Don't fall prey to these, guys. Nicotine is incredibly addictive. They have a huge amount of nicotine in them, 6 mg per packet. Pretty soon you're going to be using almost this whole pack per day. That's up to 90 mg of nicotine per day. You absorb 45 to 75% of what's in here, which means 50 mg of nicotine per day. That's more than 30 cigarettes worth of nicotine per day. That's going to be pretty hard to withdraw from, and you're going to be stuck on these for a long time.
Another problem with nicotine is it also increases cortisol, a stress hormone in your body. You're using this because it gives you energy or it helps you with focus. If you really want those things, try creatine. Creatine is the best nootropic. This is the worst example of a nootropic. And imagine this, how about going to sleep on time. Get enough sleep. Eat meat. Get creatine, and get rid of these, guys. Get rid of this.
