DEXA is a bone density scan to check if you've got progressive osteoporosis.
My husband took me out to do a body scan with him, and our results were very eye-opening. I've been high-fat carnivore for 6 years. My body fat turned out to be 12%. Bio-age 21, which is 7 years younger than what I actually am. Whereas my husband has been on an animal based diet for 3 years, his body fat was 18%, and his bio-age was 27. Eat more fatty meat, if you want to stay young and lean. And maybe cut out those plants.
