2:20.  It sure does look hopeless John and we have the best opportunity in years to end this charade this farce this absolutely dangerous public condition in the primary and voters in LA showed that they are simply not willing to speak the truth put the blame where it below put the blame where it belongs for the homeless the vagrancy problem which is squarely on public officials shoulders.  This is not some naturally occurring phenomenon or the results of a bad economy lack of funding that the poor government officials are simply trying desperately to solve with more money it is the result of public officials decision to allow Street vagrancy to not keep the streets clean for the people who are paying taxes who are contributing to this city and instead government officials place all of their attention all of their funding on the most dysfunctional dangerous antisocial members of society.
