MATT TAIBBI, 2019: a little-known government body called the Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board—FASAB—that essentially legalized secret national security spending.”

Thank you to Catherine Austin Fitts @ Solari Report

From fiscal years 1998 to 2015, $21 trillion went missing from the U.S. Departments of Defense and Housing and Urban Development (DOD and HUD). After Catherine and Professor Mark Skidmore published several landmark reports documenting this astounding fact, the government forestalled any further research into the missing money by promulgating, in October 2018, Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board Statement 56 (“SFFAS 56” or, as we refer to it, “FASAB 56”). FASAB 56 is an administrative policy that essentially lets the government keep secret books in contravention of the federal financial management laws enshrined in the Constitution.

People often ask us, “Why does no one else ever talk about the missing money?” In early 2019, intrepid journalist Matt Taibbi did. After the implementation of FASAB 56, Taibbi not only gained mastery over the complex topics of “classified money-moving” and failed Pentagon audits but wrote two excellent articles about these developments at Rolling Stone (see links below).

Taibbi’s prose is elegant, evocative, and, at times, comedic. In his article about SFFAS 56, he wrote,

“I spent weeks trying to find a more harmless explanation for SFFAS 56, or at least one that did not amount to a rule that allows federal officials to fake public financial reports. I couldn’t find one. This new accounting guideline really does mean what it appears to mean…. Add now the possibility of future ‘modifications,’ and the real answer for how big a share of national spending belongs to the intelligence community is probably ‘God only knows.’”

In his subsequent article about the Pentagon’s ridiculous claims that it is unable to manage its books, Taibbi suggested that the “failures” were likely to be cover for “long-tolerated fraud” and “Enron-esque accounting trick[s]”:

“Despite being the taxpayers’ greatest investment—more than $700 billion a year—the Department of Defense has remained an organizational black box throughout its history. It’s repelled generations of official inquiries, the latest being an audit three decades in the making, mainly by scrambling its accounting into such a mess that it may never be untangled. Ahead of misappropriation, fraud, theft, overruns, contracting corruption and other abuses that are almost certainly still going on, the Pentagon’s first problem is its books. It’s the world’s largest producer of wrong numbers, an ingenious bureaucratic defense system that hides all the other rats’ nests underneath. Meet the Gordian knot of legend, brought to life in modern America.”

As we fast-forward to 2025, we would note that DOGE and the Trump Administration have remained utterly silent on the topic of the missing money, nor have they mentioned or taken any steps to reverse FASAB 56, which took effect during the first Trump Administration. Shouldn’t missing trillions and secret books be at the top of any “government efficiency” priority list?

Did the Pentagon orchestrate the COVID pandemic?

Newly leaked audio from AstraZeneca shows that might very well be the case in fact the covid was classified as a national security threat by the US government in the Department of Defense on and this information was allegedly kept from Donald Trump the reason we know this is because of this leaked audio and the coverage of Sasha Latypova who is a former pharmaceutical Executives who turned executive journalist and she writes about this on her sub stack and exposing this fraud and cover up of these pharmaceutical Industries and the lies that we were told during the covid pandemic.  And Sasha joins us now great to see you and great work is always thank you for joining us.

LATYPOVA, 00:51. Hi Clayton thank you thank you for inviting me.

MORRIS, 00:55 My pleasure so let's talk about this leaked audio.  What's the story we've been told, what is the story we've all been told, what is this the story that maybe even President Trump was told before we get into what is the truth?

LATYPOVA, 01:13  Yeah, so as you recall from early 2020, we were told the story that there was a jump of a virus in China and that there were mixed stories about whether it was a bat or a Pangolin, but the idea was that this was some sort of a wet market event in Wuhan. And there is this transmission to humans, and from one person you have this spreading all over the world and now we have this dangerous, dangerous pandemic and we all have to be in fear stay home be locked down don't go to school, and so forth.  And they are still trying to portray it as maybe it was zoonotic although long ago they kind of conceded to the fact that this was something engineered also as you recall even before 2020 for decades we have been propagandized about pandemics and these kinds of events and this was designed on purpose by Hollywood by media and by academic false narratives that I published on as well describing that something like this can happen will happen and then a very dangerous virus will escape and kill half the world and that's why people were preset or programmed into this mind frame where you hear the trigger word of pandemic of a virus and everyone is fearful and goes along with the narrative.

MORRIS, 2:36. We had the movie Contagion, 2011, a big Hollywood movie that was.  And Outbreak, 1995, but there are lots more.

When OWS turned over the organizational charts, they shocked everybody because the top organization that had managed OWS was not HHS, which is a public health agency. It wasn't CDC or NIH or FDA. It was the NSA, a spy agency.

It was a pretense for clamp down totalitarian control.

The weird thing about the pandemic was this constant involvement by the CIA and the intelligence agencies, and by the military.  When Operation Warspeed made its presentation to FDA, to the committee they call the (VRBPAC) Committee, Vaccine and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee(VRBPAC) asked for the organizational charts which were classified up to that time.  When OWS turned over the organizational charts, they shocked everybody because the top organization that had managed OWS was not HHS, which is a public health agency.  It wasn't CDC or NIH or FDA.  It was the NSA, a spy agency.  That was the top agency, the lead agency on Operation Warp Speed on the pandemic. And the second agency was the Pentagon.  The vaccines weren't developed by Pfizer or Moderna.  They were developed by NIH.  The patents were owned 50% by NIH.  Nor were they manufactured by Pfizer or Moderna.  They were manufactured by military contractors.  And basically, Pfizer and Moderna were paid to put their labels on the vaccines as if they came from the pharmaceutical industry.  This was a military project from the beginning.

And then you have 20 different simulations that I uncovered, virus and pandemic simulations, that started in 2001 right before the Anthrax attacks.  And the CIA was sponsoring them all.  The last one was Event 201 in October 2019.  And the participants in there are Avril Haines, the former Deputy Director of the CIA, who's been managing cover-ups her entire life.  She managed Guantánamo Bay, lying on the Senate.  She is now the Director of DNI, Director of National Intelligence, which makes her the highest-ranking officer at the NSA that managed the pandemic.  So you have a spy who is convening these pandemic simulations and each of these simulations going back 20 years, they're not simulating a public health response  They're not doing things like,

"How do we stockpile vitamin D?"

"How do we get people outdoors, get them to lose weight, get them doing exercise?"

"How do we develop an information grid with all of the 15 million doctors, frontline physicians, all over the world?"

Who are going to be encountering their situation so that we can get what they're doing that works, what doesn't work, and put together a model, here are the repurposed drugs that worked, here are the treatments that worked.  None of that happened.  It was an incredible opportunity to manage a pandemic in a way that was intelligent and sensitive and devastating to the disease but we didn't do any of those things.  It was all about how you use the pandemic to clamp down on censorship.  How do you use it to force lockdowns?
