Can't imagine that grain flour would be good for the colon or improve constipation.

Flour + water = Glue. In the 70s we made wallpaper glue that way. Don’t matter if it’s “whole wheat” or refined 🤷🏻‍♀️ corn, rice & soy (all grains) create glue in the colon.
