FEDERAL REGISTER, JUNE 1, 1984: Any doubts, whether or not well-founded, about the safety of the vaccination program must not be allowed to exist.

In 1984, because there was so much, so much going on in terms of the public learning about the problems with the diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis, DTP, vaccine and the polio vaccines that a Federal Register was issued by the government and went to all Health departments in the United States which is supposed to [have] just kept there and never circulated, and it said,

Any doubts, whether or not well-founded, about the safety of the vaccination program must not be allowed to exist.

That's literally what it said.  It's straight out of

George Orwell . . .

. . . Lenin.

So you had that, and then you have the changing of the goalposts, and the outright lies within scientism, because it's not science, it's a religion that calls itself science, and we still are a victim of that today.

SUZANNE HUMPHRIES: Before 1986, we had 1976 with the Swine Flu fiasco where there was so much injury that the vaccine-producing companies were no longer able to get insurance. So they went to the government and said, "We need you to indemnify us," and they did

"[Regarding 'vaccine'-induced cancers], SV40 [has been] called 'the perfect war machine.'" --Michele Carbone
It depends on . . . everything depends on your background immunity, which depends on what you're doing for fun and not fun, and how you're eating, and how much you're sleeping, etc., how much sun you're getting, sweating. Sweating gets rid of a lot of stuff. It's really good to sweat." --Suzanne Humphries

"The fact of the matter is that all cancers in humanity have gone up since the inception of vaccination. And... my educated opinion is that our lifespan should be 120 years."

"[Regarding 'vaccine'-induced cancers], SV40 [has been] called 'the perfect war machine.'"
Suzanne Humphries (), a physician and the co-author of Dissolving Illusions, describes for Joe Rogan () how "all cancers in humanity have gone up since the inception of vaccination," highlighting the fact that SV40—or "simian virus 40"—which has been present in multiple "vaccines," including the original polio "vaccines," has been referred to as "the perfect war machine." (Note that the SV40 *promoter* has been found in the COVID injections. The SV40 promoter is a DNA sequence from the SV40 virus that regulates gene expression and is widely used in genetic research because of its ability to drive strong and consistent protein production.) Without the use of "vaccines," which cause cancers, Humphries says that, in her educated opinion, humans' average lifespans should be approximately 120 years long.

PARTIAL TRANSCRIPT FROM CLIP "The fact of the matter is that all cancers in humanity have gone up since the inception of vaccination. And... my educated opinion is that our lifespan should be 120 years... I think with the knowledge that we have and the wealth that we have on this planet, [the] ingenuity we have on this planet, we should be able to be touching the 120-year mark more commonly than we do. "When vaccines started coming into humanity, we ... started introducing animal disease into humanity through the skin. And then we started doing intramuscular injections after the hypodermic needle was created. And then you started having deeper injections of animal disease, and of chemicals, and mercuries, and things like that. So along comes polio research. And the polio vaccine, even to this day, is made on African green monkey kidney cells. Now the African green monkey kidneys early on were basically taken out of their wild habitat in India, and millions of monkeys were brought to the USA for use. Unbeknownst to them and discovered by a scientist named Dr. Bernice Eddy is that there was a cancer-causing entity inside of the substrate that they were using to make the vaccine on the Petri dishes. And that entity was Simian Virus 40, called SV40 because there were 39 others discovered before it. Now we're up over 100. "So that information was suppressed heavily. Bernice Eddy was offered a ticket to wherever she wanted to go and as much money as she wanted, and she said, 'No, I'm staying." Long story short is they just kept taking her away from her work and distracting her, and there was another doctor, Dr. Anthony Morris as well. Anyway, so SV40 was around, and then Maurice Hilleman validated it later and said it came from the African green monkey kidneys. "Now it's benign in African green monkey, SV40. It is not benign in human beings. In human beings, it was called the perfect war machine by doctor Michele Carbone, who was one of the primary researchers looking at the carcinogenic potential of simian virus 40. "So simian virus 40 would have been in the live polio vaccines because there was nothing to kill it, but it was most likely also in the killed ['vaccines']. And African green monkey cells are actually still a listed ingredient on vaccines. So you can go ahead and look that up. It's a fact. "So how this affects me is that I'm a kidney specialist, and I looked at the curve of kidney cancers that have gone up since the inception of... polio vaccines and SV40 introduction. So what this virus does, it is it enhances two cancer-promoting genes, and it inhibits two cancer suppressors. Okay? That's why it's called the perfect war machine. "So that was in the vaccines that were injected. And so the bad news is that we don't need vaccines to give it to us anymore because we're gonna give it to each other forever, and it's never going anywhere. That was introduced to humanity like a lot of other diseases were through vaccination. We can give it to our kids. We can give it to each other. It comes out in the urine. "And so it lives in the green monkey kidneys. It lives in our kidneys. As a kidney specialist, there are a lot of mysterious diseases. Lo and behold, there was some research into some of them... [and] the research that that's really important just gets killed. The funding gets killed. "In terms of SV40 kidney cancers, there's no doubt that the rate of kidney cancers has gone up alongside ... the infection rate of humanity for SV40. As well as diseases like glomerulonephritis, which they do find the pathogen genetic material inside. And they even, in the old days, they found it in the tumors, but not the surrounding areas. So that just tells you that it was a stimulant for the tumor cells to start propagating. So that's just one of the things; that's just one of many, many of the obvious ones. "And even though it's been well defined in the medical literature, you will see still see that they only admit that it causes mesotheliomas and one other thing; not that it causes all the other things that it does, that it's been shown to cause in the other medical literature that got its funding revoked.

"So we probably both have it. Most of us probably have had it one time or other, you know, whether it's lying dormant in our kidneys. It depends on . . . everything depends on your background immunity, which depends on what you're doing for fun and not fun, and how you're eating, and how much you're sleeping, etc., how much sun you're getting, sweating. Sweating gets rid of a lot of stuff. It's really good to sweat."

SUZANNE HUMPHRIES: the world's worst polio epidemic on record in 1916 Lower Eastside Manhattan had an unheard of 25% mortality

Manhattan's population in 1916 was ~ 5 million.

00:00.  I would have to say that the polio bunny trail was the darkest one of all.  I'm not making this up either.  In 1916, in Upper East Side Manhattan, there was a Rockefeller Lab [whose] specific stated goal was to try to create the most pathological, neuro-pathological strain of polio possible.  And they did that by taking monkey brains and human spinal serum and injecting it into monkeys and there was a big problem with that . . .  which was released into the public "by accident," and the world experienced the worst polio epidemic on record. 25% mortality, that's unheard of.

Wikipedia corroborates this,

The overall mortality rate throughout the city was estimated to be about 25%, and the disease left many more paralyzed.

Really freaked the public out, but as it, and as you can see the epicenter as it fanned out, and as it fanned out and as time went on, never heard of it again.  It attenuates as it moves through the body because it's a normal human commensal that goes back to its normal state when it's in a human, and that's generally what happens.  As far as polio goes, no, polio is only made more lethal by the stupid things that humans did around it to make it more invasive into the body.  Just like you can go do stupid things and end up with herpes outbreaks and, you know, staff outbreaks.  Polio virus is a normal commensal.  It used to be until we obliterated it with oral vaccines and replaced it with vaccine strains, but the wild strains are normal human commensals.

01:20.  So there's a vaccine strain of polio that just comes from a vaccine and is transmissible?

01:26.  Absolutely.

Over 490,000 Indian children were paralyzed with an oral Polio vaccine in 2009, thanks to American philanthropist, Bill Gates

Give a listen to Dr. Baker on the seriousness of naturally occurring polio compared to the polio virus injected into arms during the "polio pandemic" of the 1950s.  And other reports on the polio vaccine

DR. BAKER: Polio: The Untold Story

Hey everybody, Dr. Baker here.  Listen, I have to do this video about once or twice a year because you still think that polio is actually a big deal.  You still think that somehow we need to be vaccinated for polio, or your friends will say, "Oh, I don't vaccinate for everything, only the big ones."

And you're like, "What's a big one?"

And they're like, "Oh, you know, like polio."

No, I didn't know "like polio," because polio is not really that big of a deal.

So let's get this straight.  In 1952, your chances of getting polio, wild polio, not from the vaccine they gave you, was 0.037%.  That means you take all the polio cases divided by the population, which is the only way you can do it, and you had a 0.037% of getting polio before the vaccine ever came out.  Now, the vaccine comes out, saves the world, right?  We got to realize that polio is a fecal oral disease so you have to get s*** in your mouth, right?  Weird.  Happens right through contamination.  People don't wash their hands whatever.  Which is why polio went down because people started washing their hands.  You might want to look at the graphs there.  But think about this.  Wild polio, only one percent, How many?  1% of the time actually created long-term paralysis.  4 to 5% of the time it created symptoms like headaches sore throat vomiting diarrhea diarrhea Etc oh you got a virus like your body's fighting something duh and then about 94% of the time 94 to 95% it was subclinical meaning you didn't even realize you even had it but of course they had to come along and make a vaccination for it so the vaccines was an oral vaccine because that's the only thing that makes sense right because that's how you get it so let's give you a little bit of it in your mouth and then you should be protected

SUZANNE HUMPHRIES: Did you know one of the HPV "vaccines" is made using caterpillar ovary cells? 🤢🤮🤮

Did you know one of the HPV "vaccines" is made using caterpillar ovary cells? 🤢🤮🤮

Suzanne Humphries (@DrSuzanneH7), a physician and the co-author of Dissolving Illusions, describes for Vaccine Choice Canada (@VaccineChoiceCA) how "Franken vaccines" really took off following the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 (NCVIA). Humphries, who's spent more than a decade doing deep research into "vaccines," notes that after 1986 "we started seeing all the fancy engineering and different vaccines and different types of aluminum." The physician also notes that "vaccines" are now made using tobacco plants and even caterpillar ovary cells.

"Can you think of anything more disgusting?" Humphries asks rhetorically. "Like, how do you even do that? It's a lot of work, I imagine, dissecting out caterpillar ovaries. So, yeah, it's ghoulish."

Full interview is good.

18:55.  Sherry Tenpenny got wind that I was writing a polio book and she sent me her entire Library on polio Herbert Ratner's daughter who was a public health official in Oak Park Illinois who was one of the few critics of the Salk vaccine back then and refused to release it on to the  population of Illinois at that time including his own children his daughter sent me everything he had everything electronically everything physically and she met with me because she happened to live in Philadelphia and my family was still there so I was still going back to visit so we would go out and eat Ethiopian food together because there's a great Ethiopian food restaurant in West Philly and she would just chat about her dad I think she must have been a librarian or something because everything was in meticulous Chronicles order and then I have a friend in New Zealand who same thing said she was going to write a polio book and her husband just thought well no one would read it but she had all the information it was all on DVD and she sent me everything so now I had more than I could have ever imagined and it was given to me from above to write this chapter on polio.

20:08. So it starts out with okay . . . let's go to the graph that we talked about before we started.  I don't know if one of you guys, or Steven has it.  Surprise #1 was that polio was a very low incidence disease, and if you look at this graph.  What this graph shows and one of the things that you have to be aware of when you're looking at this dissolving Illusions graph and you have to credit creating all these because he's a really good computer guy really smart did a lot of research and he created these graphs out of the available data it's official data we didn't make any of the data up we didn't manipulate it we didn't siphon it it is what it is and so what this graph shows us and I believe this is USA is the incidence rate what you have to be aware of was that a lot of grass look at death rates and that's probably the most important thing to look at because a lot of these diseases As we know measles we can survive quite easily.  Whooping cough we can survive.  So measles is at the very top.  That's the measles incidents that green line that you see going up and down.  The light blue, I think, I think might be typhoid and paratyphoid fever.  The second dotted line from the bottom, you will see the smallpox incidents and how close to the x-axis that actually was.  And then at the very bottom, which you can barely see has yellow dots with a red line.  That's the polio incidents.

THE POLIO PARADOX WITH DR. SUZANNE HUMPHRIES

THE POLIO PARADOX WITH DR. SUZANNE HUMPHRIES WITH DEL BIGTREE @ THE HIGHWIRE.

"Salk Vaccine: Safe, Effective!"

Along Comes the first widespread vaccination campaign with the Salk vaccine.

"They were not going to let this vaccine fail all the fanfare that was going into it."  Dr. Suzanne Humphries

"They weren't careful about their manufacturing standards.  They weren't careful about the testing."  Dr. Meryl Nass

"The Cutter Incident was pretty much a disaster."  Dr. Suzanne Humphries

"The fact that they were making vaccines with monkey kidney cells they discover the presents of sv40, which is a mutation that can cause cancers in animals and humans."  Dr. Pierre Kory

"When scientists located the SV40 and we're trying to talk about it, they were threatened and harassed." Dr. Suzanne Humphries

"In the early 50s, the Salk vaccine, and the late 50s, the Sabine vaccine, and everybody got it because you know why wouldn't you?  Nobody ever heard of vaccine injuries in those things."  Dr. Meryl Nass

"Polio is caused by both the injected and the oral polio vaccine.  you could have an injection of a polio vaccine and still be a carrier and spread polio."  Dr. Suzanne Humphries

"So when it comes to the definition of polio, anything that limped or had a cough or anything before the vaccines came out in the 1950s was pretty much polio.  Afterwards, the criteria changed."

"Before the vaccine, there was something called non-paralytic polio.  After the vaccine, they termed that aseptic meningitis.  No laboratory testing was required before the vaccine.  After the vaccine was released in order to make a diagnosis of polio, a lab test was required.

For anyone who says 'My aunt had polio,' some of us have got to be willing to face the ugly truth.  Polio is one of the ugliest."

"There has been scandal.  There has been propaganda.  There has been failure, and there has been injury.  And it's been covered up."  Dr. Suzanne Humphries

03:50.  I was seeing vaccine injury in my own patients when I was 100% consultative nephrologist in the state of Maine, Maine Hospital.  What happened was I started to do a little bit of research because I was very naive at that point.  I knew there was a polio vaccine in the past, and it was wonderful and all these little crippled children their parents no longer had to fear the crippling effects of polio because of the vaccine and what a miracle it was.  Because as a doctor, I'd never seen a case of polio that I knew about.  Turns out, I'd seen plenty of polio, and more importantly I later realized that I'd seen plenty of kidney disease related to the sv40 virus.  But getting back to the question that you asked me is that every time I would make a claim to somebody who challenged me, because I was discontinuing the vaccines on patients that I was consulting on who already had acute kidney injury, and I would say, "Please don't give this vaccine," or I would research the fact that one of my patients or then two of my patients and then 10 of my patients ended up coming in and saying "You know, I was fine until I had that shot," and I thought "Well, can vaccines affect kidneys or not?"  And so I looked into it, and sure enough vaccines can profoundly affect kidneys.  Kidneys are incredibly sensitive to inflammation, probably one of the most sensitive organs to inflammation next to the brain.  And a lot of what we see is drug-induced nephropathies, and so why not a vaccine-induced nephropathy and sure enough I found plenty of medical literature after I was encountered my first patient with who claimed to have a vaccine injury.  So, instead of telling him to shut up and denying it, and acting like Paul Offit, I decided to be like a doctor and look in a few books and see if it's possible and found that it was.  So I didn't have kids.  I didn't have any history of vaccine injury that I knew of, so I was just kind of trying to find where the truth lied.  And if the truth lied in the fact that vaccines are the greatest thing ever created and that they were preventing disease, that's what I would be telling the world.  But that is absolutely not what happened with any vaccine that I researched.

06:03.  So after I finished my research into influenza vaccines in that particular year, the H5N1 vaccine, the swine flu vaccine I'm getting all the animals confused these days so anyway they were giving two vaccines out of those days for the flu and it seemed to have more of an impact than just a previous one and so I would be talking to the chief of Medicine or I'd be talking to other doctors or even to a parent somewhere and everyone would say the same thing to me what about polio and still to this day when I have a conversation about a vaccine the first question is probably the same to you Dell well what about polio and back then I would just say what about polio and I would have a look at polio so after I finished influenza the kidney issue I delved into polio and I'll tell you I never imagined doing this in a million years I spent two years of my life after I quit my job just looking into polio and what I found it was morbidly fast was it was morbidly fascinating and at the time I couldn't get enough of it I got all the polio surveillance units documents all the scandalous medical information that was available back then I found what other doctors were saying about the testing procedure back then about the Francis trials and the propaganda about the wonderful vaccine and it was anything but what we hear over and over and over again and it very much mirrors what happened with covid and I have been screaming from the mountain tops all around the world that this is nothing new what we're seeing with covid this is an old story that pretty much mirrors what we saw back in the smallpox era as well anyway that's the long answer to your question.

07:52.  And what's amazing about your book I mean I still remember I read it several times now probably need to read it 10 more times to fully integrate all of the information in there but we act as though sort of this anti-vaccine movement if you will or even with covid we saw I think it was like I remember at one point some CDC and FDA had heads were asked during the covid epidemic how much of your staff has gotten the covid vaccine and I think one of the answers was less than half we were shocked to find a doctors weren't taking the vaccine

DR. SUZANNE HUMPHRIES on POLIO: So why were these legs paralyzed? . . . they were paralyzed because doctors decided to start cutting tendons on spasm[ed] muscles and putting children in casts for 2 years

TRANSCRIPT

There were trials done on the polio vaccine, and I think one of the biggest, interesting things is that they didn't release the data on that horribly fraudulent, very poorly designed trial with very bad interpretations of the statistics.  They didn't even give doctors at the time the data until 2 years later.  So doctors were pretty much rounded up and said here's the vaccine that we've all been waiting for.  Give it.  They weren't given information.  Even the doctors were told to give it and it was licensed in a matter of 8 hours.  That's pretty much a record for them in 8 hours.  They pressured the committee to license the vaccine the day that the Francis trial data was supposedly finished.  So I just say look, you have to look at the history of what happened around here.  That's what Dissolving Illusions is all about.  Why would this have been going on like this? What was making people die?  What was making people crippled?  Let's look at the history of how people were living, what were they bathing in and marinating in in society?  What are the drugs that people were using to treat?  I mean every disease that has the vaccine in history, the doctors were doing the most insane things to treat the disease.  So why were these legs paralyzed?  Good question.  I had to ask that.  I had to research that.  Well, they were paralyzed because doctors decided to start cutting tendons on spasm[ed] muscles and putting children in casts for 2 years.  So we have to look at the treatment of . . . it's same with COVID.  How are people being treated?  Completely poisoning them.  Wrong treatments.  Not allowing the right treatments to be given.  I mean it's, it's just there's so many amazingly easy arguments to kill this polio idea.  It's not even funny.  So it's an easy one.  Trap me in an elevator any day, polio is the one I can just nail in 5 minutes probably.

Students lining up for polio vaccine shots at Kit Carson Elementary School in San Diego, 1955

1955, Students lining up for polio vaccine shots at Kit Carson Elementary School in San Diego.  Thank you to Lynn Thompson.

On the polio vaccine, see here.

The following pics come from the Texas Medical Center Library, TMC Library

The following series is from the Victory Over Polio campaign, which set out to mass-vaccinate Harris County residents in July 1962.  It was sponsored by the Junior Chamber of Commerce [Jaycees] and the Harris County Medical Society.

All of these are from Institutional Collection 004, the Harris County Medical Society, box 1 of the “Victory Over Polio” series.

1962, Two bureaucrats wrapped in stats printed out from the computer with a running tally of numbers scrolled on the blackboard.  How innocent.  These two don't have a clue as to the contents of the vaccine.  These would be your official liars.  And TMC Library fails to identify them.  Talk about CYA.
1962, Ah, yes, bring in your local celebrity athlete [from Houston's Colt 45s] to really sell the poisons to the community.  Not even a number on his jersey to identify him.  Perfect.
1962, This scene here is remarkable in that it takes a public health concern and turns it into a party to normalize illness.  Nice.

1962, Vaccination stations were set up at area schools.

WESTON A. PRICE FOUNDATION: Similarly, Polio is not caused by a contagious virus. It reduced after DDT was banned, not as a result of vaccination. The focus should be pesticide toxicity, not contagion.

The insecticide, DDT, was in use during WWII to fight insect-born diseases, like typhus and malaria, and was put into use in the United States after WWII, 1945-1972.

Decreed on June 14, 1972, DDT was officially banned on December 31, 1972.

1894, the first U.S. Polio epidemic.

1908In Vienna, Karl Landsteiner, MD (1868-1943), and Erwin Popper, MD (1879-1955), announced that the infectious agent in polio was a virus.

1921, Polio strikes FDR.  Odd statement of uncertainty for a president assumed by the world to have been paralyzed by polio, "Franklin Delano Roosevelt (1882-1945), former New York State Senator, Assistant Secretary to the Navy, and future U.S. president, fell ill with what most historians think was polio."

So polio cases began in the 1930s?

1930s, The falling price of the Iron Lung enabled mass distribution and widespread use from the end of the 1930s onwards. The cost of one iron lung in the 1930s amounted to US-$1,500, which is the equivalent of approximately US-$26,000 in 2016 when accounting for inflation.

1931, more than one type of poliovirus proposed.

1949, Bodian finds three types of polioviruses.

1950s, Poliovirus itself would not be visible to researchers until the 1950s when the electron microscope was available.

1953, Salk gives polio vaccines to his family.  Salk injected himself, his wife, and their three sons with his experimental poliovirus vaccine.

1954, Massive polio vaccine trials in the United States.

1955, Announced the results of the Salk poliovirus vaccine trial. The vaccine, they said, was 80-90% effective against paralytic polio.  The U.S. government licensed Salk’s vaccine later this same day. The press conference and licensure paved the way for widespread distribution and use of the vaccine.

1959, Soviet trial of Sabin's live poliovirus vaccine.

1960, Sabin's polio vaccine was licensed.

1972, DDT was officially banned.

SUZANNE HUMPHRIES

The 80 pages that are in this book are the summary what I can say is that I was startled by what I found when I started researching polio and that polio is still alive and well today.  You can look at diseases that put people on ventilators that they're neurological diseases where people end up on ventilators are very common.  And hundreds of them per year would have been called polio in the past.  But because when the vaccine was invented and mass-marketed, they changed the definition of what polio was, they changed the diagnostic criteria for polio.  Even Dr. [Bernard G.] Greenberg and other doctors back in the day testified in front of Congress and they said that "Even if a vaccine were never invented, the rate of polio would have gone down by 60% or more."  I think it might have been higher than that.  So the diagnostic criteria change was a major foul play as far as I'm concerned.  Just one little incidence of that, in the beginning before the vaccine, if you had one group of muscles paralyzed on two different exams 24 hours apart, you were diagnosed as polio.  And it was considered a benefit to do that because you qualified for public assistance and services, etc.  After the vaccine was mass marketed, it was changed so that you had to have two exams 60 days apart, and the 60-day period, if you still have that muscle group paralyzed after 60 days among other things, you could still be considered a polio case.  But the vast majority of paralytic polio will reverse in 60 days. The old story about the treatment of the disease was actually causing mass hysteria because that's a lot of the problem.  Even measles was mistreated back in the day.  We know that tuberculosis was mistreated with mercurials and all kinds of other neurotoxins, which actually can cause polio . . .

Fits in here with limbs that were stiff and seem to be paralyzed and they would sever the tendons and would put them in a cast for up to 2 years and if you do that to mice that are healthy you'll find that the limbs will atrophy and they'll become unusable just because of the immobilization so it's a really complicated story in that polio what I've determined my belief is that the polio virus is a normal commensal that lives within healthy human intestines it's been shown that Indian tribes in South America where they have all three strains of the intestines.  Nobody knows of anybody that died, that's paralyzed, they weren't throwing babies off of cliffs, nobody had polio down there.  And then you get into civilization, and you see where people are starting to smoke and eat food that's not biocompatible, being injected with mercurials, smoking arsenic-laden cigarettes because it's supposed to be good for the lungs, there are all kinds of crazy medical practices, not just today been going on for a long time that actually can cause the syndrome of poliomyelitis, so poliovirus is just one thing that becomes invasive usually due to other factors, like removing tonsils or doing surgery at the time that there's circulation.  And then there's poliomyelitis which is the physical entity that affects a particular area of the spinal cord or brain stem with various manifestations that can be just like PNH, which can be very benign or very severe depending on the background of the person and what the medical system has done to them.  We have to distinguish poliomyelitis from polio.  Poliomyelitis is still alive and well all over the world in terms of transverse myelitis would have been poliomyelitis back in the day.  A lot of syphilis was poliomyelitis, arsenic poisoning, DDT, so there's a curve that looks at the DDT production.  DDT production goes down, polio goes down.  Polio is still really high in India.  You can still get DDT in India if you want it; go into most stores and just pick it up.  Then the vaccines came in.  There was the injectible vaccine and there were problems with that because, guess what, that causes poliomyelitis.

AARON SIRI to SCOTT GOTTLIEB, MD: The plummeting decline in childhood health from the early 1980s (from less than 13% with chronic disease to now well over 50%) continued unabated while you were FDA commissioner

Pfizer board member, @ScottGottliebMD, you look foolish attacking @RobertKennedyJr on CNBC (links to clips below) because it’s clear you lack basic knowledge regarding vaccines. For example:

--Your claim that in “early 2000s … FDA reformulate[d] the existing MMR vaccine to take some of the preservatives out,” is false. Never happened. You are likely thinking about the removal of thimerosal in the early 2000s from various vaccines but as even CDC explains, “Measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccines do not and never did contain thimerosal.” cdc.gov/vaccine-safety --Your claim that a child “can’t get vaccinated [for MMR] until age 2” is simply false. MMR is routinely given at one year of age and sometimes even earlier. cdc.gov/vaccines/hcp/i --Your claims regarding pertussis vaccines nonsensically ignore the fact that these products do not prevent transmission of the pertussis bacteria – they only provide, at best, personal protection. As a recent consensus paper of industry pertussis vaccine “experts” explained, “aPVs [pertussis vaccine] … cannot avoid infection and transmission. … aPV pertussis vaccines do not prevent colonization. Consequently, they do not reduce the circulation of B. pertussis and do not exert any herd immunity effect.” pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31333640/ --Your claims regarding polio nonsensically ignore the fact that the last wild case of polio in the U.S. was in 1979 and that the only polio vaccine used in the U.S. for the last 24 years only provides, at best, personal protection and does not prevent transmission of the polio virus. As CDC explains: “IPV [inactivated polio vaccine] … does not stop transmission of the virus.” cdc.gov/poliovirus-con --You claimed that “we [Pfizer] don’t make the pediatric vaccines, Pfizer is not in that market” to deflect the claim that, as a board member of Pfizer, you have a serious conflict of interest in attacking RFK Jr. regarding pediatric vaccines. But, as you no doubt know, Pfizer does sell pediatric vaccines, including the Prevnar vaccine given to babies at 2, 4, 6, and 12 months of age, which was one of Pfizer’s top three selling products in 2023.

claim is either a lie or reveals deep ignorance. --Your claim regarding measles mortality is based on dubious and unreliable data and ignores the facts that (1) approximately 400 people total died annually in the U.S. in the years before the first measles vaccine in 1963 (amounting to around 1 death for every 500,000 Americans), and (2) mortality from measles declined by over 98% from 1900 to 1960 before the vaccine and was continuing to decline. stacks.cdc.gov/view/cdc/6200. In any event, you dutifully ignore the fact that RFK Jr. has made clear he has no intention of taking away vaccines from anyone who wants them. --You claim RFK Jr. will cost lives, but I would argue that ignorance regarding vaccine products does and has cost lives. I welcome a public debate in which we can discuss the number of lives ignorance about vaccines has cost versus your speculations about those RFK Jr. will supposedly cause (a man who has actually devoted his life to saving the lives of children). Your knowledge regarding these products is only matched by your track record as a public “health” official. The plummeting decline in childhood health from the early 1980s (from less than 13% with chronic disease to now well over 50%) continued unabated while you were FDA commissioner. Respectfully, you lack authority or a track record, let alone basic knowledge, to speak on the subjects you address in this interview (let alone to discuss this topic with Senators to dissuade them from confirming RFK Jr.) If you were being honest, you would reveal that your real concern, as a board member of Pfizer, is that Pfizer's golden gooses – Covid-19 vaccines, Prevnar vaccines, RSV vaccines, etc. – will have to face the reality of the devastating harms they have caused to families across America. Your interview stinks of self-interest. The time for selling out America's children so pharma and its leaders, like you, can line their pockets has come to an end.
