Whoever unlawfully delivers, places, discharges, or detonates an explosive or other lethal device in, into, or against a place of public use with the intent to cause extensive destruction shall be punished as prescribed in subsection C, Title 18, of the U.S. Code.  

It should be noted that that particular crime and others at issue here do have the death penalty.
