This effect was described by Charles Richet, for which he received the Nobel Prize in 1913. The fact that the FDA Commissioner is now lying about this no longer shocks me. He cannot claim lack of knowledge about this, because it is his legal obligation as part of his office to KNOW relevant science, especially of the Nobel Prize kind. Do not fall for these lies.
