Today, Imam Jawad Rasul of the Islamic Center of Brushy Creek stood before Julie Pickren at the State Board of Education meeting in Texas and admitted that CAIR holds events at his mosque.
She asked if he knew CAIR is a designated foreign terrorist organization.
He said governors have no such authority. She asked if that meant he was hosting terrorist meetings.
He said: “They’re not terrorist meetings, ma’am.”
Now hear what he says inside the mosque, when he thinks only his people are listening. This is the playbook for taking the country without firing a shot.
After 9/11 “we were never supposed to say jihad.” Now he wants the word back.
Do not use violence in America today (it is not needed yet in America) - even in the name of jihad. Do the other kind.
Organize. Pack a punch. Deliver it without throwing one. Sometimes take the punch so the cameras catch it, like marchers walking into dogs and water cannons because “the press was there watching.”
Headlines change the balance of power. Revive the hadith they stopped reading. Build the mosque. Establish "justice" on Earth. (JUSTICE MEANS LIVING UNDER SHARIA)
Translation: violence here, right now, would be stupid. It would blow the operation.
So they are not taking the street with rifles.
They are taking institutions without a shot - school boards, city councils, campuses, mosque expansions, 501(c)(3)s and 501(c)(4)s, your kids while they still live at home. Nonviolent strategic jihad. Not yet the other kind.

“We have almost 4,000 mosques in America… About 6 million people attend these 4,000 mosques every Friday. That’s really the infrastructure of the Muslim community.”
The plan: every mosque funds scholarships - journalism, filmmaking, law, political science, history. Keep going.
Twenty years later: 50,000 attorneys, 50,000 journalists, 50,000 filmmakers, 50,000 professors. “The Muslim community will write its own history… tell the story… make its own image.”
In 20 years: “at least 50 members of Congress… five senators… potentially a Supreme Court judge.”
