00:40. What's going on with the house oversight committee that you're talking about a little bit earlier with me before we went on?

4:53.  That Comer put together for the DIJ, DHS, FDA, HHS, CDC, and whatnot is that because of these new Chinese laws, because the economic coupling, because of blackmail threat, and all of these violations of international laws and human rights that China engages in that, China has now captured many American business elites and many influential actors even within our government to act on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party. And the report specifically explains General Newsome, a retired Army General, explains how the CCP is most effective when they get proxies to do their business and bidding for them.  So that's why we saw the Bio-secure Act and I can't believe I'm blanking on . . . Gallagher's!  Gallagher was a former head of the CCP committee. 

5:46.  When Mike Gallagher put for the Bio Secure Act, I read the original Act.  It was very clean.  It was very clear.  It was like, you know, we cannot continue to put Americans at risk by investing in these companies in China, such as Wuxi Biologics, Pfizer's mRNA partner, Eli Lily's partner in manufacturing products who are working with the Chinese military [Eddingpharm] because that's going to harm us, and what happens?  Rand Paul goes "Oh no, oh no, you know this is going to hurt America because economically we're so dependent on China," and that specifically called on in these reports too, but that's just an excuse to say, "Oh, it's going to hurt America economically" when we're getting products that are not safe to be used from China and they've captured members of our FDA to make sure that the manufacturing facilities in China don't adhere to producing safe products, right?  And they give a lot of examples so this is a major red flag it's a major what's the word ringing the fire alarm ringing the alarm?  

6:45. So does this mean Congress has actually waking up to the threat or is this just . . . ?

6:51.  Yeah, I mean at least this division of Congress is and here I can read what for example James Comer wrote to our attorney general Merrick Garland I'll just read a couple excerpts and we'll get to the FDA one.  So this is from the FDA,

The PRC's strict National Security laws require companies associated with the PRC or CCP to share data with the Chinese government.

It does a lot more than that.  They have to act on behalf of the government.

As the People's Liberation Army becomes more ingrained in the biotechnology sector, it becomes increasingly clear that the CCP seeks to weaponize genomic and medical data and use strategies like it's United Front work to selectively export drugs and medical supplies so the United Front is for these reports that is Xi Jinping's secret weapon. 

What is the United Front?

7:52.  It is American and global leaders who are not Chinese Nationals, they're not related to they have no Chinese heritage and they are acting on behalf of the CCP while pretending to act on behalf of their nation.  And it's a united front and what they do is they manipulator Americans it's political Warfare . . . .

8:16.  Yeah, oh, so yeah, this is it it's called, The Count.  This is the, [these are] the new counterintelligence laws.  So I just did a sub stack.  You can pull it up, that China brags about it's capturing the biopharma elites and espionage, right?  So they're acting as spies on behalf of the Chinese government right because they're giving over valuable information so when those PCR tests were rolled out although they're from BGI and other Chinese companies those PCR tests of our genetic data all went back to China.  But here's the thing, Pfizer manufactured one other major manufacturers, those Wuxi.  We also know that they manufactured with Folsom.  They manufactured with Sino Peg.  There is about two dozen other manufacturers or even more in China and they never insured that the products were safe; those are for their mRNA injections.  They never ensured that they were safe.  They were acting on behalf of China . . . 

9:07.  on the PCR test, just so people know, you're not just saying that, you found out on the Congressional reports from 2020.  

9:16.  Yeah the 2020 us China economy and National Security report states that the bgi genomics PCR tests on March 27th 2020 was first device ever approved or authorized by the FDA that was made in China first of all second of all it was deployed across 180 Nations including the United States and in a Reuters article from August 2020 it states that those PCR tests were in scientific Publications scientist and centers and hospitals were being encouraged to not only send their data to the China National Gene Bank which is the world's largest bank of all genetic material including human beings to not only send it there because under HIPAA law and clinical research law technically our genetic data could be sent to China under, if it was anonymous, but they said please identify the age in the gender and location where these people live when you send the data into the China National Gene Bank.  So think about that.  Think about like all the schools and employees where they're collecting their data.  And now the China National Jean Bank knows the populations of exact schools cities offices exact offices they'll know the gender the genetic makeup of them their age any diseases and they can target communities now.  So that's in, that's in the report.  So these what happened though is like, for example, it kind of alludes to like calling out. It does allude to calling out Rand Paul when well they don't say Rand Paul's name, but when the US government was called to look into China's capture, this proxy war, their response is, "Oh, we can't decouple from China." So here let me just read this to you.

There is a serious concern that the CCP uses proxies to weaponize the revolving door between the public and private sector.

And what is a proxy?

Elevate U.S. actors who are willing to prioritize cooperation with the CCP.  CCP Warfare works best when US citizens particularly agents of influence do the work for them when American businesses are used as proxies for the CCP they expose themselves to potential economic harm and they made them . . . 

This is now condemning it, 

and they may expose themselves to become implicated in potentially illegal activities in violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act among other National Security laws.

But James Comer calls out Garland, and he even says here, 

You know, the CCP is becoming more brazen by the day in late 2021.  It blatantly sought to influence American businesses and policy positions leaders take so the government the PRC Embassy in Washington sent letters to us executives companies business groups urging them to serve as CCP mouthpieces the letter is reported to sincerely encourage recipients to play a positive role in urging members of Congress to abandon a zero mindset ideological prejudice, to stop touting negative China-related bills,

such as the Biosecure ACT, 

. . . delete negative provisions so as to create favorable conditions for bilateral economic and trade cooperation before it's too late.  The PRC then expanded the law which I just mentioned to Encompass State secrets broader range of sensitive information, adding the concerns of doing business with the CCP and expanding the scope of State Control information.

And as I read this already the new law says basically it's not just about protecting China it's about making sure Xi Jinping becomes the global authoritarian ruler

01:09, SANSONE, Tom, at this point, at this point, the governor of the state of Florida and the Attorney General of the State of Florida are behaving like accessories after the fact that law and we have that law in the original complaint now I don't accuse anybody of anything in this complaint I just say that the law is being violated I'm just asking for the shots to be taken off the market but you know we have an accessory after the fact law in Florida and if you're shielding someone from prosecution or in allowing a crime to continue you're in accessory after the fact I don't see anything in there that says in a in a law that says you're immune if you're a politician or a government official I don't think that any immunity allows you to make crimes against human beings like this or allow it to continue so the governor if I work governor I would start looking at this seriously and seeing the tide shifting and you know there's a guy who used to prosecute people . . .
