Can we sue the NIH, the CDC, the FDA, the NIAID, and others into extinction?

Dr. Rand Paul has a big task ahead of him. Given how he has tenaciously fought against the powerful bureaucrat, Fauci and his military assets for over a year, I can easily imagine battle fatigue setting in from the start of his investigation and prosecution, causing him and his team to lower his targets.  Never forget.  Never forgive.  And hold the line.  Please, Rand, apply the full force of your resources and the full of the law to rectify this mass slaughter Americans have endured for years now.  Given the high bar he's setting for himself, disappointment is likely to be observed throughout.  Is this the modern-day version of Medical Watergate?  Has there ever been such a visible case on the federal level where so much is at stake?  What exactly is at stake?  Can we sue the NIH, the CDC, the FDA, the NIAID, and others into extinction?
