The United States is culturally and politically worthless, a weak nation that does not know how to protect its people. Like Scott Horton said, "This government is not fit to be our security force." Seen the southern border lately? Neither have I. It's been obliterated.
Seen a bump in personal wealth from all of the foreign wars we've been engaged in since the Vietnam War? No? Neither have I.
Seen an improvement in the quality of any of the disciplines, except for vaccine development? No? Neither have I.
Seen an improvement in food safety where glyphosate is removed from crops? No? Neither have I.
Have you seen the federal government of the United States stand up for its citizens . . . in any way . . . whatsoever? No? Neither have I.
Instead, what country has to come to the rescue of American life? Botswana.
Here’s the latest—a bit of good news. We are not yet politically impotent and help often comes from unexpected places, and history is full of surprises and unexpected plot twists. Recent news from the May 2022 WHO meeting suggests the pandemic treaty, which appeared to be an unstoppable juggernaut, is hitting roadblocks. The Biden Administration’s proposed changes to the International Health Regulations met significant resistance.
Opposition was coordinated by, of all places, Botswana, which led a coalition of African countries and other concerned nations. Official delegates from developed nations, including Australia, the U.K., the European Union, and the United States spoke in strong support of the amendments and urged other states to join them. But they have apparently not succeeded in persuading Brazil, Brunei, Namibia, Bangladesh, Russia, India, China, South Africa, and Iran to embrace the West’s biomedical neo-colonialism. Brazil indicated it would abandon the WHO entirely rather than subject its people to these amendments. While this fight is far from over, the proposed IHR changes, at least for now, have been tabled for a future meeting. You can find more details here:
