One example she highlights here is weather warfare, noting that former Premier of Manitoba Brian Pallister let the proverbial cat out of the bag when he thanked "the people in charge" for "making...rain available." "One of the questions during COVID I kept getting asked is why would the political leadership go against their general population?" Fitts says. She adds that Pallister showcased why this happens, paraphrasing what he told a caller in regard to why authorities wouldn't make ivermectin available for COVID. "What he said, and he was very careful about how he did it, was he said, 'I'm being blackmailed by weather warfare. If I don't do what they say, they are going to turn off our rain.'" Fitts then shows the clip of Pallister speaking. "I just wanna say, thanks to all, concerned, for the rain. Our fire situation, though not fully addressed, has been significantly reduced in terms of its danger. As a consequence of this rain and, of course, when farmers make money, we're all better off and this is a billion dollar–rain for our ag community," Pallister says. He adds, "I wanna thank the people in charge for making that rain available." Fitts: "So let's just watch, the head of Manitoba, Brian Pallister talking about ivermectin. So and thanking the people who sent the rain. So if we could play that." There's a hesitancy to talk about ivermectin. There's a hesitancy to try it, it Maybe you know something more about what our health system is doing. "But there is certainly news that Ivermectin, I mean, Doctor. Alessandro Sarantin, an oncologist working at with a laboratory at Yale, believes that, Ivermectin could be very effective. He's worked with it. He's tried And, of course, he's not the only one. It's apparently a drug that does no harm in particular. It's not got a big risk to try it, but it has helped many, many people. Are we doing anything with that? And if not, why not?" Pallister: "We're pursuing, domestic research that we hope can lead to, better vaccine availability in the future, perhaps, not, during this, wave, but, when we need, boosters in coming years or if there's another pandemic to have Canadian research available and we have production, of course, in Manitoba. It's our leading industry is drug manufacturing. To be squeezed politically, you've got one side engaged in stealth warfare. So we called it omniwar in the last symposium that you stream you live streamed on CHD TV. So you got one group engaged in this stealth warfare with technology that the population doesn't understand exists. And so you're in a squeeze play. What do you do? And that, in my opinion, that's been happening to leaders all around the world. And I have to say, you know, Pallister did us a great service by doing what he did because he he's starting to educate the population that this is really going on."
