Yes. But if you took away the fructose-bomb Coke. And the seed oil-soaked fries. And the gluten-powered buns. What you have is something that's healthier than any salad you can eat. Because the burger patties here are 100% beef (there's more testing when you're a giant chain), and cooked in their own fat. No seed oils. Cooking your own beef would obviously be more frugal and a little bit healthier. If you were on the move, and unable to book yourself into an all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse, you could do a lot worse. Don't let perfect be the enemy of good-enough.
