TOM LUONGO: Same thing in Oregon. They are clearly ginning up the these protests in particular places. The Trump Administration is poking them. They're responding very predictably, and then they're trying to move towards an escalatory framework, no different than what NATO is doing with Putin over Ukraine

6:30. The big one to talk about is how we're going to stop the civil war strategy that is clearly on the table because their final move is to get Trump to simultaneously embroiled in an article 5 over in Ukraine while at the same time have a whole bunch of democratic Governors from Republican states go with the Left Coast and the Northeast and try and split the country in two.

Over the weekend, it was really funny I was scrappling all weekend.  I did one podcast on Friday and then I went over and visited some friends, my business partner at Gold, Goats, and Guns, Dexter White, and I met with a couple other people I'm friends with and I woke up Sunday morning to a DM on Twitter, I was waiting for Dexter to wake up and make coffee, and this very astute reader and listener who published like a 270 to Win map of the country, red versus blue, but not with the electoral votes in each state, but with the names of the governors and the party of the governors, and said you have to really think about this in terms of blocs.  If they're going to go for a secession strategy, they have to do so in blocs.  They can't just have individual States like pop up here and there, in this person's mind it was really fascinating.  But the minute he said it, I'm like, well, obviously.  What has Trump done?  He's now said we're going into Portland and we're going into Illinois because you got to break up the Left Coast and take control of Oregon and you've got to take control of Chicago in order to stop the the Great Lakes strategy because clearly Mark Carney has rallied the elites at the North End of the Great Lakes, and then you have the Northeast. About 2 months ago I sat down for one of my bi-weekly podcast that I do for my patrons I call them the market reports and I said you know it's really funny I woke up one morning and I said the British Empire is still a naval Empire.  They are the inheritors of the Old Dutch banking Empire before that.  It's always been a naval power and a marine power, because, look, at the end of the day, pipelines can be blown up, bridges can be blown up, but at the end of the day, ships can be protected and they can move around the world and move goods and services around the world.  So a maritime Empire is actually far more powerful then a land-based Empire in many ways. Witness why the British have been able to cock block Russia from becoming a land-based empire for over 200 years.  So if you look at the strategy from a Governor's perspective and the way that Kathy Hochul is acting  in New York and the way that Gavin Newsom is acting in California, Katie Hobbs in Arizona, and others, and Mark Carney in Canada, you really quickly, when you just take those areas of the country and color them different, you realize that they have . . . they're trying to control all of the ports outside of Florida and Savannah, Georgia, and Texas.  That's clearly the strategy.  Control all of the ports on the left coast.  Control all of the northeastern deep water ports and the St. Lawrence River system, which is the Great Lakes.  The only thing we have left, the Americans have left is the Mississippi Delta and the Port of Miami, and the port of Jacksonville, FL, and Savannah, and that's not enough folks.  So clearly this is their strategy.  So that's the one that we have to watch for here and that's the one that we should be watching for so let's ask a simple question.  Why is Chuck Schumer all of a sudden the dumbest person on the planet?  Because why is he going for government shutdown when I know full well that Ross Vought over at OMB identified two years ago what $1.5 trillion dollars he would cut from the budget tomorrow and the minute . . .

10:24.  They shut it down.

10:26.  He could literally order a reduction of force and fire them all.

10:28.  President Trump can go on a shopping spree.  He can get every communist out of the government by de facto and go on a shopping spree of collapsing all of these agencies.  He can go take a knife to the intelligence community.  So the question that I'm looking at is, then why is Schumer going in that direction, that, "I'll do it, don't you stop me, I'll do it," and we're all just cheering him on, go ahead.

10:56.  It's like the meme, "Your terms are acceptable."  So I'm thinking about this, I'm like well, then, clearly it's because they have another strategy.  Mamdami is going to win in New York.  Hochul has rolled over there.  Whitmer is not going to let John James become, however they figure it out in Michigan, become governor of Michigan.  Whatever they are trying to do in Virginia in the governor's race there.  Clearly it's dust on point over and over and over again, just saying the same thing . . .

11:26.  Oh, yeah, his Christmas bonus from the WEFs is going to be significant.

11:28.  Yeah, it's insane.  Same thing in Oregon.  They are clearly ginning up the these protests in particular places.  The Trump Administration is poking them.  They're responding very predictably, and then they're trying to move towards an escalatory framework, no different than what NATO is doing with Putin over Ukraine.  Everyday it's the same thing. We keep moving up the escalatory ladder because someone who wants war is clearly trying to provoke the other side into firing first so that then they can say "He's the dictator.  He's the aggressor," blah blah blah.. they're trying to do this for both Trump and Putin so far has and at a certain point Putin is like, "You know what?  F*** a whole lot of you.  I don't care.  I just don't care, and I'm doing what I need to do to protect Russia.  Trump on the other hand has to play a much more nuanced game in order to not become into "cream-sicle Mussolini."

12:33.  Here's the interesting part about this, and I can't believe it took me this long to put it together. They are maneuvering Donald Trump into the same position that they maneuvered Abraham Lincoln in pre-Civil War.  And then you think back . . . Rick WilsonEvan McMullin, and all those guys, they call themselves The Lincoln Project.  Isn't it interesting they call themselves The Lincoln Project, the hardest core of anti-Trumpers were trying to maneuver Trump into creating a second coming of Abraham Lincoln.  They're now going to try to turn that around to make him into the bad guy it finally hit me over the weekend oh that's why they called us a Lincoln project they're thumbing their nose at us.

13:13. So at the highest end what really caught my attention last week is two speeches and it wasn't the Netanyahu speech at all at the UN General Assembly. one, President Trump against all of them.

13:27.  Absolutely.

13:28.  Chinese Communist Party, here it is, The City of London, Chinese Communist Party, World Economic Forum, you little urchins and apparatchiks in Europe, I reject all of this.  I'm not doing this, and we are coming for you with painful policies wherever we need to do that. In fact, this morning it's floating around the web that President Trump might have murmured in his office that "You know, the World Economic Forum looks a lot like a terrorist organization."  Now wouldn't that be a delicious idea?

But the other speech that caught my attention, and I would call this "The Rebuttal Speech," [September 23, 2025] is Antonio Guterres.  He basically came up with an opposite sentence to every single thing that President Trump laid out and said,

How dare you bring up national sovereignty!  We won't have it.  Yes we are going to have our sustainable development goals.  We are going to have our digital ID.  We are going to blow right through your sovereignty, and we are going to have a one world government, and you're not going to tell us we're not.

So to me, that was the most significant UN General Assembly that that self-licking ice cream cone has never had.  Now you've got okay pistols at dawn but that's why I ask, is it a global, or a civil war, or a revolution?  And I say, circle all of the above.

14:45.  Absolutely.  And that's why I think Trump comes back from the UN . . . if I were Trump, I would have kicked them out of the UN. Funny thing is I was chatting with Dexter White about this very thing of ours, I would have kicked the UN . . . oh I would have kicked the UN out of the United States right after Guterres's speech.  He said, "You know what I would have done?  If I was Trump, because I'm a dick, I would publish a Redevelopment plan of that entire area of that area of New York, like the First Avenue subway that we've never been able to build because the one has got property there Trump would just like show up one day read the Redevelopment plan for New York and everybody would be like, ' But President Trump, the UN is right there.'"

17:57.  In advance of that, I have heard for sure that we're looking at a definite order of reorganization of the Department of War, and I hope what we see out of that is a lot of the fluff because the Department of Defense, or the Department of Everything, Dept. of Misgendered People, and everything else, so what is that going to look like?  And he's going to look at 838 people, and all just be blunt, most of whom don't know how to fight wars, or how to strategize them and he's going to be refocusing them in a new direction.  Why don't you tell me what you think that's going to be about.

18:32.  I'll be honest with you, Blaine, I think we've already gotten a taste of it from the Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, who said we are reorganizing our Department of War around the NDAA, National Defense Authorization Act, which says that we have to prepare for a two-front war against Russia and China, aiming to secure the Western Hemisphere.  That's like the biggest signal to the Russians and Chinese, "Hey man, we don't want to fight a World War. We're not interested, but we are going to go after all the cartels, and so any agents you have in organized crime on our side of the planet, they're all going to die.  I don't know if they're working for you or not.  A podcast with Matt Eric Matt kept explaining to everybody about real power of the old architecture of the city of London the old Banks is that they control the organized crime around the world.  Why does the Russian mob not live in Moscow.  Why are they in the city of London?  Because if they went back to Moscow they'd all be killed.  Why are the Chinese Triads in Hong-couver?  [Funny]  because if they went back to Beijing they'd all be killed.  Just because they're Chinese Triads doesn't necessarily mean they're CCP.  The Russian mobs doesn't mean they work for the FSB.  That's the thing you have to disaggregate in your heads. They mostly work for Europe, for the old money of Europe.  That's who's moving the drugs, and the children, and the 15-year-old girls, and all the rest of it.  That's what Trump is going after so what he is saying to the Russians in Chinese hey man if we find these people how about we send them back so that you can kill them?

STEPHEN MILLER: Senate Democrats are about to block a clean, routine government funding bill because it doesn’t give free healthcare to illegals.

JOHN M. CAMERON: I am a J6er. My father's stepson reported me to the FBI. About half of J6ers were turned in by family. Driving a wedge in the nuclear family and creating distrust of your neighbors is a pillar of Communism.

Psychopathy is found near and in larger cities.  Robert hair became famous for his work studying psychopathy.  This work was, I think, monumental in our understanding of how a  "real psychopath behaves." And he suggests that psychopaths are attracted to these larger cities, because it might allow psychopaths to blend in easier or maybe they have a larger group of people from which they would kind of observe and draw and collect behaviors. It helps him to hide because the closer you live to people, the more anonymity you have. It's the bystander effect on a social scale.  [So the bystander effect is a function of the large cities.]  You have more anonymity in New York City because no one gives a s*** who you are. This is mental separation from nature.  You've heard somebody say before that they enjoyed spending time in nature and of course we've all felt it too but you hear this so often because there's something Indescribable about its effect on us as creatures.  So these kind of indescribable feelings get us a little closer to truth and like feeling what truth is where we're supposed to be.

2:40.  This is the Social Collapse Scale.  This is the society and individual perceptions of their level of control in their own life.

Next, we have that group's level of social connection. Are they connected to each other?  And then finally, we have distance from authenticity.  You see these lines through here?  You can see Dubai, they believe that they have lots of control.  Social going down.  And then almost everything is simulated about living in Dubai.  And what's astonishing is that we have the highest over.  Here are like third world countries are the closest to Nature.  So the poorest countries score the highest on happiness indexes. This is universal.  You can use this graph to kind of predict where somebody is going and what needs to change.  But the cool thing about this is this isn't just a country or a community.  This is a family.  This is a company.  Those are the three axes that we're using now to predict collapse and to prevent collapse.

Physically, mentally, every other way that you can think of, everything in psychopathy is about separation.  Having lived in a city your whole life makes you 2,000% more likely to suffer these illnesses, psychopathy included. Wherever you look in the world, the further a human being is from their natural environment or just nature, the more biological and physiological pathology starts showing up.  We remove an octopus from the sea, and keep it in the most perfect conditions that we can imagine: there's a person there 24 hours a day, checking the salt levels in the water, the pH, the perfect balance, making sure the mineral content is exactly right, even that octopus we shorten its lifespan.

ANCIENT MIND IN MODERN LIFE

Being on The Behavior Panel, you've had to look at countless cases where you analyze whether they're lying or not, or whether they've abducted or killed their own children.  What's the most fascinating or chilling case that you that you remember that you analyzed?

1:06Erin Caffey.  People are bad drivers because you don't have to rely on reputation.  And that was the true embodiment of what a psychopath is and she had her parents murdered and her little brother who was a child and she convinced her boyfriend to do all this . . . .

1:25.  The boyfriend was not a psychopath . . .

1:27.  No, I think he was just a super suggestible, and she knew how to pull all those string

1:31.  and he was just really into her.

1:36.  Yeah, and Dr Phil interviewed her you could see those eyes I've never I studied psychopathy for a long time but I never felt it until that video where you could just feel that's not a human being almost like there's no human in there that's a wild creature that has no that views a human being the same as throwing away a paper cup.

2:06.  So you just see through the behavior of human beings little signs in their behavior their facial expressions in their tone the words they use, whether someone is a psychopath or whether they are lying whether they're concealing information what did you see in her that gave that away I mean what could we look for?

2:27.  The horrifying truth is that you can't spot a psychopath until after they've done something like that.  So you can have the 50 best behavior profilers in the world, the top 50, and 99% would be inaccurate in predicting who is a psychopath and who's not. They're so hard to spot. I teach a course for women on how to spot narcissists on her first date and that's a lot easier where if you ask them about an ex relationship everything is someone else's phone they're always the victim narcissist will never have friends that are local they'll never have local people that are their friends they're always out of town I've got my friends in another city so they have a hard time maintaining relationships so you'll see a lot of that and that's like the number one trend.  You'll see very similar things with psychopaths.  And psychopaths are attracted to large cities.  In my analysis, Dr. Robert Hare has done most of the research on psychopaths.  In my analysis, I think that cities are not just attracting psychopaths, I think that cities are helping to manufacture them.  In the book I have coming out, The Behavior OPS Manual, 2024, I have a chapter in their called, "Psychopath Factories," where I talk about the elements of the city and how they manufacture psychopathy.
