PAUL SALADINO, MD: A lot of you say, "I don't want to eat liver. It's the body's natural filter," but this isn't true at all.

This is bison liver.

A lot of you guys say, "No, I don't want to eat liver.  It's the body's natural filter," but this isn't true at all.  Through Phase 1 and Phase 2 detoxification, the liver bio-transforms toxins and excretes them from your body in the poop in the pee. Liver has been prized for a thousands and thousands of years by our ancestors.  When I was in Tanzania with the Hadza, they treated liver like gold; it was shared among the tribe.  Everyone in the tribe got a little piece of precious liver.  Liver is a superfood.  The amount of nutrients per gram in liver is basically unrivaled in other foods.  I mean you're talking vitamin A, choline, biotin, folate, riboflavin, zinc, magnesium, manganese, selenium, the list goes on and on and on.  Even a little bit of liver, half an ounce per day, a few grams per day, is going to be like a little multivitamin for you.  So do not sleep on liver.  Liver is so valuable for you.  If you can't do fresh liver, if you won't do this, get a desiccated liver like we make at Heart and Soil.  Get liver in your life.  It's just so full of nutrients that it will definitely increase your health overall.  You've got to send this reel to somebody you know who fears liver, that doesn't have this in their life.
