I never knew you were also an OTA expert! That’s good to know. Why didn’t you say anything back then? Why didn’t you say anything in the January 16 Doc Malik interview to disprove what I said about the OTA/COVID contracts? What evidence of OTA expertise can you offer other than an angry assertion that you have it? Why did you wait to claim you have expertise in this topic until non-OTA-experts, 

Katherine Watt and I found and reviewed the relevant law and the contracts, and until Debbie Lerman, a journalist and not previously an OTA expert, figured out why and how HHS “partnered” with the DOD to circumvent their respective OTA restrictions? Turns out that was necessary to order a massive volume of “prototypes and demonstrations” (unregulated chemical poison) and pretend these were regulated medicines for military and civilians. Did you know this in 2020?

03:50. Introduction to Debra Birx.  Spent her career in the medical wing of the U.S. Army.

At PEPFAR, Birx works with Yen Pottinger, former CDC Microbiologist, who is the wife of Matthew Pottinger, Deputy National Security Advisor, and goes on to serve in the Trump White House.  When COVID hits, the White House establishes a special task force called the President's Coronavirus Task Force, run by Vice President Mike Pence, who scrambles to find a public health expert to serve on it.  Pottinger recommends Birx.  In February 2020, Dr. Deborah Birx officially joins the White House COVID task force.  She's the coordinator, meaning she and she alone writes its medical advice.  Just one month earlier, the State Department released a vast investigation into Birx's management of PEPFAR, President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.  It's stuffed full of complaints people describe her as dictatorial they say her decisions are made without clear rationale other than "I told you to."  They say that she "does not listen to feedback" and simply issues threats and that she sets targets that are not reasonable and "draws conclusions that lead down the wrong path."

5:46. Dr. Birx is a highly respected person I've gotten to know her very well over the last 6 days. 

MARCH 2020.  Her first task on the task force is formulating the official White House COVID guidelines, which tells State Governors how to fight this virus.  "Every mayor and every governor should be instituting these guidelines."  And so history turns to Dr. Birx.  What comes out of her brain?  CoV-AIDS.  She simply reuses the playbook she'd run to fight AIDS.

She was falling back on her experience, and basically telling the room, "No one else has had the experience because I've had because I've been leading PEPFAR for AIDS in Africa.  --Paul Mango, Deputy Chief of Staff for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from 2019-2021

6:42. CoV-AIDS.  

1.  TREAT EVERY CASE AS A KILLER.  

AIDS has a sky-high fatality rate for anyone who contracts it.  Birx assumes it's the same for COVID. But you can't predict who is going to get the severe illness.  [With mask on] this is a serious threat no matter what your age.

2.  FOCUSES ON KIDS

A major priority in Africa was preventing transmission to children.  Birx takes the same approach with COVID.  "Young people are getting infected and hospitalized," and protecting kids requires shutting down the main hub of new infections, schools.  "When the schools close, they prevent the transmission of all those respiratory diseases."  

She had her hands on the controls of anything coming out of the CDC.  They gave guidance that said "There's a likelihood that schools being open will further spread the virus . . ."  Well, any superintendent that's looking at is saying I ain't gonna get sued."

3.  GET TO ZERO CASES AT ANY COST

You start with at zero as we did with HIV.  Zero new infections, zero deaths.  I think our goal should be zero hospitalizations and zero deaths.  I don't accept less.  I'm not a less acceptor.  --Dr. Debra Birx.

And in March 2020, all 50 states with the CoV-AIDS Playbook, shutting down society.

Scott Atlas was one of the first people in the country to point out the obvious: every case was not a killer.  It was obvious after 5 minutes that the numbers about the fatality rate were wrong.  The infection fatality rate, according to the World Health Organization of 3.4%, means that more than 3 out of 100 people who get infected are going to die.  That was not true.  Certainly people who were old to the infection fatality was very high, but for people under 70, it was something like .05%, which means that 99.95% of people are going to survive.

The disease Debra Birx was fighting does not exist. For fairness, let’s hear from the other side of this argument:

Oh. The other side says “You don’t understand” and STFU. Duly noted.

I think Dr. Yeadon understands very well what is going on, and think he understands too well for Robert Malone’s liking, and that’s why the response is full of, let’s say - hate and hyperbole but no actual rebuttal or an explanation of what exactly is incorrect.

Making a big show on social media asking questions (“Why is FDA silent!”) that were asked and clearly answered (by the FDA and by the federal judges) for 3+ years and pretending that this time it’s different, points to several possible scenarios, and combinations thereof:

Severe incompetence of those “experts” who keep up this theater. It is possible that they do not understand how this crime is being committed and by whom, and it is possible they did not see the previous answers by the FDA (even in court depositions), and are not aware of the decisions by federal judges in key cases, and do not understand the current US law, and never heard of EUA Countermeasures (while working for DOD and DTRA and getting paid to make countermeasures). Possible, but not likely. And if this is the case, then why are they called experts, again?

For everyone’s information, including Dr. Malone’s (I think, he was asking why the FDA is not addressing product adulteration) - the FDA has inspected Moderna’s manufacturing facilities back in September and found numerous violations, and issued an angry form 483 (which means Moderna is not cGMP compliant and has never been). The contents of the form are still secret. Interestingly, it is Reuters that is trying to FOIA it. It will interest everyone involved to know that the FDA conducted similar inspections of Catalent (Moderna’s fill-finish contractor), and Rentschler (Pfizer’s active substance supplier) in 2021 and 2022 and in all cases found them non-cGMP compliant. Did anything happen after these shocking findings by the FDA? You guessed correctly if you guessed - NOT A THING! EUA countermeasures are not regulated in an enforceable manner by the FDA. They are “inspected and accepted” by BARDA which has nothing to do with the FDA. And as non-investigational chemical entities, they can be legally misbranded and adulterated. Lot-release testing does not apply to them, as Dr. Marks stated in court deposition. Dr. Malone can easily look up the relevant parts of the law.

So why are big experts asking the same damn question over and over again and expecting a different answer? That quote is misattributed to Einstein by the way.

I don’t think this is a sign of insanity. Nobody involved in this is stupid or making mistakes. Clearly, all these “near misses” from the truth are designed to nearly miss the truth as long as possible while the global prison is being constructed.  

DR. MALONE HUNTING KAREN KINGSTON?

Also, I was critical of Dr. Robert Malone, because Dr. Glenn Beck confessed that mRNA injections are the gateway into transhumanism.  So, what is transhumanism? Malone explained it by making biological changes to the human body and also integrating it with the digital realm.  So the biological changes are non-human DNA, and you can read Dr. Malone's patent from 1996 which is "Expression from Exogenous DNA in Mammal Cells," 1996. So in that patent, he was experimenting with a

Because she outed and criticized Dr. Robert Malone, in large part because Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has said that Malone will be his consultant.  Ah, big problem there.  Malone is completely and totally deep state, even admitted as much, "I have historically worked with people who have been truly Deep State intelligence community. In Florida, Surgeon General Ladapo identified 16,000 Floridians that died from cardiac complications within 6 months.  3,500 within 1 month after getting the nanoparticle technology injections or what they're calling "the vaccines."  Why hasn't the Sheriff halted these shots?  Why are they going along with this plan?  We know that the World Health Organization [owned by the CCP apparently],

Uniform Code of Military Justice, it is the military's job to defend America.  She's right.  Soldiers can disobey the law.  FindLaw explains,

So, can a person in the military simply refuse to follow an order if they don't like it?

The answer is yes — if they consider the order itself to be illegal or unconstitutional.

It's generally called a "duty to disobey," and is empowered by the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

The UCMJ is more concerned about the need to obey orders, but specifies the conditions when military personnel may feel justified in not following them: 

 

If the order is "contrary to the constitution" or "the laws of the United States."  

 

If the order is "patently illegal, ... such as one that directs the commission of a crime."  

If the military seizes the weapons, meaning the bioweapons of the vaccines, we won't have to be afraid of the next attack.  They can aerosolize the vaccines or put something on your skin, like a patch, and call it "Data Vaccine."  Reading patents and military documents, when they use weapons of biowarfare,  they call it immunization.  So if they want to use these lipid nanoparticles to create CNS disability or "to express diseases," they just say "We immunize them."  Now, if they use it on their enemies, they'll say "We used it to kill them and take them out.

5th Generation Warfare,

James Giordano, "The best war field is a friendly field.  What does that mean?  It means you get your enemy to agree to what is being done to you.  So you have a friendly battlefield.  And there's no conflict.  So if we know that mRNA technologies are harmful, Dr. Malone said as much, but he also said there's nothing that you can do to get them removed immediately because they're killing people, well, now, they have a friendly battlefield because we aren't fighting back.  How great is that?  Many of our leaders are saying ridiculous things, things, like "This is exclusively a DoD contract and Pfizer just slapped their logo on it."  That is not what the DoD contract says.  Read 3 Trillion Dollar Substack on "How to Destroy Pfizer in Court," March 5, 2023.  The contract says Pfizer is operating completely independent of the U.S. Military and worked directly with the FDA.  They say they own the shot, they own the intellectual property, they own the inventory.  So we can do something to go after Pfizer, and we can do something to seize these shots, whether it's Pfizer or Mdoerna, out of our communities.  But again, when you talk about a friendly battlefield, how would that happen?  Well, you would have people working for the enemy infiltrate those who want to push back and say "We want to seize these shots, we want to sue Pfizer, we want to see Albert Bourla in jail."  So what do you do?  You have people who work for the enemy come into the movement and act like they're our friends, act like they're on our side.  I said on Stew Peters, I think, September, October, one of the first times that I was on there, 2021, I am sorry that people don't understand sociopathy.  I'm sorry people don't understand that there's evil in the world.  But if someone has sociopathy and they have ill intentions for you, they want to harm you, they don't tell you that they plan on harming you.  They tell you whatever it is you need to hear so that you trust them.  So when people come forward and say that we shouldn't inject children, and now because I put so much pressure on people they're calling it the bioweapon.  But our leaders . . . No one was told they were being injected with nanoparticle technologies.  They thought it was a biological agent.  And the FDA classifies these technologies as electromagnetic devices.  No one was told they were being injected with electromagnetic devices. 

After her appearance on the Stew Peters Show, Mikki Willis tells her to stop criticizing the FDA approval of happened . . . and stop criticizing Dr. Robert Malone.  What, is he above criticism?  I'm not criticizing him.  I was criticizing his interpretation, which was a false, reckless interpretation of contracts and the law.  Willis told her that if she doesn't stop criticizing Malone that she won't be part of this team anymore.  And then Mike Adams, so nice, such a sweet guy, called me and told me that I need to stop criticizing Dr. Malone because Dr. Malone may sue her.  To that, she says that she hasn't said anything that she merely repeats what he said, things he said on Joe Rogan.

People should be aware that Dr. Robert Malone was a deep state actor, and probably still is.  I get that folks become inured by all the phrasing, critiquing, and criticism, but Malone was, and in my opinion, still is a deep state actor.  

Is Dr. Malone merely protecting himself and his new career transition from the man who “invented mRNA vaccines”4 — one of the worst disasters in human history — to the man who is leading the health freedom fight on a worldwide level? Or is Malone’s mass psychosis concept being further developed and used by others, such as the Department of Defense or the intelligence community? Malone has boasted about this Deep State background:5

“I have historically worked with people who have been truly Deep State intelligence community. I have decades of experience in biodefense. I have been deep in the belly of the beast. I have won literally billions of dollars for my clients in grants and contracts. I have managed hundreds of millions of dollars in grants and contracts in the vaccine space.”

Malone has stated that these Deep State connections have been severed and no longer have influence over him.

I cited a quote earlier this week from Brandy Vaughn, where she says that "Anything you inject goes straight to vital organs.  Things you ingest, they go through the body's natural defense, natural detox pathways."  Funny how this celebrated panel of doctors can't nail it like Brandy could and did.  That's because Brandy held firm to her convictions of the crimes by Merck and big pharma.  These stooges are dancing around issues diplomatically so as not to offend their industry, so as not to upset their political opportunities.  Dr. Cole is running for governor in Idaho.  So instead of making an important distinction of the two methods of transport, the best that Dr. Cole can do is to tell us that "[they] lied."  That's the best he can do?  Who lied, Dr. Cole?  

As I listened to this woman, Sydney, Australia's Professor Kristine Macartney, and self-appointed "Expert," my first thought was how confused she was and uncertain she was explaining how the spike protein works.  That alone made me think that she's working from a script on that topic and doesn't really know herself.  But the other thought was how these "doctors" come off as smug and arrogant like they're incapable of self-reflection or any reflection at all that might make them stop and think.  Instead, it's running on and on with a narrative that sounds so desperate and only makes me think that they're still med students with a white coat and stethoscope, praying that these props will enhance their legitimacy and transform them from a med school student to a real professional.  Good luck.  Dr. McCullough got it wrong, too.  He claimed that the spike proteins go to the heart.  They go to all vital organs, Dr.  The knowledge has been out there; it's not like people didn't know that, one, the spike proteins themselves are toxins, or that, two, anything that is injected goes to all vital organs.  I mean have they completed ignored what is happening to children with all of the schedule of vaccines for children?  If they have, they're not incompetents; these guys are vandals massaging the message in the interest of Big Pharma.  Malone got it wrong, too.  Both McCullough and Malone got it wrong, saying that the spike protein targets only fatty organs.  These are high-paid hit men trying to re-establish some legitimacy to the industry while they refuse to condemn these shots for what they really are: mass murder and a crime against humanity.  Love it too when idiots on social media praise their valiant efforts and how they've been censored.  Please.  Victims of the shots: that's whose lives have been censored.

Dr. Ryan Cole says that the vaccine manufacturers lied.  Glad to hear him state this, but that's not exactly breaking news if anyone, anyone at all has paid any attention to the medical-industrial complex at all over the last 100 years.  To me, it is not even a question that any coercion surrounding the shots, meaning making them mandatory for continued employment is a brutal crime, a crime that must be avenged.  If hanging the criminals does not sit well with you, then at least tar and feathering for starters.  But it is exactly like Whitney Webb has stated, we live in the United States of blackmail, where we know of everybody's crimes but no one is being prosecuted or held liable.  Everyone is walking, and walking around, perhaps skulking around blackmailed and compromised.
