Music lessons in Hamburg cannot take place because singing is not allowed in Islam. Reports of religiously motivated assaults and discrimination are increasing in Hamburg schools, especially by Muslim students. "Parents are demanding solutions from the policy, this cannot continue like this," says Sandro Kappe (CDU), member of the Hamburg Parliament.
