I sense another scam here. Newsom and his cronies like Horvath LOVE ramming homeless & low income facilities right in the midst of the very nicest neighborhoods because we can no longer have nice things. Unless we are Newsom himself.

Homeless already account for 70%+ of all police and fire calls in Santa Monica. Imagine what’ll happen now when they import the most mentally ill homeless to the city and give them free rein of the nicest part of the beach.

I have recommended Lion's Mane and other mushrooms before.  And I sure have enjoyed sauteed mushrooms before I learned of their questionable nutritional value.
