POWELL WAS GIVEN TO TRUMP TO NOMINATE TO THE FED. RESERVE BOARD. THEY WERE ABLE TO PUT THE SKIRT ON THE OVERNIGHT FUNDING RATE, & BREAK THE U.S. DEPENDENCY ON LIBOR
