In this clip from a new interview, writer and paralegal Katherine Watt describes for Maria Zeee (@zeee_media) how the term "countermeasure," which is applied to the COVID injections, is just a cover word for "weapons" or "poisons."

"It is basically a joint project between the UN, World Health Organization, and the United States' military public health complex that are running the whole program and that know what exactly what they are doing, why they're doing it, who they're doing it for, what the goals are, and then they can silo the information so that people lower down know or don't know [what's happening], depending on what level they're at."

Jose Bittelne, an alternative journalist from Switzerland, living on Zanzibar in Tanzania, says at the end of each of his shows, "Don't believe in what I am saying.  Check for yourself."  Because that's what the opposition does and tells you to only trust "the trusted media" or only "trust the experts."  She was featured in a 60 minutes hit piece, talking about domestic terrorists saying "that she was responsible for leading Australians into becoming extremists or whatever."  Simultaneously, she was de-banked by ING, which has links to the World Economic Forum.  She also got reports from the United States that it's been happening en masse over there, people being refused loans just because of who they are and what they stand for.  Clearly, this is the early stages of the social credit system, Dr. Fullmich, and clearly it's an attack on those with a public presence.  It means we're doing something right.

An attempt to crash the system to cause a run on the smaller banks to push people into larger banks.  If there are only 3 or 4 choices, who happened to be aligned with the globalists, they tell you that they're doing CBDC.  One idea is to create a run on the larger banks so that everyone puts their money in the smaller banks.  That's what Maria did after she was de-banked; she found a community bank.  Disconnect from the globalists.  Their system is totally corrupt.  It's beyond repair.  Don't talk to a robot on the phone.  

Most large banks are criminal.  The lesson through which they learned this was the Lehman crisis in 2008, 2009 coincided with the first pandemic, the Swine Flu, their first attempt to divert our attention from what they've been doing because what happened then during the Lehman crisis, the world economic crisis, the Euro crisis,  What led up to this was outright fraud where the banks were trying to sell predatory loans.

7:35  The sanctions against Russia were basically a warning sign against China.  If China goes into Taiwan, why would you want to hold any U.S. government debt because Biden could freeze it and say, "Oh, we're going to seize it, and use it to pay for preparations for Taiwan.  China has been reducing its holdings of long-term debt especially.  They reduced their holdings, particularly since October 2021, and they've been shifting towards gold.  Why?  It's got nothing to do with money supply, inflation, or anything of that nature.  It's the fact that they cannot safely own western government debt--Europe or America.  Because of what they've done to Russia, they can do to anybody.  All of a sudden, why would you own debt of any western country, Australia, Canada, U.S., or Europe, if suddenly the politicians said "Oh, we don't like what you did" and suddenly freeze it?  So that's a completely different motive for buying gold because of inflation or money supply or something like that that you traditionally hear.  So the motive behind the old iron curtain--China and Russia--is completely different than what we have domestically.  So you have to understand that the motives are very, very critical because it doesn't matter to them what the inflation number is or anything of that nature.  They're trying to divest from the west because they know war is coming.  

You have to have reserves.  Gold is at least recognized as official central bank reserves, but the quantities that they've been buying are not that significant from a global monetary perspective.  I was speaking with one central bank, and they're fed up with the European debt.  They can't buy anymore.  They don't want it.  You had Christine Lagard come out saying, "oh, well, the central bank . . . we should come out and be doing climate change bonds," complete insanity.  And you had the fed come out and say, "Ah, we're independent, and we have nothing to do with climate change."  So you have a real conflict going on here.  Among other nations, they're looking at the ECB and saying, "You people are completely out of your minds."  So it makes no sense to hold any EU debt at this stage in the game.  

The war in Ukraine escalates, and that's a direct line of fire right there.  Sweden just issued an order for drafting its citizens.  Belarus did it.  You're going to start seeing a lot more countries starting to draft again because they know what's coming.

Manufacturers have safety signals in place.  So the signals regarding the unsafe nature of the vaccines were ignored, consistently ignored . . . .  These safety systems exists.  The manufacturers have these systems themselves and they monitor them, and most of the time they detect safety problems themselves.  The vast majority of product recalled are volunteered by the manufacturer.  With automobiles, you get messages from the car deal informing you that this model has a defective part.  Same system exists for the pharmaceutical products.   

8:27  And these systems exist at the federal, state, and county level.  Health authorities monitor and or pull products when there's a problem.   I found one news report in Orange County, California, the Health authority accidentally did their job and on January 18, 2021, which was just two weeks after the rollout of these shots in the United States, they detected a problem with the lot of Moderna, and they said that there were too many "allergic reactions. . . ." And it was reported in numerous news outlets, including CNN, but nothing happened.  And that lot was allowed to continue to be distributed all over the United States, until the end of March, until it ran out, and I counted in the VAERS system over 3,000 adverse events and 60 deaths.  So on January 18, they detect an issue.  They do nothing and they kill 60 people at least, we know that VAERS is under reported.  After that occurrence, everything else should be considered intentional.  And by the way, throughout the world.  This product is distributed throughout the world.  And wherever it's sold in every country, this should be noted by the regulators and nobody did anything.   

10:18  How did this fraud come about with these regulators playing the role of the regulator but they're not actual regulators?  They know, and they're just part of the theater.  I got my information from Katherine Watt, a private citizen and a deep and experienced researcher in legal matters.  She writes at Substack.  It's called Bailiwick News.  She calls it American Domestic Bioterrorism, but it's actually American International Bioterrorism program because it includes many other countries where these products are being distributed. So she revealed this whole scheme, which is actually quite simple.  The United States government and the Department of Defense are running this program.  The U.S. gov't, over many years--this goes back a decade--put in place three key pieces where they removed the regulations that we just discussed.  They removed the manufacturing practices requirements and all the safety monitoring requirements for what they called "countermeasures."  They call these things "countermeasures."  BTW, these vaccines are classified as "Countermeasures."  [Okay, what does that mean?] Countermeasures is a euphemism for weapons.  So the Department of Defense has the right to order these countermeasures, meaning weapons, from private manufacturers, meaning Pfizer, Moderna, and a whole bunch of their suppliers, there's like hundreds of companies that make this.  So these are Emergency Use Authorized, EUA, so no regulations apply to them, and this happens under public health emergencies.  So three things: 1) you have DOD other transactional authority where they contracted bribed manufacturers 2) they make countermeasures, and 3) which are Emergency Use Authorized, and this happens under Public Health Emergencies.  So when those conditions are met, no regulations apply whatsoever.  The only standard for releasing them or deploying them is the United States Health and Human Services, USHHS, had Alex Azar under the Trump Administration, and now currently it's Xavier Becerra.  It's up to that person's sole discretion to deploy these weapons.  If they feel that they may be effective.  That's it.  There's no other standard that applies.   

13:20  Are we talking about Operation Warp Speed, for example? Yes.  OWS is a DOD operation, with the DOD in charge of the entire operation.  Layers of U.S. government that designs, develops, and manufactures these products.  And Pharma is just suppliers.  They execute only orders.  But everything is designed, developed, and manufactured by DOD.  But the legal structure is, once they make these things, the HHS Secretary, Alex Azar, if he decides they may be effective, they're released on the market.  Notice that this is done by the DOD with their suppliers and network and so forth.  DOD is not regulated by FDA.  It's not regulated by "good manufacturing practices" or good "distribution practices," does not have to run clinical trials.  [I don't see how fraud goes undetected.]  The FDA's own website states that 

Consumers expect that each batch of medicines they take will meet quality standards so that they will be safe and effective.

So they expect a certain quality.  But the quality regulators were let off the hook for the COVID vaccine.  Huh.  

Does not have to demonstrate safety and efficacy.  BTW, for these products, no clinical trials are needed because HHS Secretary declares them to be "effective."  They don't have to be safe.  The decision to release them in the market to the American people is left to the sole discretion of the HHS Secretary, in this instance, it was Alex Azar.  The FDA plays no role here.  What FDA has been doing is acting, and playing theater, pretending to be a regulator, so they're impersonating a regulator, and they have no role to regulate these products.  And that's the fraud that has been committed on all of us.  [Among others, I would add.]  We also have leaked emails we see that the FDA pressured the European medicine Agencies to approve these things on specific schedule, and they created this whole panic, by saying, "Oh, my God, if we don't approve by Christmas 2020, the world will come to an end."  So they pushed the European regulators who are also quite aware.  I don't think they're amateurs and they probably investigated the legal structure of this scheme.  And they probably did the same in Australia and everywhere else where they pushed this garbage.  After all the evidence of reproductive healt damage, heart attacks, myocarditis, and nerve destruction, we go to the regulators to have a discussion, showing them the data, but the regulators refuse to look at the data and refuse to acknowledge them.  They tell us to go away, that it's been determined to be safe and effective.  They're acting.  They're pretending.  They're stalling everyone.  We keep going there only to learn that we're barking up the wrong tree. 

19:00  The main perpetrator here is the DOD.  The contracts of the players show that this scheme was planned.  In the U.S. about 400 contracts . . . for everything, vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, masks, swabs, test kits, staffing, logistics, everything related.

From the very beginning, the interview takes off.  

The Plot to Seize Russia provides the back story on why Martin went to prison and why he was persecuted, the ways in which he was persecuted, and the plot to seize Russia.

I managed to get a hold of documents from the Clinton Administration that have been declassified.  So I've got all the phone calls now between Yeltsin. And the Clintons, and it's really quite eye-opening.

Omitted from the history books is in 1991 when Russia collapsed, NATO actually asked Russia to join.  And that was what sparked the coup against Gorbachev because the hardliners looked at it as surrendering Russia to America.  So they staged a coup, and that's when Yeltsin ended up standing on the tank.  That's the backdrop which history books apparently have omitted.

The real person who was trying to grab Russia was Russian oligarch, Boris Berezovsky.  He and his 7 oligarchs were actually trying to take over Russia.  And I've got the documents . . . at first he was pitching it that the west should absorb Russia like they did their former enemies, Japan and Germany.  And he said, look, we'll take over the country.  We're not military, we're just businessmen.  That's where it kind of starts.  It wasn't working out well for them at that stage, so then they try blackmailing Yeltsin.  And that's when they staged thus whole thing.  Money was stolen from the IMF and it was all routed through the Bank of New York.  [3:26] And then Edmond Safra, of Republic National Bank was the one that was in league with Berezovsky, and he ran to the Feds and said Bank of New York just did a $7 billion-dollar money laundering.  And so the Feds run in there and it was all set up, and they were blackmailing Yeltsin in July 1999 that he should step down, otherwise, all this was going to come out.  That's when he turned to Putin.  You have to understand all if what was going on at the time.  Yeltsin was being attacked from two sides: one, the hardline communists who filed a motion to impeach him over this Bank of New York and corruption issues that came out.  And they were trying to take back Russia and turn it into the USSR.  On the opposite side, you had the oligarchs who were blackmailing him.  So he turned to Putin.  At the time, nobody knew who Putin was.  He was an unknown.  He wasn't a member of the oligarchs and he wasn't a communist. So Yeltsin appointed him August 9, 1991.  At that stage of the game, the world was like what's going on, what's happening?  First, they thought that he was just going to be another one of these Prime Ministers that's pushed out.  At that stage of the game, what had happened was that in the 1998 Financial Crisis in Russia, apparently, Safra had lost about 50% of his net worth and was putting the bank [Republic National Bank] up for sale with HSBC.  He saw an opportunity, and he stole $1 billion dollars from my accounts.  [5:50]  And on August 27, when that takes place, I call and ask, "What the heck is going on here?"  And the head of the HSBC bank, George Wendler, 1944-2018, gave me the reply, "I'm just the messenger."  Whoa.  Now when you're talking to the head of the bank, and he says he's just the messenger, the only person higher than him was Edmond [Safra]. 

So I said, "You tell Edmond that I'll hop on a plane and I'll be in Geneva in the morning."  

He said, "You can't go there.  He's not in Geneva.  He left for Monaco for security reasons."  So that starts the whole thing going.  So I had assumed that once Putin was installed that that was the sign that the oligarchs were dead, and Safra being involved in the conspiracy, he fled to Monaco, which was like a fortress.  But somebody from the inside left the doors open and they went in.  I knew Dominick Dunne, who wrote the article, "The Death in Monaco," 2000, for Vanity Fair.  [7:07]  Also not reported, Dominick told me, "Look, there were two bullets in his body."  It's an interesting play here, but at the time I thought that Putin killed him.  I was just believing what the Russian press was saying, and it's just not true.  Most of these assassinations had nothing to do with Putin.  This was Berezovsky taking out people that were going to rat on him or one thing or another.  Even when Berezovsky had written a letter to Putin,
