. And also that history can show what legal loopholes and what procedures they were using to avoid any liability [or] accountability... So what methods and what levers are they using. And they have been using it, obviously, for 60 years. They've evaded all kinds of... legal recourse. They've evaded it. "And so this is important to understand how they were doing it. So what I found, in the '50s and the '60s, there were numerous operations. So the official bioweapons development programs always dealt with bacterial agents. So, in fact, originally, they were, this program was called bacteriological weapons, not bioweapons. So none of it ever had to do with viruses. It was always bacteria and chemical agents. "And one of the chemical agents that was used by the Army, ostensibly to study airflow over the United States and to study the dispersal patterns of any aerosolized material were these so-called fluorescent particles or zinc cadmium sulfide. And both zinc and cadmium were found in large quantities by Mike in the samples that you provided. "So I think one of the agents that are being sprayed is these fluorescent particles because they've always done it. And these particles are easy to track because they fluoresce. But they contain zinc and cadmium, and the Army claimed always that they are benign. But if you look at the CDC's technical sheets, they [say] it's dangerous. It can cause illness, and it can bioaccumulate. So enough of it distributes on the ground, in the soil, and in the plants and animals, and ultimately gets into humans. But also if humans inhale them, they cause, guess what? Respiratory illness—flu-like illness. And they also can cause kidney damage, depending maybe [on] if you digest it. So, they can cause kidney damage and bone musculoskeletal issues, but, interestingly, they do cause respiratory flu-like infections. "So, interestingly...the Army used these fluorescent particles as a test of dispersals in numerous tests over the years. One of the largest ones they did was called 'large area coverage operation' or 'operation LAC.' And in this operation they flew thousands of flights that crisscrossed the entire United States. This was to disperse these particles all over the United States in 1957. They started, interestingly, on December 2nd, 1957, went through the winter season of '57 to '58. Flew all over U.S., dispersed the particles, [and,] due to air currents. some of it went over Canada. And, interestingly, in that season, we had [a] so-called Asian flu pandemic.

"So [an] Asian flu pandemic was announced after this spraying [of] the U.S. population and Canadian population...[and then the] CDC [came in and said] there was a new virus in China, and it spread all over the world, and we have an Asian flu pandemic now. Does this sound familiar?"

Here is the complete interview.

DR. WILLIAM DAVIS: That's why children can get impaired immunity because they consume a lot of grains that they become zinc deficient; that impairs your immune response.

Oats are a rich source of beta-glucan, a source of soluble fiber.  It's this feature that allows them to be called "heart healthy." that upon consumption does indeed reduce "total" and LDL cholesterol.

And while I poo-poo those kinds of crude measurements, that is true that they can be modestly beneficial.

So what's the problem?  Oats like all other grains are seeds of grasses.  They're all seeds of grasses.  By definition, that's what grains are.  They all share a carbohydrate called Amylopectin A.  Amylopectin A is the super carbohydrate of grain.  I call it a super carbohydrate because the Amylopectin A of grains yields rise in blood sugar even worse than table sugar.  That's because we have an enzyme called amylase in our saliva and in our stomachs that's very efficient at ingesting amylopectin A, and that explains why, for instance, two slices of whole wheat bread raises blood sugar higher than 6 tsp of table sugar.  The same kind of phenomenon applies to oats because it's rich in Amylopectin A.

There are other forms of Amylopectin. Beans, legumes, for instance, are rich in Amylopectin C, which is not efficiently digested.  It's inefficiently digested.  It does not raise blood sugar very much, unless you consume a lot.  But the Amylopectin A of grains, the seeds of grasses, is very efficiently digested and yields a sharp and substantial rise in blood sugar.  So if you ate oatmeal, let's say one cup of uncooked oatmeal or slow cooked or no added sugar, no sweeteners, no fruit nothing just plain oatmeal, a typical blood sugar response in a non-diabetic person would be a rise of blood pressure, say, from 90 or 100 to 150 to 180 mg per deciliter; in other words, very high.

02:11.  What are the consequences of that?  Whenever blood sugar ranges that high, it does all sorts of things.  It provokes insulin resistance.  If it's repeated over time, it causes growth of visceral fat, that is tummy fat, and weight gain, and it induces something called glycation.  Glycation is irreversible glucose modification of proteins.  So if you glycate the proteins in the lenses of your eyes, you get cataracts over time.  If you glycate the cartilage cells and proteins in your knees and hips, you get brittle cartilage that leads to arthritis and bone-on-bone arthritis.  If you glycate LDL particles, you get heart disease.  If you glycate the skin, you get skin thinning, age spots, and accelerated skin aging.  So glycation is a very, very important process to know about.

And how do you cause glycation and endogenous glycation? By having high glucose every time blood glucose ranges above 100 you glycate more and more and more so that blood sugar of 150 to 180 in a diabetic after consuming oatmeal is not a good idea.  If you have insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, diabetes, a typical blood sugar could be 200 to 350, sometimes higher, sky high blood sugars because of the Amylopectin A.  That one cup of uncooked oatmeal that you slow cooked yields about 46 grams net carbs which is an awful lot.  You know, my Wheat Belly and Undoctored Programs, we restrict ourselves to no more than 15 grams net carbs per meal because that's the level at which there's little to no rise in blood sugar, and we don't generate insulin resistance.  We have virtually no acceleration of glycation, but that one cup of oatmeal yields 46 grams net carbs.  Now people often add slices of bananas, right, berries, some sweeteners, milk, now you're talking about 65, 70, 80, 90 net carbs, and all those adverse effects are further amplified.  Oats have also been associated provocation of type 1 diabetes those data are observational, and thereby not real solid.  But there is better evidence to show us that the gliadin protein of wheat and Zein protein of corn are powerful provokers of the process that leads to type 1 diabetes in kids.  So even though the data are still limited with oats and observational, it's so consistent with what we know with related proteins, and by the way, those proteins are called Prolamin protein.  The avenin proteins of Oats the glaidin proteins of wheat sequin protein of rye Zein of corn these are all called prolamine proteins and they are called that because they're rich in the amino acid, Proline.  And amino acid sequences that include Proline are often not well digested by the enzymes we have in our digestive tracts.  That's part of the reason why we get autoimmune effects from consumption of the seeds of grasses.  Oats are rich in fungal mycotoxins this has been a perennial problem with oats that they seem to be a good place to grow fungi that's why mushroom Farmers often grow them in oats the oatmeal you buy the oats you buy are often contaminated by fungal mycotoxins at sometimes toxic levels and these are carcinogenic and other toxic properties so oats are source a common source of fungal mycotoxins.  The avenin protein of oats can mimic the gliadin protein of wheat and reigniting celiac disease this is similar in to the way that the Zein protein of corn can reignite celiac disease.  People with celiac disease are told to be gluten-free and to eat gluten-free foods.  One of the most common ingredients in gluten-free foods is cornstarch.  Now that's the starch of corn, not the protein, but the corn starch is often contaminated with the Zein proteins.  So all those products made with gluten-free ingredients, like cornstarch, can also reignite the celiac disease.  Likewise, the avenin protein of oats can reignite celiac disease in some people with celiac disease.  Oats also, like many other grains, or seeds of grasses, contain something called phytates.  And phytates are very good at binding positively charged minerals like iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, copper, manganese, and when the phytates of grains, say from a bowl of oatmeal, or a sandwich made with two slices of whole wheat bread, the phytates bind those positively charged minerals, most of them, and you pass it out in the toilet.  That's why, for instance, there's lots and lots of iron deficiency anemia in people who consume a lot of grains.  That's why children can get impaired immunity because they consume a lot of grains that they become zinc deficient; that impairs your immune response.  That's why a lot of people get skin rashes from consuming grains because it binds all the zinc.  So multiple nutritional deficiencies developed from the consumption of Oats as they do with other grains.

07:15.  Lastly oats can be a common source of allergy the allergy can show up as asthma it can show up as gastrointestinal upset it can show up as skin rashes now skin rashes can occur from oral consumption or from topical application of of creams and other products that contain oats it's very common in children for instance so oats do have something good in them the better glucan soluble fiber unfortunately it comes with two much bad baggage, like the Amylopectin A that raises blood sugar and Insulin; the fungal mycotoxins; provocation of the celiac disease; phytates; and others.  This is very common.  There's no way to disable the adverse effects of seeds of grasses because seeds of grasses, if you ran into a field and you and your family were starving, and you ran into a field of grass, would you say "Hallelujah!  We eat well tonight!" Probably not because humans don't view grass as food.  It's testimony to the cleverness of man ancient humans who managed just 10,000 years ago to figure out a way to isolate the sea of each grass blade dry it pulverize it and grind it into a flower or use it to ferment things like beer and bread so this is a testimony to the cleverness of humans but it was a critical error to consume something that kept you alive another week 4 weeks or months but impaired long-term health and that's true for all Seas of grasses, including oats.

CELL RESEARCH: Anti-Malaria Drug Chloroquine Is Highly Effective in Treating Avian Influenza A H5N1 Virus Infection in an Animal Model

I can't even imagine that there is such a pathogen called H1N1 or H5N1, that it isn't any more virulent than the flu or cold.  However, the gain-of-function feature could make it more contagious, but more contagious is no guarantee that you'll contract it.  Just take more vitamin D3 and zinc during the winter.

THOMAS E. LEVY, MD, JD: He then received one 400 ml ozonated saline infusion followed by a 15,000 mg infusion of vitamin C. The second picture reveals a complete and immediate resolution of the rouleaux formation

The following is an excerpt from Thomas Levy, MD, JD,'s article, "Reversing mRNA Damage, Cancelling the Spike Protein, Blood Clotting with Ozone Therapy," November 27, 2021.

When antioxidants can donate electrons back to oxidized biomolecules (reduction), the normal function of these biomolecules is restored (
Levy, 2019). This is the reason why sufficient antioxidant therapy, such as can be achieved by highly-dosed intravenous vitamin C, has proven to be so profoundly effective in blocking and even reversing the negative clinical impact of any toxin or poison. There exists no toxin against which vitamin C has been tested that has not been effectively neutralized (Levy, 2002). There is no better way to save a patient clinically poisoned by any agent than by immediately administering a sizeable intravenous infusion of sodium ascorbate. The addition of magnesium chloride to the infusion is also important to protect against sudden life-threatening arrhythmias that can occur before a sufficient number of the newly-oxidized biomolecules can be reduced and any remaining toxin is neutralized and excreted.

Rouleaux Formation Post-COVID Vaccination

The dark field blood examinations seen below come from a 62-year-old female who had received the COVID vaccination roughly 60 days earlier. The first picture reveals mild rouleaux formation of the blood. After a sequence of six autohemotherapy ozone passes, the second picture shows a completely normal appearance of the RBCs.

A second patient, a young adult male who received his vaccination 15 days earlier without any side effects noted and feeling completely well at the time, had the dark field examination of his blood performed. This first examination seen below revealed severe rouleaux formations of the RBCs with extensive branching, appearing to literally involve all of the RBCs visualized in an extensive review of multiple different microscopic fields. He then received one 400 ml ozonated saline infusion followed by a 15,000 mg infusion of vitamin C. The second picture reveals a complete and immediate resolution of the rouleaux formation seen on the first examination. Furthermore, the normal appearance of the RBCs was still seen 15 days later, giving some reassurance that the therapeutic infusions had some durability, and possibly permanency, in their positive impact.

Suggested Protocol (to be coordinated with the guidance of your chosen health care provider):

  1. For individuals who are post-vaccination or symptomatic with chronic COVID, vitamin C should be optimally dosed, and it should be kept at a high but lesser dose daily indefinitely.
    • Ideally, an initial intravenous administration of 25 to 75 grams of vitamin C should be given depending on body size. Although one infusion would likely resolve the symptoms and abnormal blood examination, several more infusions can be given if feasible over the next few days.
    • An option that would likely prove to be sufficient and would be much more readily available to larger numbers of patients would be one or more rounds of vitamin C given as a 7.5 gram IV push over roughly 10 minutes, avoiding the need for a complete intravenous infusion setup, a prolonged time in a clinic, and substantially greater expense (Riordan-Clinic-IVC-Push-Protocol, 10.16.14.pdf).
    • Additionally, or alternatively if IV is not available, 5 grams of liposome-encapsulated vitamin C (LivOn Labs) can be given daily for at least a week.
    • When none of the above three options are readily available, a comparable positive clinical impact will be seen with the proper supplementation of regular forms of oral vitamin C as sodium ascorbate or ascorbic acid. Either of these can be taken daily in three divided doses approaching bowel tolerance after the individual determines their own unique needs (additional information, see Levy, vitamin C Guide in References; Cathcart, 1981).
    • An excellent way to support any or all of the above measures for improving vitamin C levels in the body is now available and very beneficial clinically. A supplemental polyphenol that appears to help many to overcome the epigenetic defect preventing the internal synthesis of vitamin C in the liver can be taken once daily. This supplement also appears to provide the individual with the ability to produce and release even greater amounts of vitamin C directly into the blood in the face of infection and other sources of oxidative stress (www.formula216.com).
  2. Hydrogen peroxide (HP) nebulization (Levy, 2021, free eBook) is an antiviral and synergistic partner with vitamin C, and it is especially important in dealing with acute or chronic COVID, or with post-COVID vaccination issues. As noted above, the COVID virus can persist in the stool. In such cases, a chronic pathogen colonization (CPC) of COVID in the throat continually supplying virus that is swallowed into the gut is likely present as well, even when the patient seems to be clinically normal. This will commonly be the case when specific viral eradication measures were not taken during the clinical course of the COVID infection. HP nebulization will clear out this CPC, which will stop the continued seeding of the COVID virus in the gut and stool as well. Different nebulization approaches are discussed in the eBook.
  3. When available, ozonated saline and/or ozone autohemotherapy infusions are excellent. Conceivably, this approach alone might suffice to knock out the spike protein presence, but the vitamin C and HP nebulization approaches will also improve and maintain health in general. Ultraviolet blood irradiation and hyperbaric oxygen therapy will likely achieve the same therapeutic effect if available.
  4. Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, and chloroquine are especially important in preventing new binding of the spike protein to the ACE2 receptors that need to be bound in order for either the spike protein alone or for the entire virus to gain entry into the target cells (Lehrer and Rheinstein, 2020; Wang et al., 2020; Eweas et al., 2021). These agents also appear to have the ability to directly bind up any circulating spike protein before it binds any ACE2 receptors (Fantini et al., 2020; Sehailia and Chemat, 2020; Saha and Raihan, 2021). When the ACE2 receptors are already bound, the COVID virus cannot enter the cell (Pillay, 2020). These three agents also serve as ionophores that promote intracellular accumulation of zinc that is needed to kill/inactivate any intact virus particles that might still be present.
  5. Many other positive nutrients, vitamins, and minerals are supportive of defeating the spike protein, but they should not be used to the exclusion of the above, especially the combination of highly-dosed vitamin C and HP nebulization.

STEPANIE SENEFF: "The spike protein becomes extremely toxic to the epithelial cells in the thymus gland, which causes accelerated aging through what's called thymic involution." Zinc regrows the Thymus Gland to its original size

"People who are getting multiple [COVID] vaccines, every time they get a vaccine, their immune system ages...and when their immune system ages, they're aging. So, basically, it accelerates your aging process." Senior Research Scientist at MIT Stephanie Seneff (@stephanieseneff) describes for Michael Farris (@CoffeeandaMike) how the COVID injections age the immune system, and therefore accelerate the aging process in general. Specifically, Seneff notes that "the spike protein becomes extremely toxic to the epithelial cells in the thymus gland," which, in turn, accelerates aging through a process referred to as "thymic involution." (Thymic involution is a genetically programmed aging process wherein the thymus, an organ in the chest that's key for lymphatic and endocrine systems, shrinks over time.) Partial transcription: "I think the vaccine causes accelerated aging of the immune system, and I've written about that. The vaccine ingredients can be carried to the thymus gland by the immune cells. They go back to the thymus carrying their cargo, and the cargo is the spike protein. The spike protein becomes extremely toxic to the epithelial cells in the thymus gland, which causes accelerated aging through what's called thymic involution.

"And so people who are getting multiple vaccines, every time they get a vaccine, their immune system ages...and when their immune system ages, they're aging. So, basically, it accelerates your aging process."

Full interview:

FYI, Zinc regrows the thymus and restores its function.

If you're going to take zinc supplements, be sure to add copper.  You need very little copper, 2-4 mcg (start with 2 mcg, a heart-healthy compound), but you need it if you're going to supplement with zinc.  Zinc, magnesium, D3/K2, copper, and fat-soluble, Retinol A.

DR. ERIC BERG: out of all the things that are involved in the healing and repair process, we need amino acids. We need bioavailable protein, which is going to be animal protein

01:28. In fact it's difficult to heal and repair your body without animal protein, especially red meat and today I'm going to prove it in past videos I have talked about eggs and I eat a lot of eggs and eggs are awesome but if we compare eggs to me there is some significant differences and that's what I want to talk about.

01:48. Lots of benefits from having salmon and fish which I have once or twice a week salmon and sardines are very high in Omega-3 which is good, but red meat or beef has more protein and has a lot of other things that can help you heal.  If we look at the whole picture, I will say out of all the things that are involved in the healing and repair process, we need amino acids.  We need bioavailable protein, which is going to be animal protein and we need concentrated protein.

WHICH IS HEALTHIER, RED MEAT OR EGGS?

If we just compare red meat to eggs,

Red meat is twice as concentrated in amino acids.
Red meat has 1.5 times greater iron.
Red meat has 2.2x greater magnesium.
Beef has 3.7 times greater amounts of zinc.
Red meat has 50 times more vitamin B3 than eggs.
Red meat has double the amount of B1.
Beef has 4 times the amount of B6.
Red meat has twice the amount of B12.
Beef has 4 times the amount of vitamin K.
Red meat has 5 times the amount of omega-3 fatty acids.

So the ratios of red meat are going to be better.  Not processed meat from factory farms things like deli meats bologna Etc he's talking about grass-fed beef.

Beef compared to chickens that are pasture-raised, the chickens are still fed grains, which kind of throws off the Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratios.  That being said eggs are also a good source of protein.  As a side note, beef liver has 73 times more vitamin A than eggs.

03:22  Another nutrient that eggs have that is better than beef is choline.  Eggs have a little more than double the amount of B2.
12x more folate than in beef.

Beef has the X Factor, 4 X-Factors actually.

X-FACTOR #1CARNITINE.  Carnitine helps transport fats into your cells, into the energy Factory called the mitochondria to help you get more energy.  Without carnitine, the cells can't get energy from fat.  Carnitine gives you that quick energy when you're exercising and since we're talking about a really important transport of fuel to the mitochondria that is essential for healing and repair of your tissues, not only do we need all the essential amino acids as the raw material we also need other things like those vitamins.

If we compare 100 G of red meat to 100 G of eggs, the amount of carnitine would be 150 mg versus only 7 mg for eggs.

Lamb is #1 when it comes to carnitine content.  Beef is #2

X-FACTOR #2CREATINE.  Creatine gives us that quick energy.

SABINE HAZAN: I said I bet you hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin kill the virus, and then vitamin C, vitamin D, and zinc increase the microbiome

I'm Dr. Sabine Hazan.  I'm a gastroenterologist by trade.  I have been doing clinical trials for pharmaceutical companies for almost three decades.  I'm not here to shake the beehive of the FDA.  I'm here to make sure that the FDA is doing what it's supposed to do, which is assuring my safety and the safety of millions of Americans who are paying taxes.  Because I spearhead the microbiome research, I started paying attention because of the genetic sequence of the virus.  And we kind of joined forces with a lot of doctors in America and when we collected stool samples we noticed a whole sequence of COVID in the stools.  We basically started analyzing what is the best combination therapy to put out.  Some of the doctors are saying, you know, vitamin C seems to be working in Italy.  Then the protocol of Didier Raoul came out.  Hydroxychloroquine was interesting because, after millions of prescriptions, we've never had any problems as azithromycin was another good solution and zinc certainly seemed plausible. So I started writing the protocol sometime in March and the FDA says you don't need to do a clinical trial proceed and that was like April 3rd.  A couple days later, they said, "I'm sorry, Dr. Hazan, you have to do a full-on clinical trial.  My protocol was seen by a lot of doctors on clinicaltrials.gov.  April 13, 2020, I got a letter from the Gates Foundation, and here's the quote

We are helping W.H.O., the World Health Organization, to track and monitor clinical trials evaluating pre exposure prophylaxis of healthcare workers.  We are especially interested in those studies using either chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine .

Right?  Wasn't that interesting?

AFLATOXIN MUTATES THE P53 GENE

The Yeast Syndrome: How to Help Your Doctor Identify & Treat the Real Cause of Your Yeast-Related Illness, John P. Trowbridge and Morton Walker, 1986.

Yeast Connection: A Medical Breakthrough, William G. Crook, 1986.

Crook could be the expert. He's written multiple books on yeast and its connection to ill health.

The Germ That Causes Cancer, Doug A. Kaufmann, 2005.  The Amazon blurb reads,

The authors are responding to a number of things in this handbook.  Since the publication of The Germ that Causes Cancer, there have been several follow-up studies implicating fungi and their harmful mycrotoxins in the role of cancer. That is, rather than having our theory taken apart, it's been solidified by the flow of data coming out of the halls of science. Fungi and mycrotoxins -harmful, fungal by-products -do cause cancer.

Kaufmann discusses an anti-fungal diet in this presentation titled, "Is Everything Fungus?"  Kaufmann offers remedies to fungi-causing diseases here: Oregano, Olive Leaf, Niacin, and Clove Oil.  And that's it.  In his presentation, Kaufmann references the book, The Manual of Clinical Mycology, 1971.

If you've ever been hungover, you've suffered from an acute mycotoxicosis.

At 12:30 in his "Is Everything Fungus?" he says that alcohol is the mycotoxin of brewer's yeast.  Alcohol producers often use that are too contaminated with fungus

Wejolyn strongly recommends reading these three doctors: A. V. Costantini, Lars I. Vqick, and Heinrich Wieland.

#1:  LIGHT REVIEW OF Prevention of Breast Cancer: Hope at Last by Tomma Lou Mass

A Trojan horse has secretly been infiltrating our lives, bringing breast cancer to one of every eight women in the United States, and to women around the world. Because no one thus far has unmasked this deceptive Trojan horse, it continues to deliver certain clandestine, pathological agents via our food and lifestyles, bringing breast cancer upon us surreptitiously. Now Doctors A.V. Constantini, Heinrich Wieland, and Lars I. Qvick from the International Research Centre for Mycotoxins in Human Health (formerly the World Health Organization's Collaborating Center for Mycotoxins in Food (1994-1998) in the School of Medicine at Albert Ludwigs University, Freiburg, Germany, identify in their newly released book, Prevention of Breast Cancer: Hope At Last, the source of these cancerous pathogens masquerading in our food and lifestyles as the lethal Trojan horse.

This was interesting,

Fungi and their mycotoxins hide unseen in foods we eat and inside us. Because fungi have been infrequently recognized for their role in human pathology, and because their poisonous metabolites (mycotoxins) are invisible, little attention has been given to these deadly pathogens in our lives. In fact, few doctors even know that fungi produce mycotoxins. Primarily, we recognize the beneficial role of fungi's antibiotic properties and their life-sustaining qualities when we are threatened by infection, need surgery, or seek relief from colds. Conversely, however, few people know the lethal role certain fungi and their mycotoxins play in chronic diseases such as cancer, atherosclerosis, AIDS, gout, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis, hyperactive syndrome, infertility, psoriasis, cirrhosis, Alzheimer's disease, scleroderma, Raynaud's disease, sarcoidosis, kidney stones, amyloidosis, vasculitis, arthritis, and Cushing's disease. Furthermore, most physicians and researchers are unaware of unpublished pharmaceutical studies showing particular fungi and their mycotoxins to be so deadly they cannot be considered for any medicinal use.  The authors, in their Fungalbionic Series, detail the fungi/mycotoxin etiology of the above-named human diseases.  In their recent book, Prevention of Breast Cancer: Hope At Last, they identify the fungi/ mycotoxins that contaminate our foods and produce breast cancer. Thus, having outlined for us which meats, grains, vegetables, fruits, legumes, cheese, dairy, and other foodstuffs are likely to be fungi/mycotoxin contaminated, women with breast cancer and their doctors can begin to identify new ways of eating to reduce the fungi/mycotoxin exposure that results in breast cancer. The text is easy to read and understand both by medical professionals and the general public. The large type and clear organization makes this "science book" a must for all who are interested in preserving their health, or their patients' health, and preventing breast cancer.  Prevention of Breast Cancer: Hope At Last is divided into five parts.  In Part I, "Fungalbionics: Fungal Toxins Cause Degenerative and Cancerous Diseases," the authors briefly discuss fungi and their mycotoxins, showing how they can be both friend or foe.  Part II, "The Trojan Horse: Fungi and Mycotoxins Are in the Food Chain," lists common fungi species and their mycotoxins which contaminate our foods, then relates the danger of these biologically active substances: they are anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-protozoan, anti-insect, anti-animal, and of course anti-human. The term “mycotoxin" is derived from the Greek mykes, meaning "fungus," and toxicum, meaning "toxin" or "poison." Throughout the book, the authors present authentic and highly regarded research, significant medical data, and a clinical perspective on their comprehensive research of the world's fungi/mycotoxin literature on breast cancer. Twenty-four chapters in Part II point out that these carcinogens are variably present in our foods, including aflatoxin, cyclosporin, penicillin, fusarium, ochratoxin, fungal-produced nitrosamines, aspergillus, candida, and edible mushrooms.  Fungal colonization in houses, fungi/mycotoxins in tobacco, and mycotoxins in the diet are also discussed as agents of breast cancer. These include dietary fats that enhance fungi/mycotoxin cancer potential; meats and their fungi/ mycotoxin contamination; eggs, cheese, butter, and milk; and many other foodstuffs which of themselves are not carcinogenic but contain fungi/mycotoxins causing them to be carcinogenic. In Part III, the authors clearly point out that "Fungi-Mycotoxins Are the Cause of Breast Cancer." Pointing to Colditz's (1993) article which reviews the epidemiology of breast cancer (in the context of hormonal, hereditary, histologic, and dietary risk factors), they conclude that their published research data will reverse the current helplessness of women fearing breast cancer by providing a "new level of understanding" regarding the etiology and prevention of breast cancer.

AFLATOXIN MUTATES THE P53 GENE.

This should raise your eyebrows and cause you to learn more about which foods contain the most aflatoxins.

Also in Part III, the authors demonstrate that aflatoxin mutates the P53 gene, pointing out that "abnormalities of the p53 gene are reported in more than 50% of malignant tumors" (Livni et al. 1995); these include the lung, breast, and colon.

FOODS THAT CAN LEAD TO CANCER.

Chapters 30-48 in Part IV enumerate the foods and drinks that cause breast cancer when contaminated by fungi/mycotoxins. These include alcohol, wine, beer, bread, cereals, corn, meats, milk, butter, most cheeses, chicken, eggs, fats, margarine, sugar, sweet/fatty desserts, and tobacco. The authors show when these foodstuffs produce breast cancer and when they do not.

FOODS THAT PREVENT CANCER.

Part V discusses those vitamins, minerals, and foods that prevent breast cancer: vitamins A, C, D, E, selenium, calcium, zinc, sunlight, fish, vegetables, garlic and onions, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, soy, olive oil, green tea, coffee, chocolate and cocoa, rice, pasta, fruit, fiber, yogurt, and honey.

Natural antifungals recommended by Sarah Pope, in order of tried and true and reliable, are 1) garlic, 2) Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, 3) 24-hour homemade Keifer, 4) Manuka honey, 5) oregano oil, 6) Pau d'Arco, and 7) Boron.  Interesting list.

The book concludes with a list of approximately 800 studies documenting the significant research and clinical findings presented.

#2:  LIGHT REVIEW OF PREVENTION OF The Garden of Eden Longevity Diet by Tomma Lou Mass

The Garden Of Eden Longevity Diet: Antifungal-Antimycotoxin Diet for the Prevention and Treatment of Cancer, Atherosclerosis, and Other Degenerative Diseases, A.V. Constantini, M.D. Heinrich Wieland, M.D. Lars I. Qvick, M.D. I Johann Friedrich Oberlin Verlag, Freiburg, Germany: 1998. 505 pages, $95

The Trojan horse that secretly infiltrates our lives bringing us cancer, atherosclerosis, and other degenerative diseases has now been unmasked by the World Health Organization's authors, Drs. A.V. Constantini, H. Wieland, and L. Qvick. The villains, unknown to most of us, are fungi and their fungal mycotoxins, the poisonous metabolites of fungi, which we eat in foods and which live in us and are fed by foods we eat. The pathogenic nature of fungi and their mycotoxins have played immense roles in chronic disease and degenerative illnesses but have until now not been suspected.  247 Book Reviews In The Garden of Eden Longevity Diet, the authors show us that what we eat and how that food has been processed or stored or prepared is the key to protecting ourselves from the ravages of cancer, atherosclerosis, and specific degenerative diseases.  This is the third book in the authors' Fungalbionic Series, illuminating the role of fungi/mycotoxins in human illness and health. All of its recipes carry a unique and far-reaching message:

"This recipe is antifungal/antimycotoxin. It is anti-cancer, anti-atherosclerosis, anti-degenerative diseases, and pro health."

This message is based on the extensive documentation in this and other volumes of the Fungalbionic Series. (The first and second books reveal the fungi/mycotoxin etiology of breast cancer and atherosclerosis.)

17 chapters of recipes offer healthful foods in these categories: salads, dressings, soups, fish, meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits, pasta, rice, breads, cookies, cakes, pies, desserts, and dessert drinks.

These 9 chapters explain how fungi/ mycotoxins cause degenerative and cancerous diseases; how we can shop for food to avoid risk; how to cook to minimize fungi/mycotoxin exposure; as well as other tips on healthful eating.

An Appendix, containing 7 chapters from Prevention of Breast Cancer: Hope At Last, states the benefits of vitamins A, C, D, E, selenium, calcium, and zinc for their potent anti-fungal, anti-mycotoxin activity.  Not only is this book easy to read and understand, but its organization will help one learn how to shop for food and prepare healthful, simple recipes that can help prevent the development of today's most chronic illnesses: cancer, atherosclerosis, and other degenerative disease, specifically: AIDS, gout, Crohn's disease, multiple sclerosis, hyperactive syndrome, infertility, psoriasis, cirrhosis, Alzheimer's disease, scleroderma, Raynaud's disease, sarcoidosis, kidney stones, amyloidosis, vasculitis, arthritis, and Cushing's disease.

Additionally, in Chapter 6, facts about fungi in foods, alcohol, beer, wine, and tobacco focus the reader on changes in lifestyle that would remove risks for cancer or atherosclerosis.  The "What You Buy Is What You Will Eat" list aids the shopper in his quest for food. The "First Things to Purchase" versus the "Quickly Pass By" section helps strengthen the resolve of the shopper to stick to “safe” foods for the family, and the "Shopping List for Garden of Eden Recipes" guides the serious shopper to minimum fungi/mycotoxin exposure. The Garden of Eden Longevity Diet sorts through the most contaminated foods and offers recipes that are anti-cancer, anti-atherosclerosis, antifungal, and anti-mycotoxin. The book documents over 440 significant studies and clinical findings for the claims made in The Garden of Eden Longevity Diet.  Having linked fungi and their mycotoxins to cancer and other degenerative diseases, the authors present us with a much-needed, useful book to help us regain our health in a modern age that can no longer guarantee us which foods are safe to eat. –Tomma Lou Maas

THIS IS SCOTLAND, BUT AM SURE THAT THE U.S. HAS SIMILAR, AHEM, STANDARDS

Scottish Public Services Ombudsman

An NHS board has been ordered to apologise after a patient with a history of Parkinson’s Disease was left starving for two weeks due to a delay in inserting a nasal tube.

The SPSO instructed the Ayrshire and Arran NHS board to apologise to the spouse of a late patient, referred to as C to protect their anonymity.

C complained that the care and treatment provided to their late spouse, referred to as A, including leaving the patient without “appropriate nutrition and hydration” while in hospital.

A was admitted to hospital with a suspected urinary tract infection but their condition deteriorated and they died a few months later.

Yeah, because you took your loved one to an abattoir.  Keep your loved ones out of the hospital.  Meat-based diet, chiropractic care, vitamins D, C, Zinc, and magnesium will get them through most metabolic events.  Keep them out of hospitals.  For a urinary tract infection?!?!?  Vitamin C, zinc, and D.

C complained that staff had not treated A with dignity and ascribed A’s symptoms to their pre-existing conditions rather than treating individual needs.

A had a history of Parkinson’s Disease, dementia and cerebrovascular disease.

C also complained about the personal care provided to A, particularly with respect to management of their skin during admission.
