STEPANIE SENEFF: "The spike protein becomes extremely toxic to the epithelial cells in the thymus gland, which causes accelerated aging through what's called thymic involution." Zinc regrows the Thymus Gland to its original size

"People who are getting multiple [COVID] vaccines, every time they get a vaccine, their immune system ages...and when their immune system ages, they're aging. So, basically, it accelerates your aging process." Senior Research Scientist at MIT Stephanie Seneff (@stephanieseneff) describes for Michael Farris (@CoffeeandaMike) how the COVID injections age the immune system, and therefore accelerate the aging process in general. Specifically, Seneff notes that "the spike protein becomes extremely toxic to the epithelial cells in the thymus gland," which, in turn, accelerates aging through a process referred to as "thymic involution." (Thymic involution is a genetically programmed aging process wherein the thymus, an organ in the chest that's key for lymphatic and endocrine systems, shrinks over time.) Partial transcription: "I think the vaccine causes accelerated aging of the immune system, and I've written about that. The vaccine ingredients can be carried to the thymus gland by the immune cells. They go back to the thymus carrying their cargo, and the cargo is the spike protein. The spike protein becomes extremely toxic to the epithelial cells in the thymus gland, which causes accelerated aging through what's called thymic involution.

"And so people who are getting multiple vaccines, every time they get a vaccine, their immune system ages...and when their immune system ages, they're aging. So, basically, it accelerates your aging process."

The Sweetener Splenda Breaks Up Your DNA. Zinc May Resolve It

"Other studies have found that sucralose can adversely affect gut health, so we wanted to see what might be happening there," Schiffman says. "When we exposed sucralose and sucralose-6-acetate to gut epithelial tissues—the tissue that lines your gut wall—we found that both chemicals cause 'leaky gut.' Basically, they make the wall of the gut more permeable. The chemicals damage the 'tight junctions,' or interfaces, where cells in the gut wall connect to each other.

The paper, "Toxicological and pharmacokinetic properties of sucralose-6-acetate and its parent sucralose: in vitro screening assays," is published in the Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health, Part B. The paper was co-authored by Troy Nagle, Distinguished Professor of Biomedical Engineering at NC State and UNC and Distinguished Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NC State; Terrence Furey, professor of genetics and biology at UNC; and Elizabeth Scholl, a former researcher at NC State who is currently at Sciome LLC.  

But should you really be too surprised at the toxicity of artificial sweeteners?  Or even natural sugar for that matter?  I mean we don't remain children or childlike, do we?  We know better than to consume endless sweets or to think that corporations work completely benevolent on our behalf.  I've got some Santa Claus stories if you're interested.

Ironically, there are numerous studies that show this stuff causes obesity. It doesn’t prevent obesity.

Before they started selling you Splenda, it was called NutraSweet. In 1985, Monsanto purchased G.D. Searle, the chemical company that held the patent to aspartame, the active ingredient in NutraSweet, as well as Splenda and many other artificial sweeteners. Is Splenda safe? It depends who you ask.

Let’s look at a little timeline, shall we?

  • 1901: Monsanto Chemical Works is formed.
  • 1976: When Ford loses the 1976 election, Rumsfeld returns to private business life, and is named president and CEO of the pharmaceutical corporation G. D. Searle & Company, during which time he leads the legalization of Aspartame.
  • 1977: Monsanto stops producing PCBs.
  • 1997: Monsanto businesses are spun off as Solutia Inc.
  • 2000: Monsanto’s Pharmaceutical Services Division is created. Monsanto also merges with the drug-maker Pharmacia & UpJohn Inc., which took control of the Searle pharmaceutical operations, and the current Monsanto Co. was incorporated as a subsidiary in October 2000.

  • 2002: PCB trial results in a sharp drop in stock price.

While about half of the total body zinc is in the bones, the skin contains nearly 6% of total body zinc.

Zinc is a moisturizer.  By the way, men need more zinc than women do . . . for reasons that we're men, ahem.

Bill Sardi does an excellent job of mapping out the best strategy for supplementing with zinc.  

Mineral supplement users are often advised to maintain a zinc/copper balance (10 to 1?) so as not to raise circulating cholesterol levels.  Yet up to 45 milligrams of zinc has been used without accompanying copper without adverse effects.

Interesting.

There are many confounding factors (zinc depleting drugs, high fructose corn syrup, copper piping and alcohol, calcium and iron pills that block zinc absorption) that are often not accounted for in controlled studies and obscure the realization that zinc therapy is an obvious way to save lives. 

Zinc really is too important for you to go deficient in.  Look what it does for the heart following a heart attack.

OYSTERS: THE MOST NUTRIENT-DENSE FOOD BEHIND LIVER?


If you are deficient in zinc, you could potentially develop something called hypogonadism.  Your gonads actually shrink because you don't have enough zinc.  Testosterone is made by the gonads.  Some say that we shouldn't be consuming shellfish because of the microplastics.  One point on that is that if you eat Pacific Oysters, you'll have the lowest amount of microplastics.  But so is the lack of nutrition in our diet.  And the lack of nutrient-dense food, so we kind of have to balance things out.  Remember, there are no solutions, only trade-offs.  But oysters are literally at the top of the list of nutrient-dense foods.  And when you're trying to build up testosterone, it's not just about increasing that one hormone, it's about supporting the entire endocrine system, all the hormones in the right balance, so this could help you on many different levels.  Oysters are loaded with zinc and copper in the right ratios, tons of B12, iron, vitamin D, B6, omega 3 fatty acids, and choline.  [Sounds like oysters would be a better option than sardines maybe.]  There are other things, too, that can negate or nullify your results.  For example, if you're on a statin drug that blocks cholesterol, which is needed to make cholesterol, that can nullify any foods that you eat or supplements that you take to boost your testosterone.  

FOODS THAT LOWER TESTOSTERONE IN THE BODY:

Soy decreases testosterone. 

Grains, or the phytic acid in them, decreases testosterone.  Phytic acid blocks zinc.  

Low Hydrochloric Acid.  HCL is necessary to absorb trace minerals, especially zinc.  How do you know if you have low HCL?  Well, . . . heartburn, Gerd, indigestion, acid reflux, all are indications of low HCL. 

Sugar: too much sugar, too many refined carbohydrates will kill testosterone. 

Stress.

Lack of sleep is a really big one.  And the more fat you have in your body, the more estrogen that you'll make and the less testosterone that you'll make.  In fact, your body will start converting testosterone into estrogen.

Iron.  Too much iron can really damage the liver and leave you with very low testosterone levels.  Even though oysters are high in iron, 

THINGS YOU CAN DO TO INCREASE TESTOSTERONE

HARDCORE EXERCISE with a lot of SLEEP.  The hormone pathways of testosterone follow the hormone pathways of growth hormones.  If one is higher, the other is higher.  Consuming enough fatty foods: this is why eggs are good, this is why red meats are good.  Butter, too, is good because it's made of cholesterol.

COUNTERING IMMUNE SENESCENCE

TAKE VITAMIN D3 CONSTANTLY: If you wait until you actually get the virus, it's already too late.

Once they have a virus, take 50 milligrams [of zinc] two times a day for one week and that hits the virus on the head within hours.

As the first line of defense, we should be dealing with people's immune systems in the safest way possible.

8:05  How much vitamin D? 50 to 100 grams/milliliter.  4,000IUs, but he did mention that people can do 50,000IUs a day for 6 months without any adverse effects.

10:40  25 milligrams of zinc is extremely safe; you can take up to 40mg a day without any ill effects in most adults.  You go above that and you reduce the absorption of copper.    How much zinc?  50mg  

11:05  You asked me about vitamin D.  4,000 units.  But people who are overweight need up to or over 8,000 to 10,000 units or more per day.

How much vitamin K2?  200mgs per day, every day.  Because vitamin D does cause the release of calcium from the bones into the blood and you want to try to avoid any deposition of that in the wrong places.  

To fight infections like COVID, you'd want to have levels of vitamin D above 50 grams.  With each higher dose of vitamin D, it triggers the protein and genetic pathways that people need to do better.

Virtually every cell in your body has vitamin D receptors.  Therefore, . . . take your vitamin D.  Your body is waiting, hungering to feel better.  A lot of vitamin D's functions are immunomodulatory that actually directs the immune system to work in a better way.  If you combine vitamin D with zinc, which has significant effects on viral infections, boosts the cells' ability to kill viruses, including cancer.

Get enough sleep.  Get outside, get some sun.  Engage in sports.  It's very much about looking after yourself.  

15:30  If you want the derided compound, Hydroxychloroquine to work, it works in combination with zinc.  It seems that that makes the difference.  You don't want a zinc deficiency.  Studies have shown that zinc does improve the immune response to viral infections.  And, I can say anecdotally, that I use it on a daily basis [as a physician] for viral infections.  Once they have a virus, take 50 milligrams two times a day for one week, and that hits the virus on the head within hours.

Cytotoxic lymphocytes need zinc to function properly.  Without Cytotoxic Lymphocytes, what viral infection--it's going to run right over you.  

Whereas zinc works straight away on a virus, vitamin D needs to be metabolized.  What does that mean?  You need at least a few days beforehand to get into your system, therefore, I just tell people to take it constantly.  You want to take it for at least a few weeks beforehand, seeing as you don't know when you're going to get CVID, you could get COVID twice easily.  If you wait until you actually get the virus, it's already too late.  Even people who've received high doses after they get the virus--they've done studies with 50,000, 200,000 units of vitamin D given as a shot at the time of admission to the hospital, it probably does have some immunomodulatory effect but it takes time to kick in.  It takes a few days, by which stage the person could be a lot farther down the illness with COVID.  They could be onto a much later stage of COVID whereby they're already ventilated.  And the whole idea of this is to prevent that.  

Yes, we know it has to be metabolized by the liver and it has to be metabolized by the kidneys.  I can remember patients with renal failure, for example, who couldn't metabolize their vitamin D.

After metabolism, you've got to make sure it has its effects on the genetics of the body, on the immune system, and that presumably takes longer.  

High doses of vitamin D.  

He neglects to mention it but for D to be absorbable, you must take magnesium.  That means you must take magnesium with vitamin D.

"HEALTH IS AN INSIDE OUT PHENOMENON"

1:55  We no longer have a pandemic.  We have a planned, controlled demolition of the human race.  We heard early on that zinc, high-dose vitamin C, we’ve known forever that vitamin D is the base molecule of your immune system that needs to support you.  And I was saying early on that if you’re going to get tested for anything don’t get tested for COVID, don’t get tested for SARS-COV2, go get your vitamin D levels tested.  And make sure your vitamin D levels are between 80 and 100 in order for it to be therapeutic to protect you from infection.  

Get zinc level tested because they can do that' it's actually a blood test.  And zinc as a mineral is a co-factor in more than 200 enzymes.  And so enzymes are like the energy, the energy factories that make things happen.  A co-factor is like a key that turns things on and makes them work.  So zinc is important for more than 200 enzymatic processes in your body.  Hydroxychloroquine is a zinc ionosphere, so that zinc could hook up with the enzymes and do its job.  It would bind to the surface of the cell and drive zinc into the cell, making zinc more absorbable.  

Quercetin functions as a zinc ionosphere that helps zinc get into the cells.  Quercetin drives the zinc into the cells, and so it gives you this natural holistic approach as a prevention to keep your body's enzymes function very well in the presence of zinc.  35-50 mg every day.  And if you start to get sick with fever, aches, body aches, it doesn't have to be SARS-COVID2, it can be any other sickness, it could influenza, it could be pneumococcus, it could be any other virus or bacteria.  You want to double the amount of zinc that you're taking every day--double it and take it daily until you start feeling better.  

Vitamin D: 80-100

Zinc: 35-50/day unless you're feeling sick.  Double it until you start feeling better.  Take zinc with Quercetin, 500mg once a day.  If you get sick, take 500mg twice a day.  

Vitamin C: the best form of vitamin C is vitamin C ascorbate.  It's the salt form, not citric acid, but the salt form.  Dr. Tenpenny recommends the powdered form because you can give it to people of any age from infants all the way up to centenarians.  About 3,000mg/day.  

Fauci doesn't even treat patients.  I don't think he's treated patients in 35 years, maybe more.  He's been a political wonk . . . in a department working for the government.  So what the heck does he know about vitamins or homeopathy?  And it never ceases to amaze me how political wonks, mainstream MDs, and mainstream DOs, mainstream doctors, claim to be experts in something that absolutely know nothing about.  How can you make any statement about vitamins if you don't know the mechanism of action or about how they work in your system?  How can you make statements like that that homeopathy is going to harm you if you know absolutely nothing about homeopathy?  So it never ceases to amaze me 

Manganese, calcium, magnesium, and so on for proper functioning of the Kreb's Cycle.  

Doctors function like glorified pharmacists.  Sometimes the pharmacists know more than the doctors.  Sugar, milk, bread burn through your minerals and provide only empty calories.

Want quality sleep? Reach for the zinc

Zinc is the 2nd most abundant trace element in the human body.  It reduces stress, improves the quality of your sleep, and regrows your thymus to its original size. 

Further, 

in this same period, the thymuses of these mice had quadrupled in size and exhibited a greatly enlarged cortex repopulated with immature thymocytes

For years, I was under the impression that magnesium was the go-to mineral for the biological ravages of stress.  And I am sure that magnesium is still good for treating that.  But more recently, in the last couple of years, I've learned first-hand that zinc is even better.  After a simple Google search of "stress and zinc," the first entry produced this, 

Zinc plays a significant role with respect to the stress response.  Proper maintenance of zinc status can help to stabilize serum cortisol levels over time,1 and zinc intake has been shown to temporarily inhibit cortisol secretions. However, in turn, prolonged stress will deplete zinc concentrations in the blood.

That article goes on to say that

Zinc is required for the catalytic activity of approximately 100 enzymes. 

Magnesium is involved in even more--over 300 chemical interactions in your body.

Zinc plays a role in immune function, protein synthesis, wound healing, DNA synthesis, and cell division. Zinc supports normal growth and development during pregnancy, childhood, and adolescence, and zinc is necessary for proper sense of taste and smell. 

So if you find that your sense of taste and smell diminishing, reach for the supplemental zinc. 

Given that the body has no specialized zinc storage system, regular daily zinc intake is required to maintain a steady state and to prevent deficiency.

That was interesting because I think that homeostasis leaves us with the impression that we're all doing okay; meaning, that it's hard to tell, hard to know if we're deficient.  And you're never going to have a doctor tell you that you're deficient in zinc.  Ever. 

I remember the first time that I ever took supplemental zinc how it completely relaxed me and put me in a great mood for a good night's sleep.  This was about 3 years ago.  In fact, now I prefer to take zinc rather than melatonin for sleep. Note well, that 

Sleeplessness has a huge impact on the human physiology and is commonly associated with metabolic disorders (obesity and diabetes), cardiovascular diseases (hypertension) and mental disorders (anxiety and depression). 

So if you're looking for quality hours of sleep, reach for the . . . well, you know what to reach for--the zinc, of course. 

The first paragraph in this article states that

Recent research has concluded that zinc serum concentration varies with the amount of sleep, while orally administered zinc increases the amount and the quality of sleep in mice and humans.

Melatonin is a decent sleep-aid and has excellent anti-oxidant properties to boot, but so does zinc.  Melatonin does lower your blood pressure.  If you have high blood pressure like I have had a few times, then melatonin would be a good choice.  But zinc relaxes more functions in your body, I believe.  

Important to know [in the Introduction] is that 

Zinc is the second most abundant trace metal in the human body and is essential for many biological processes.

WHAT TYPE OF ZINC IS BEST?

That depends. 

Zinc lozenges are made with zinc acetate, so if you've got a cold then you'll want zinc lozenges. [I tend to trust Bill Sardi's recommendations, so I buy his zinc lozenges product.] Zinc lozenges are what you should be giving your children, er, grandchildren when they have a cough, not a cough drop which is mainly sugar and provides only a short-lived placebo effect.  Know, too, that zinc regrows your thymus gland back to its original size, which I find absolutely miraculous.  The thymus gland has a tendency to shrink through the years.  Read this

After the deficient mice had been fed a zinc-adequate diet for 1 week, their response was nearly normal, except that the indirect response was 68% of controls; in this same period, the thymuses of these mice had quadrupled in size and exhibited a greatly enlarged cortex repopulated with immature thymocytes [my emphasis as if you couldn't tell].  By 2 weeks, the thymuses of the previously zinc-deficient mice were normal in size and appearance; however, there was a slight increase in the numbers of indirect plaque-forming cells. By 4 weeks, the thymus weights, direct and indirect plaque-forming cell counts, and the secondary response of the previously deficient mice were normal. Mice that were nearly athymic after 45 days of dietary zinc deficiency were also able to fully reconstruct the thymus and regenerate T-cell helper function.

It's been argued that the brand name Optizinc is the most absorbable.  May be true.  If you're deficient in zinc and have never supplemented with it, then the Optizinc will surely improve your sense of well-being.  Keep a bottle of zinc lozenges around the house in case of a cold or any lung issues.  Lately, I've really appreciated Bill Sardi's zinc product, called T-Cell Zinc.  If you accidentally overeat at a party (remember those?), reach for the zinc.  We overeat in response to stress, and then overeating causes our bodies stress.  So any stressful event, reach for the zinc.  


The benefits of zinc are remarkable.  OptiZinc reduces acne by 50%.  So there's that.  Acne may be due to bodily stress of a teenager.  Zinc Carnosine treats intestinal ulcers.  Even Wikipedia understands this.

His name is Dr. Eric Nepute.  He is the founding chiropractor at the

In the above video, he recommends, like so many other doctors and nutritional journalists, taking vitamin D and zinc for the Coronavirus or any other cold.  

The following video was produced back in May 2020.  Here he concedes that if you want to wear a mask, then wear a mask, a far cry from his above exhortation that masks are killing you.  This tells me that he's been seeing the numbers on what is exactly killing people.  It's not COVID; it's lockdowns and masks.

First, I want to thank Robert Wenzel for keeping on top of all issues surrounding the COVID-lockdown-riot nonsense.  The way that the local mini-Maos, not Mini-Mouse, are dictating how to behave to taxpayers and how they've got people scared to death in fear of their neighbor if they get sick, sneeze or cough is an abomination and needs to be fought against.  That's where Wenzel comes in.  He posts these videos from a few shoppers who've gained entrance into different WalMarts in Missouri and Mississippi.  And even though the mask-monitors reminded him that he must wear a mask, the shopper was able to get through on an exemption.  You need to do the same.  Check these out.
Here's video #1.  The guy says, "I was talking to your corporate, and he said that exemptions were allowed."  

"Yes, sir.  Of course."  Notice that no question about the specifics on the exemptions was raised.  That's our advantage.  That's where you want to be.

So what's the answer in any store that you go into, or what's the answer for getting your employer to bend to your will or exemption?  Stand strong on your beliefs.  Stick to what you believe.  If we give up, we'll never get back our freedoms again."

Zinc is the premiere anti-viral compound as is vitamin D.  Take them in conjunction.  Though I have yet to try this particular zinc product, the price looks pretty good.  You get 90 lozenges of zinc acetate that is powerful medicine to regrow your thymus gland for $30.  That's less than $10 per bottle and about $.33 per lozenge.  Not bad.  I want to try this brand because I trust the producer, Bill Sardi.  There are, however, other brands. 



But whatever brand of zinc you take, try it with magnesium.  Magnesium enhances the effects of almost any nutritional compound you consume.

With all respiratory diseases, the only thing that stops the disease is herd immunity. About 80% of the people need to have had contact with the virus, and the majority of them won’t even have recognized that they were infected, or they had very, very mild symptoms, especially if they are children. So, it’s very important to keep the schools open and kids mingling to spread the virus to get herd immunity as fast as possible, and then the elderly people, who should be separated, and the nursing homes should be closed during that time, can come back and meet their children and grandchildren after about 4 weeks when the virus has been  exterminated….
We are experiencing all sorts of counterproductive consequences of not well-thought-through policy….
Well, we will see maybe a total of fewer cases—that is possible. However, we will see more cases among the elderly, because we have prevented the school children from creating herd immunity. And so, in the end, we will see more death because the school children don’t die, it’s the elderly people who die, we will see more death because of this social distancing….
If we had herd immunity now, there couldn’t be a second wave in autumn. Herd immunity lasts for a couple of years, typically, and that’s why the last SARS epidemic we had in 2003, it lasted 15 years for enough people to become susceptible again so that a new epidemic could spread of a related virus. Because typically, there is something that requires cross-immunity, so if you were exposed to one of the SARS viruses, you are less likely to fall ill with another SARS virus. So, if we had herd immunity, we wouldn’t have a second wave. However, if we are preventing herd immunity from developing, it is almost guaranteed that we have a second wave as soon as either we stop the social distancing or the climate changes with winter coming or something like that….
[Extreme reactions] cost the US taxpayer $2 trillion, in addition to everything else that it costs, but it also has severe consequences for our social life, and depression is definitely something that we will be researching. I can say for myself, walking through New York City right now is depressing . . . .

ZINC SUPPLEMENTATION SHORTENS THE DURATION OF COLDS BY APPROX. 33%

The best thing for bronchitis is 2-4 mg of vitamin C every 4 hours, OptiZinc because it's the most absorbable variety and 10,000 to 40,000IU of vitamin D for one week.  Be sure to add vitamin A to that to make the D more absorbable.  NCBI observes that
Considering zinc, the supplementation may shorten the duration of colds by approximately 33%.
Consider in a 72 hour period what a double dose of zinc would do to bronchitis?  One of the reasons why I think zinc works so well with most people is that most people are zinc deficient.  We just never got enough growing up, and so our innate immunity may only be bolstered by innate things that kids do, like playing outdoors.  Certainly, with oysters being the highest in zinc content when it comes to food, my guess is that few kids are consuming oysters on a regular basis.  So by the time we're in our 20s, 30s, and 40s, we're kind of zinc deficient.  There are benefits to maintaining your immune system in the first place.  Most people don’t really enjoy the activity of self-care since it involves daily calorie vigilance or supplement intakes or exercise or all three.  It’s a full-time job with little to no reward except when you get sick.  But who wants to commit to a regimen that only minimizes or prevents you from getting sick?  Not much of a reward there at the end of that rainbow, huh, Kimosabe?  But look at what this study published at NCBI stated,
Maintaining the immune defense system within a normal healthy state lowers the incidence of infection and/or lessens the severity of symptoms and/or shortens the duration of common colds.
But if you don’t like getting sick in the first place, if you’d prefer to be on top of your vocational game 24/7, then I recommend supplementing, in part, because of the accumulative effect of stress.  We don’t see a cold or fever coming on.  When I got bronchitis recently, I sure couldn’t see it coming on.  But I was out working late in the snow and did not prepare for the extended hours out in that cold, snowy evening.  And I worked late into that night.  I like working.  I like completing assignments, which I did but at a cost.  The bronchitis was deep in my chest.  And my cough was productive for one full week.  But I took exactly what I described above and the symptoms shortened, and I believe the duration of bronchitis itself shortened.  There is no greater pleasure than being able to breathe fully.  Take that inhale, oh, yeah!

Zinc supplementation increases cellular components of innate immunity (e.g., phagocytosis by macrophages and neutrophils, natural killer cell activity, and generation of oxidative burst) [10].
Neutrophil granulocytes, macrophages: large amounts of oral zinc significantly impaired polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNL) function and, in vitro, zinc potentiated the neutrophil response against Staphylococcus aureus [11]. Zn supplementation (150mg/d) in elderly also induces a decrease in granulocyte zinc that has implications in phagocytosis and chemotaxis [41]. 
Natural killer: a supplementation of zinc (in vitro studies or 100mg/d in elderly) improves natural killer (NK) cells activity, as argued by a lot of authors [9113942]. Zinc administration decreased peripheral.

If you're at all concerned about the Coronavirus, the best assessment again comes from Bill Sardi.  He asserts that the widespread fear could be a contrived pandemic designed to sell vaccines.  

Your chances of developing symptoms or dying from the menacing Coronavirus that now threatens global human populations is 0.0000017482% for developing symptoms and 0.0000001137% for dying from it.  I think you're safe.
