Part of it was that lawsuit that the 15 attorneys general of the states abandoned it should be refiled by somebody.  And I'm hoping that we can find an attorney general of a state that will work on this because it violates the Constitution and violates due process.  They name you a pre-communicable, and you have no ability to defend yourself.  So they name you pre-communicable based on the test that they design, that they keep secret, that they that have never produced evidence of or validation, and then they put you in the detention camp and you can appeal to them only.  So it is as Orwellian and as tyrannical as it gets.  

1:00. When you look at some of the wording of this order where Lisa Rotz, MD, Deputy Director of the Division of Global Migration and Quarantine Centers for CDC.

CDC has determined that you are a high-risk contact to a family member who tested positive for infection with COVID-19.  The last date of high risk exposure was March 23, 2020 the date that you last had contact with the infected family member, and, accordingly, quarantine for you is extended by 14 days from the date of the last known high-risk exposure, which was March 23, 2020.  This notice will be accompanied by a rescission allowing you to agree to serve the remainder of the quarantine at your residence subject to certain stipulations. 

1:43. Like you said Sasha, don't answer any questions; don't consent to track and trace; don't give names of anybody you've been with.  They could scare you into doing that though because it says you were in contact with a family member family, a member who had a big mouth disclosed it (I'm going to put my own editorializing in), for infection with COVID-19.  The last date of high-risk exposure was March 23, 2020, the date that you last had contact and that, accordingly, quarantine for you is extended by 14 days from the date of last known risk exposure.  Some people might argue and say, "Well, back then we all just stayed home.  Nobody took us to a quarantine camp."  

What Sasha is warning is they can do any of this at any time.

And all of Katherine's work is to inform people that they can pull this out again.  This is living law.  It hasn't gone anywhere,  although you don't hear about COVID too much anymore.  It's living, breathing law that's ready at any moment, right?

2:45. Yeah, and I think, specifically the Grand Princess and The Diamond Princess were the test runs for them, for the HHS because then they later refer to that in their motions to dismiss cases that were challenging their authority to do so.  They said, "We already did it.  You see, we did it, and it's totally legal." That's the precedent that they set up as early as they could in the pandemic lockdown by taking these 2 cruise ships and the people from these two cruise ships.  

PLAN OF ACTION

So I would advise people what you can do is a couple of things. First, you have to be aware of this.  When you are aware of this, mass awareness is a deterrent when enough people know this.  When there's a CDC rep waltzing into your hospital room to your loved one, kick them out of there.  The CDC rep is not their healthcare provider.  Your loved one in the hospital does not have to speak with them.  All of this is voluntary.  They come in and they say, "Well, you know, you need to answer these questions for our survey . . . ."  No.  No.  And because people are nice and they think "I'm in the hospital.  This is all related to my care."  It's not related to your care.  It's related to this, the CDC's Quarantine Extension.  So kick them out.  Don't answer their questions.  Secondly, don't go on a cruise ship . . . .  If anybody approaches you with these kinds of things, wherever you are traveling, beware of what they're trying to do.  

And finally, an important aspect of this is to work with local state authorities and legislators in your state to nullify these laws.  Katherine is drafting a lot of document templates on nullification.  So you can read that on her substack, Bailiwick News, and you will see a bunch of proposed notifications of those laws so the state legislators can do it.  Any state can nullify any federal law.

Further explaining the Grand Princess saga, which apparently marked a pivotal turn in "public health" policy, Latypova notes, "So [HHS] said, not only do we have jurisdiction to arrest these people [or] 'detain them'—they didn't say arrest, but what I'm describing is arrest without due process, so they're violating our constitutional rights—but they're saying, 'Well...we can, because it's a deadly disease.' And they took them into the military detention facility [Travis Air Force Base], held them there, of which 10 people died, and were promptly disposed of, because it's a 'deadly, deadly virus,' and it was labeled COVID."

My guess is that the 10 people who died died of fear and anxiety at being herded.

If we think that you are in a pre-communicable stage of a communicable disease that has the potential for a pandemic . . . Texas and Oklahoma filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas on January 18, 2023, arguing that an Obama-era federal regulation issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) granting the World Health Organization (WHO) authority to define what constitutes a public health emergency infringes on national and state sovereignty.

Fifteen states in July 2022 filed a petition asking HHS to repeal the rule. The Biden administration denied the petition in October 2022. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R), joined by Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond (R), filed suit, arguing in part that the HHS rule infringes on U.S. and state sovereignty by unlawfully delegating power to a foreign entity. Paxton argued in a press release, “Absolutely no foreign power should have the ability to exert police powers over Texas or any other state, and that is especially true for a foreign entity with as troubled of a history as the WHO.”

HHS had not responded to the lawsuit as of January 25, 2023. The agency did not respond to the July 2022 petition but stated at the time that it “will continue to make its own independent decisions” and asserted that it is “important to include references to WHO in the definition of ‘public health emergency’ to inform the public of the circumstances that HHS/CDC may consider.”

The date for oral argument in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas had not been set as of January 25, 2023.

So the laws have been amended and new ones have been introduced such that we have this now what she characterizes as the perfect legal cage in which nobody needs to be in on anything and no real corruption is really necessary.  Because for practical purposes, homocide, as long as it's committed by the vaccine approved by CDC, is legal.  That's the net effect of these laws.  So the combination of public health emergency declaration, and use of EUA countermeasures, which only exist under active public health emergency declaration, which is the PREP Act Declaration, issued by HHS Secretary.  So as long as they use those, they can kill and injure as many people as they want.  And they can never be prosecuted because they've been given almost blanket liability protection with this PREP Act with the exception of willful misconduct.  And the way that willful misconduct is defined in their legal opinion letters published on their website.  It says that as long as you follow our orders, it's not willful misconduct.  In fact, they are prosecuting people for not following HHS orders, for not using Remdesivir that shuts down kidneys and kills people, for not using ventilators, for not doing all those atrocities.  If they refuse, they get prosecuted.  But if they don't refuse it and follow the orders, it's not willful misconduct and you can't really prosecute . . . .

Well, Dr. Moybeen Syed is angry.  Why did it take him so long?  He's angry with this statement by Dr. Hannah Rosenblum, M.D., at the CDC.  See it below.  From the Borinquagato report, titled, "All-Cause Mortality Effects of COVID.  

COVID-19 vaccine safety monitoring is the most robust in U.S. history and the two complementary surveillance systems used in this study should bolster confidence that mRNA COVID-19 vaccines are safe,” said co-author Hannah Rosenblum, MD, also of the CDC, in a statement.  

In my day, we used to call these people bobbleheads, critters whose heads would bobble uncontrollably and incessantly.  And as I read this, all I could do is think of other mouths somewhere deep inside the alphabet agency soup.  It's a moral challenge to call these doctors and M.D.s bobbleheads, for what professional would allow himself or herself to be reduced to being a yesman just so that they can run cover for the deadliest vaccines in world history?  What would make them become this?  Money?  Blackmail?  We know, or at least we're learning what an unmitigated disaster the medical-industrial complex is and has been ever since the Flexner Report.  

Dr. Mobeen is smart, there's no doubt about that.  None.  But once anyone begins to accept the different categories of vaccines as operational language in some mass health plan, they've lost me.  Health is too personal, way too personal. to be left up to some mass plan.  Never accept anything that is perceived or run on a mass scale.  Ever.  Ever.

How does she get away with saying, "We have taken another important step together in our fight against COVID-19 by making safe and effective vaccines available for our little ones"?  I mean she's not "in this together" when people suffer vaccine injury and death.  "We have taken"?  Really, I don't remember agreeing to anything related to the masks except being forced to wear them while interacting with customers.  I never agreed to it.  I was forced to, threatened to wear them.  But my former employer didn't coerce me or other employees with vaccine mandates.  But the local stores did.  Oh, yeah, the stores posted signs that read, "If you are vaccinated, you're not required to wear a mask."  Mighty nice of them, except that I wasn't vaccinated and yet I still entered the store without a mask.  

I hope that everybody is realizing now, by now, that this whole pandemic was not about your safety nor was it about your health.  You do know this, correct?  Here is more conflicting testimony.  FDA official, Peter Marks, explains that the vaccine produces 5x more viral myocarditis than what would normally be occurring.  Really?  Do you mean to tell me that myocarditis was a thing in the past, that it was a thing prior to the COVID-19 vaccines?

Wouldn't you assume that the CDC Director knows the claims publicized by the FDA?  Or is it a case, like the FBI and the CIA, that they are competing agencies with each one fighting for a more supreme legitimacy?  Marks serves as the Director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research within the Food and Drug Administration.  So to answer my question, maybe they don't communicate at all.  There would, in fact, be no need to.   

Though I think for some of the younger members of our society who have little experience and little knowledge of how our government, and government in general, is more often in service of murdering you.  Think about the wars, how they send young men off to die in a foreign land in which they have no real skin in the game or no epidermis in the competition.   How many Mengeles does the United States have exactly?  Wait, did I read that right?  Fun Fact: Dr. Anthony Fauci, the Chief Medical Advisor to the President (who is NOT Jewish) was awarded Tel Aviv University's Dan David Prize with $1 million, for "speaking truth to power" amid the COVID-19 pandemic."  What a pantload.

Jeff Zients, Albert Bourla, Mikael Dolstein, Sherri Berger, Ann Schuchat, Dr. Rocelle P. Walensky, current Director of the CDC.  Regarding psychopath, Dr. Rochelle P. Walendsky, you really should give this a listen.  This one too.  She's had zero credibility, and yet here she is advocating that children under 5 get 3 vaccine doses, let me remind you, for a disease that DOES NOT EFFECT CHILDREN.  

MonkeyPox: Old Virus, New Vaccine?

The US Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) is already developing a vaccine for monkeypox. Although the disease may seem novel, the first reported outbreak in monkeys occurred in 1958, and the first human infection was reported in the 1970s in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). According to the Centers for Diseases and Prevention (CDC), the virus is transmitted to humans through direct animal-to-human or human-to-human contact. Before they change the transmission guidelines, I will report what they stated on their website:

“Transmission of monkeypox virus occurs when a person comes into contact with the virus from an animal, human, or materials contaminated with the virus. The virus enters the body through broken skin (even if not visible), respiratory tract, or mucous membranes (eyes, nose, or mouth). Animal-to-human transmission may occur by bite or scratch, bush meat preparation, direct contact with body fluids or lesion material, or indirect contact with lesion material, such as through contaminated bedding. Human-to-human transmission is thought to occur primarily through large respiratory droplets. Respiratory droplets generally cannot travel more than a few feet, so prolonged face-to-face contact is required. Other human-to-human methods of transmission include direct contact with body fluids or lesion material, and indirect contact with lesion material, such as through contaminated clothing or linens.”

The disease can reportedly occur through sexual encounters as well. This is NOT an airborne virus – masks and lockdowns would be useless. Cases of the virus are appearing throughout the world, but again, this virus was never limited to one continent. In 2003, 47 cases of monkeypox were reported in the US after pet prairie dogs became infected after being housed with small animals imported from Ghana.

BARDA plans to release JYNNEOS, a smallpox vaccine, to treat monkeypox cases by 2023. The company has already produced almost 13 million freeze-dried doses of the vaccine that are expected to be manufactured in 2024 and 2025.

President and CEO of BavarianNordic Paul Chaplin said, “We are pleased to announce the exercise of the first options under our contract with the US government to deliver a freeze-dried version of the smallpox vaccine with an improved shelf-life, which will be manufactured at our new fill and finish facility. This marks a significant milestone in our long-standing partnership with the US government to ensure the availability of life-saving vaccines for the entire population.”

The European Medicines Agency approved the medication to treat monkeypox in 2013, and the FDA quietly approved its usage in 2019. Since this seems to be a rare illness, why are they planning to manufacture millions of doses to save “the entire population?” The media has only just begun reporting cases of the virus, and it would not be surprising if they pushed yet another unnecessary vaccine on the global population for profit and control.

A review of how [the CDC] tasked with fighting and preventing disease has spent hundreds of millions of tax dollars for failed prevention efforts, international junkets, and lavish facilities, but cannot demonstrate it is controlling disease.”

Imagine providing public statements like these and the receiving media doesn't question, doesn't push further, or deliver devastating contradictions.  Just imagine.   

Imagine saying things like this and not having to correct or revise your statements.  Imagine saying things like and being self-deluded that your statements are a public service.  Just imagine.  Imagine the bankrupt ethics, the deliberate lies that go unchallenged.  Imagine that. 

Imagine this being standard operating procedure . . . for 20 years. 

As I have noted periodically for twenty years, and it was roundly confirmed 4 weeks ago in the NY Times, CDC spins and cherry-picks the data it presents to the public, hiding most of what it has. Then it blames its 'outdated' IT systems for the problems, if it gets caught. As the NYT noted, 

The C.D.C. has received more than $1 billion to modernize its systems, which may help pick up the pace, Ms. Nordlund [CDC's spokesperson] said. “We’re working on that,” she said. 

So imagine having a record like that while receiving $1 billion with a B from the taxpayer you're purported to serve.  Make no mistake, there is no purporting, no purportment going on at all.  

Some have claimed that the CDC is a vaccine company.  What?  Some have claimed that it is a PR branch for the FDA or any pharmaceutical company peddling its latest unchecked medicine.  Nass goes even further, affirming that it's a PR firm with its own TV studios replete

CDC is not a public health agency.  It is a public propaganda agency that collects a massive amount of data. CDC marshals its huge data library to create presentations that support the current administration's public health policies.  

CDC also has state-of-the-art PR staff, as well as TV studios, and produces videos, radio spots, and an enormous number of press releases that are distributed to the media.  CDC hosts many journalists at its Atlantia headquarters. Free junkets successfully cultivate US health reporters.

And finally, to end this preface,

A 2007 Senate oversight report on the CDC noted the agency spent $106 million on the Thomas R. Harkin Global Communications (and Visitor) Center, and summarized its 115 page report with the following: “A review of how an agency tasked with fighting and preventing disease has spent hundreds of millions of tax dollars for failed prevention efforts, international junkets, and lavish facilities, but cannot demonstrate it is controlling disease.”

Fauci has been desperate to even confiscate Ivermectin shipment into the USA because his only solution is not treatment, but vaccination. Ivermectin is being used outside the USA and the studies are positive. Numerous doctors have been calling for real studies on this drug. New research out of Israel has found that administering the anti-parasite drug ivermectin to COVID19 patients may help to drastically reduce the duration of infections – and all for less than $1 a day.  

My personal skepticism derives not from vaccines, I had my children vaccinated. My concern is (1) I know that Klaus Schwab told people a virus was coming in advance, and I was given the very code used to justify lockdowns and the computer program was a joke. Bill Gates-funded that code. In fact, not a single program funded by Bill Gates which made these dire forecasts was ever correct. Once governments were BRIBED by lobbyists to mandate vaccines around the world, and the media has joined in along with people like Howard Stern and Neil Young, I cannot see where any rational person would trust Big Pharma or government. Now that the politicians got involved, they are putting everyone’s life at risk because politicians will NEVER admit they EVER made a mistake.

WHEN THE CDC-FDA, & FAUCI GAVE DISEASE A BLACK-FACE

During the HIV-Aids crisis, the CDC/FDA with Fauci in the lead, set forth a health policy on blood donations that stigmatized Haitians as “Aids carriers.” There were no appropriate scientific facts to back it up whatsoever. In this Covid19 era, with Fauci front and center, I remember who they are, what they’ve done, historically. I must remember, so history cannot repeat itself.

I remember how back then, Haitian workers working at nursing homes, hospitals, hotels, cafeterias, driving taxi cabs, and in private homes as housekeepers and cooks were stigmatized and forced to “social distance” – (i.e. got laid off, fired!) from the general population. I remember how confused these ladies doing ‘day work‘ at wealthy Greenwich CT homes, my mother’s friends were, when the families they’ve been working two decades for, suddenly became afraid of them and sent them home with the HIV-Aids carrier stigma.

I remember we fought back the science “experts” the media still tout as infallible and forced the FDA and CDC to rethink messing around with Haitians like that! They had to quickly walk back their open racism and rescind their prejudice as Federal policy. 

Some interesting points raised here: 

Recently, in an interview with the Breakfast Club, Fauci, supposedly the world’s leading expert in infectious disease stated that “there are very few things,” if anything people can do to boost their immune system. We know that’s a lie, just witchery and false. 

That interview was released on April 17, 2020, and the section to which the author refers occurs at the 22-minute mark: 

22-22:15  He says instead of building your immune system, make sure your immune system isn’t worn down, and you can do that by doing a few simple things: a good night’s sleep, exercise, good nutrition, that’s infinitely better than throwing something into your body that’s going to “boost” your immune system.  Interesting that Fauci uses the phrase "throwing something into your body," because an etymological translation of the word "inject" literally means "to throw in."  

And the author's follow-up questions are spot-on:

If there’s no treatment people can do, or as Fauci says “throw in their bodies” to boost their immune system, why is Fauci pushing developing big pharma vaccines, “at best for next winter,” to counteract Covid19? What’s the point if “there are very few things,”  if anything, you can do to boost your immune system and stop the germ infection? This really is a must-read.  If you've not spotted the evil that permeates these vaccine programs, this should disillusion you of any benevolence or innocence.

6:39  Dr. Joel Graff, Assistant Professor at Montana Tech University, explains in Episode #9 of Life and Biology that they resurrected the Spanish Flu.  Wait, what?  

Yes, a famous experiment where they resurrected the 1918 Spanish Flu in 2005 "after all the virus had been extinct from the world"?  Okay, wait, who, what, where . . . ?  And the severe damage was due to something called a cytokine storm.  Cytokines are proteins that cells use to communicate with each other.  Cytokines often tell if there's danger, and so cells start making these danger signals and it brings in more immune cells and the immune cells are all acting up and they can cause damage to your tissue, and that causes severe pathology from the virus.  And then we talked about secondary bacterial infections earlier.  Those secondary bacterial infections can then take advantage of a damaged lung or airway, get hold, and cause really severe pneumonia that could be lethal.  7:50

It may be difficult to pinpoint a specific month but the seasonal flu usually starts at the beginning of the fall, September 21 to the end of April or about the beginning of spring.  Flu season typically falls sometime between the start of fall and the end of spring.  Duquesne University defines it as such, 

For the past three decades, flu activity has peaked at some point between the months of October and February but always tapers off by April.

About 675,000 people died in the U.S. alone from the Spanish Flu.  

465,000 people died from SARS-CoV-2 in 2019/2020 in the United States. 

20:25  Dr. Jeremy Brown of the National Institutes of Health says that remedies for the Spanish flu were unknown because they didn't know that a virus was causing it or about the secondary bacterial infections, so they did what they usually did back then--they did bloodletting, they gave people enemas, whiskey, champagne . . . I noticed that Bayer aspirin was left out of the equation.  Bayer aspirin was depleting the body of vitamin C.

Back in December 2015, I cited Bill Sardi's astute observation that the serial vaccines year after year were destroying herd immunity.  The more people that get vaccinated year after year, there is a cumulative stresser on immunity as Bosche pointed out too. 

Bill Sardi wrote about the swine flu in the winter of 2014. Lots of people died.  He pointed to the collective depressed immunity brought on by vaccines as the culprit.  Regardless, you need to fight for your life.

24:45  These numbers are utterly bizarre.  They’re bizarre because they conflict with seasonal averages and they conflict with expectations. 

CBS News reports that 4,800 people died from the flu, while nearly 10 million were sickened.  “Sickened” does not mean hospitalized, nor does it mean cases.  Both of those, as far as I understand, require the confirmation of a doctor’s visit and exams run on the patient. 

In fact, in the U.S., over 4,000 people would die each week from influenza from January 1, 2020.  4,000 + people per week, dead . . . from influenza every single week in 2020. 

January 29, 2020: so, wait, there was a huge influenza outbreak in the winter of 2019/2020, then in late January we hear of a Coronavirus outbreak.  Did the good folks in the Pharmaceutical and vaccine industries hijack the flu season and ride the wave of the numbers per week and then pitch that to the Americans as a new threat never seen or heard before in all the world?  Methinks that’s exactly what went down.

FAUCI, 29:59  By the time I got to March, it was clear my voice was shot because I would wake up in the morning and do the Today's Show live and it would be like I had a frog in my throat no matter how much I gargled with salt or drank a hot soup or a hot coffee.  When I would get in front of the TV, I couldn't get my normal voice.  

  

 

 

 

Jake Tapper Sold His Soul to Pharma

This quotation made an impression on me,

the fact that the cumulative mercury levels in all those new vaccines they had recommended had overdosed a generation of American children with mercury concentrations over a hundred times the exposures the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency considered safe.

I don't know what it takes to get institutions to take action on behalf of the well-being of the citizens of this country.

Reports of Injuries, Deaths After COVID Vaccines Hit New Highs, as Biden Rolls Out Plan to Force 100 Million More Americans to Get Vaccinated.

VAERS data released Friday by the CDC showed a total of 675,593 reports of adverse events from all age groups following COVID-19 vaccines, including 14,506 deaths and 88,171 serious injuries between Dec. 14, 2020, and Sept. 3, 2021.

Data released today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) showed that between Dec. 14, 2020 and Sept. 3, 2021, a total of 675,593 adverse events following COVID vaccines were reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). The data included a total of 14,506 reports of deaths — an increase of 595 over the previous week.

There were 88,171 reports of serious injuries, including the reports of deaths, during the same time period — up 2,200 compared with the previous week.

Excluding “foreign reports” filed in VAERS, 539,473 adverse events, including 6,577 deaths and 41,840 serious injuries, were reported in the U.S. between Dec. 14, 2020 and Sept. 3, 2021.

Of the 6,577 U.S. deaths reported as of Sept. 3, 12% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 18% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 31% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.

In the U.S., 373.2. million COVID vaccine doses had been administered as of Sept. 3. This includes 212 million doses of Pfizer, 146 million doses of Moderna, and 14 million doses of Johnson & Johnson (J&J).

The data come directly from reports submitted to VAERS, the primary government-funded system for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S.

Every Friday, VAERS makes public all vaccine injury reports received as of a specified date, usually about a week prior to the release date. Reports submitted to VAERS require further investigation before a causal relationship can be confirmed.

THIS WEEK'S U.S. DATA FOR 12- TO 17-YEAR-OLDS SHOW:

  

• 19,015 total adverse events, including 1,132 rated as serious and 19 reported deaths. Two of the 19 deaths were suicides. The most recent death involves one report of two patients [VAERS I.D. 1655100] who died after their second dose of Pfizer, including a 13-year-old female. Other recent reported deaths include a 15-year-old boy (VAERS I.D. 1498080) who previously had COVID was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy in May 2021 and died four days after receiving his second dose of Pfizer’s vaccine on June 18, when he collapsed on the soccer field and went into ventricular tachycardia; and a 13-year-old girl (VAERS I.D. 1505250) who died after suffering a heart condition after receiving her first dose of Pfizer.
• 2,810 reports of anaphylaxis among 12- to 17-year-olds with 99% of cases attributed to Pfizer’s vaccine.
• 469 reports of myocarditis and pericarditis (heart inflammation) with 462 cases attributed to Pfizer’s vaccine.
• 101 reports of blood clotting disorders, with all cases attributed to Pfizer.

THIS WEEK'S U.S VAERS DATA, FROM DEC. 14, 2020 TO SEPT. 3, 2021 FOR ALL AGE GROUPS COMBINED, SHOW: 

• 21% of deaths were related to cardiac disorders.
• 54% of those who died were male, 42% were female and the remaining death reports did not include the gender of the deceased.
• The average age of death was 72.9.
• As of Sept. 3, 3,558 pregnant women reported adverse events related to COVID vaccines, including 1042 reports of miscarriage or premature birth.
• Of the 2,743 cases of Bell’s Palsy reported, 50% were attributed to Pfizer vaccinations, 43% to Moderna and 7% to J&J.
• 570 reports of Guillain-Barré Syndrome, with 39% of cases attributed to Pfizer, 33% to Moderna and 27% to J&J.
• 144,785 reports of anaphylaxis with 41% of cases attributed to Pfizer’s vaccine, 51% to Moderna, and 7% to J&J.
• 9,051 reports of blood clotting disorders. Of those, 3,862 reports were attributed to Pfizer, 3,297 reports to Moderna, and 1,843 reports to J&J.
• 2,362 cases of myocarditis and pericarditis with 1,487 cases attributed to Pfizer, 775 cases to Moderna and 92 cases to J&J’s COVID vaccine.

Biden announces sweeping COVID vaccine mandates targeting the unvaccinated

As The Defender reported today, President Biden ordered sweeping new federal COVID vaccine requirements for as many as 100 million Americans — including private-sector employees, healthcare workers, and federal contractors — threatening thousands in fines for businesses that do not comply.

In his speech, Biden made no exception for the millions of Americans with natural immunity and did not mention exemptions for those with medical conditions or sincerely held religious beliefs.

Biden’s plan mandates COVID-19 vaccines, or weekly mandatory testing, for all employers with more than 100 employees. The vaccines will be mandated for all federal workers and government contractors — with no allowance for weekly testing.

Biden’s plan also requires 17 million healthcare workers at Medicare and Medicaid participating hospitals and other healthcare settings be vaccinated.

A 30-year-old woman develops neurological disorders following the Pfizer vaccine

The Defender this week featured a story about Dominique De Silva, a 30-year-old woman who developed severe neurological complications, pain, and at times, an inability to walk, following her first dose of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.

In an exclusive interview, Dominique said she got vaccinated because she has only one parent and wanted to protect her mother and loved ones. On March 18, she and her now-husband received their first and only dose of Pfizer. She subsequently developed a number of symptoms, including changes in her vision, which progressed rapidly over the course of several weeks.

After seeing numerous doctors, some of whom said her symptoms were “in her head,” Dominique was diagnosed with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), a condition she did not have prior to being vaccinated, and autoimmune chronic demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy — a rare type of autoimmune disorder where the body attacks the fatty coverings on the fibers that insulate and protect the nerves. She also had neuropathy and brain scan abnormalities.

According to the most recent data from VAERS, there have been 14,873 total reports of dystonia, dystonic tremors, neurodegenerative disorders, neurological symptoms, neuropathy, polyneuropathy, and tremors following COVID vaccination.

CDC CHANGES DEFINITION OF VACCINE SO IT 'CAN'T BE INTERPRETED TO MEAN VACCINES ARE 100% EFFECTIVE'

The CDC revised its definition for vaccine and vaccination on its website, downgrading the definition of “vaccine” from a product that produces immunity to a preparation for protection. The agency said the new definition is “more transparent” and can’t be misinterpreted.

“While there have been slight changes in wording over time to the definition of ‘vaccine’ on CDC’s website, those haven’t impacted the overall definition,” a CDC spokesperson told The Epoch Times via email.

“The previous definition at Immunization Basics | CDC could be interpreted to mean that vaccines are 100% effective, which has never been the case for any vaccine, so the current definition is more transparent and also describes the ways in which vaccines can be administered,” the spokesperson said.

From 2015 to Aug. 31, a vaccine was defined as “a product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease, protecting the person from that disease” and vaccination was “the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease.”

Earlier versions of a vaccine definition also included “immunity” in its definition.

The new definition for the vaccine now reads, “A preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases,” while vaccination is “the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce protection from a specific disease.”

Rep. Thomas Massie (R- K.y.) responded to the news in a tweet, telling his followers to check out the CDC’s evolving definition of “vaccination” and noting the agency has been “busy at the Ministry of Truth.”

NIH AWARDS $1.67 MILLION TO STUDY POSSIBLE LINK BETWEEN MENSTRUAL DISORDERS AND COVID-19 VACCINES.    

Five institutions will explore potential links between COVID-19 vaccines and menstrual irregularities after the National Institutes of Health (NIH) awarded five one-year supplemental grants totaling $1.67 million to explore potential links between COVID-19 vaccines and menstrual changes.

The year-long study initially will follow 400,000 to 500,000 unvaccinated participants to observe changes that occur following each dose. Researchers will assess the prevalence and severity of post-vaccination changes to menstrual characteristics, including flow, cycle length, pain and other symptoms.

The analyses will account for other factors that can affect menstruation — such as stress, medications, and exercise — to determine whether the changes are attributable to vaccination.

The NIH was made aware in April that thousands of women reported changes in their menstrual cycles following COVID-19 vaccination — including missed, irregular, and heavy periods. The effect of COVID-19 vaccines on menstrual cycles was not assessed in clinical trials.

According to the most recent data from VAERS, between Dec. 14, 2020, and Sept. 3, 2021, there have been 8,184 total reports of menstrual disorders after vaccination with a COVID-19 vaccine.

100+ YOUTH SENT TO HOSPITAL FOR VACCINE-RELATED HEART PROBLEMS

A report released last week by Public Health Ontario (PHO) showed the incidence of heart inflammation following mRNA vaccination was significantly more prevalent in young people.

As of Aug. 7, there were 106 incidents of myocarditis and pericarditis in people under the age of 25 in Ontario — slightly more than half of the total of all such incidents. There were 31 cases in the 12- to 17-year-old age group and 75 cases in 18- to 24-year-olds.

The reporting rate for heart inflammation in those 18 to 24 was seven times higher with Moderna than with Pfizer.

Since the start of the COVID immunization program in Ontario on Dec. 13, there have been a total of 314 reports of myocarditis or pericarditis following receipt of mRNA COVID vaccines, 202 emergency room visits across all age groups, 146 hospitalizations and three cases resulting in ICU admission.

187 DAYS AND COUNTING, CDD IGNORES THE DEFENDER'S INQUIRES

According to the CDC website, “the CDC follows up on any report of death to request additional information and learn more about what occurred and to determine whether the death was a result of the vaccine or unrelated.”

On March 8, The Defender contacted the CDC with a written list of questions about reported deaths and injuries related to COVID-19 vaccines. We have made repeated attempts, by phone and email, to obtain a response to our questions.

Despite multiple phone and email communications with many people at the CDC, and despite being told that our request was in the system and that someone would respond, we have not yet received answers to any of the questions we submitted. It has been 187 days since we sent our first email to the CDC requesting information.
