They don't ban meat outright. That would be too obvious. Instead they: - Make it expensive through regulation - Tax it for "climate" - Subsidize alternatives - Fund studies showing it's dangerous - Promote plant-based in schools - Restrict where you can buy it - Shame you for eating it Medieval lords restricted hunting with force. Modern elites restrict meat with propaganda. Different method. Same goal. Same result.

The peasants stay weak, the elites stay strong.

"That we are endowed with our sacred rights to life, liberty, and not by government, but by God Almighty Himself."

CONGRESSMAN BRANDON GILL: Immigration Moratorium for one full generation.

It's a start.

SAMA HOOLE: Here's what happens: You chug water → blood becomes diluted → sodium concentration drops → your cells can't maintain their electrical charge → heart beats irregularly, muscles cramp, brain gets foggy.

When you force yourself to drink 4 litres of water daily, you're not hydrating better. You're diluting the sodium and potassium your cells need to function. Think of your blood like cordial. Add too much water and it becomes tasteless. Your cells need a specific concentration of minerals to work properly. Here's what happens: You chug water → blood becomes diluted → sodium concentration drops → your cells can't maintain their electrical charge → heart beats irregularly, muscles cramp, brain gets foggy. Your kidneys try to fix this by holding onto minerals, but they can only concentrate your urine so much. Beyond that, you're just pissing out the electrolytes you need while drinking more water to replace the water you're pissing out. It's a self-defeating cycle. The solution is simple: Stop forcing water. Drink when you're actually thirsty. Your brain has sensors that detect when your blood is getting too concentrated. They make you feel thirsty. This system worked perfectly for 2.5 million years before someone decided you need to drink 8 glasses daily.

Trust the thirst signal. It's more accurate than any hydration schedule.

MARTIN ARMSTRONG: There are always some people who know in advance; they move their money, and our computer picks this up.
