Spinach: 750mg per cup
Rhubarb: 860mg per cup
Beets: 250mg per cup
Nuts: 200mg per serving
A "safe" daily limit is 40-50mg.
One spinach salad = 15 days worth of oxalates.
Maybe avoid these if you don't like kidney stones.
