I just called the ArriceCan hotline at 1-833-283-7403 to get clear on @JustinTrudeau’s “rules”. The unvaccinated spouse of a Canadian citizen CANNOT enter the country - PERIOD - unless they get permission from the government for “compassion exceptions”. This is not Canada.
