Ribeye steak - 1.5% Eggs - 5% Salmon - 5.5% Olive oil - 10% Avocado oil - 13% Chicken thighs - 15% Pork belly - 20% Peanut butter - 20% Almonds - 23% Rapeseed oil - 23% Walnuts - 38% Soybean oil - 53% Sunflower oil - 68%
