Would you believe me if I told you that of the 15 trial level judges in the DC District 5 of them were not born in America. These are federal judges with lifetime appointments, tremendous powers, far greater than they believe them to be, far greater than they actually are. Five of the 15 judges in the DC District we're not born in America. They were born overseas. At least three of them, including judge Anna C. Reyes maintain their original citizenship. They're not even fully committed to being American citizens and they're all DEI type candidates. They're either minorities, often "the first black" in the District of Columbia; "the first black female"; "the first Indian"; "the first Uruguayan"; "the first Muslim." It's unbelievable. And most of them had zero judicial experience before being raised to the federal bench. This guy, Judge Amith Priyavadan Mehta, born in India. Obama appointee. Zero judicial experience when made a judge. He severely sentenced many of the January 6 protesters.
Another Indian, Judge Amir Hatem Mahdy Ali. Would you believe he was sworn in, became a federal judge after Trump had one re-election? But before January 20th when Trump took office. Born in Canada. Not only was he born in Canada, he's not culturally Canadian. His parents were, sorry, not Indian, Middle Eastern. His parents were Middle Eastern refugees. He's culturally Middle Eastern. Zero judicial experience. He's only been a US citizen for 7 years, and he was made a federal judge and he maintains dual citizenship with Canada, of course. DEI candidate. "First Arab Muslim" on the DC circuit. Has made many of the most insane obstructive rulings early in the second Trump Administration.
Judge Tanya Sue Chutkan. Born in Jamaica and Obama appointee. Maintains dual citizenship with Jamaica. Zero judicial experience when raised to the bench. And she presided over the insane Jack Smith, remember Jack Smith, prosecutions of Trump, the now disgraced Jack Smith.
And who can forget the Star Wars named, Judge Sparkle Sooknanan? Born in Trinidad. I got to tell you, they get these judges from everywhere, from the Middle, East from Jamaica, from Trinidad, from India, any [where] but America. Born in Trinidad. Didn't become an American citizen until she was 26 years old even though she went to college in America. She waited until she was 26 to even pursue American citizenship. Maintains dual citizenship with Trinidad. Zero judicial experience when raised to the federal bench. And what was she doing as a lawyer?
