Do you want people to work for you who choose not to get vaccinated because I can tell you I don't want to go to a hospital where healthcare workers don't think it's a good idea.

You know, Stephanie, I've heard that from countless patients there was a letter to the editor in the Houston Chronicle today about that, and I've received many other communications patients are very commonly saying I want to be in a healthcare situation where I know that I am safe because they recognize this is the right thing to do.  You know, doctors, nurses, other healthcare professionals, we have a sacred obligation to keep our patients safe, and that's what vaccines do.  We've done this for a dozen years with the flu shot. We see the Coronavirus vaccine as even more important.  So we are very proud of our 25,000 employees who did comply with this and who did get vaccinated and  followed our policy.

I should remind our audience of this.  It is . . . well, a 178 healthcare workers weren't vaccinated and were suspended.  That is less than 1% of your total workforce. Can you help us understand what would the rationale be, because when we talk about people not getting vaccinated we say they don't have access,  they don't have the education.  Your employees have both.  

I think it just goes to show the amount of strong opinion and ultimately sometimes not following the science and frankly flat out misinformation that is out there on the internet.
