On fish oils,
Apparently as it oxidizes it creates compounds that cause Gene damage in the system. The oxidation takes place in both storage and the gut. The paper i read said that krill and algae oils were much less susceptible. Will link

Omega 3 is an immune suppressant, so it's not anti inflammatory in a good way. Traditional saturated fats are better and maybe some quality olive oil and coconut fat.
