Excess Omega 6s in our food supply, "Healthy Vegetable Oils" are half of the reason for macular degeneration

Yes, adding Omega 3s can balance out the Omega 6s that come from using the wrong oils at home and from eating out too much.  All restaurants use the neutral oil, canola oil, which delivers inflammatory amounts of Omega 6s to your tissues. 

Vitamin C can keep you from developing macular degeneration.
