Preserve the mouth microbiome, don't kill it, for it is connected to your gut

Thank you to Wejolyn.

International Journal of Dental Hygiene explains that,

Five controlled clinical studies were included. These studies found associations between the daily use of mouthwashes and changes in the oral microbiome, but the nature of the effect varied according to the mouthwash. Chlorhexidine (CHX) rinses lowered microbial diversity. While 7-day use of CHX led to increases in the abundance of Neisseria,  Streptococcus,  and Granulicatella and a decrease in the abundance of Actinomyces, its prolonged use led to widespread reductions in several genera and species. Cetylpyridinium chloride-containing mouthwashes specifically lowered the abundance of gingivitis-associated genera. In contrast, N-acetyl cysteine-based mouthwashes did not promote changes in the oral microbiome.

but concludes that it "favors the resolution of dysbiosis."  Contradictory.  How can these mouthwashes resolve dysbiosis when

Dr. Alex Rinehart reminds us that,

Our system is normally protected from unwanted bacteria by the acidity of the stomach from hydrochloric acid production, and in the small intestine from bile acids. Yet the system isn’t perfect, and doesn’t always stop inflammation and toxins from finding their way into the blood from the gums.
The oral microbiome is quite diverse. There are up to 700 species of bacteria in the mouth at any given time (3) – surpassing the 300-500 species of bacteria found in the gut (4). The bacteria in the gums will differ from the bacteria on the lips, as well as the cheek surface, the tongue, or the upper palate.

. . .

With more growth of the acid-producing bacteria such as Streptococcus mutans – the pH change not only leaches calcium from tooth enamel as part of the buffering process – the calcium can only do so much before the mouth becomes increasingly acidic due to the high growth of lactic acid-producing bacteria.

. . .

A number of conditions have been linked to imbalances in the oral microbiome including:

Appendicitis, pneumonia, inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, pregnancy complications, brain infection, respiratory infection, as well as lung ,liver, or spleen inflammation

U. of MINNESOTA: coffee enemas have been shown to increase Glutathione S-transferase (an enzyme produced by the liver) 600-700% (after just one coffee enema) --Wejolyn

The Coffee Enema -Part 2 of 2 by Wejolyn

Read on Substack

Very informative Substack article by Wejolyn.  She starts off with the benefits of coffee enemas during WWI.
coffee enema was first used in WW1 when a nurse used the surgeon’s coffee in place of water for a pre-surgery enema. The soldier noticed a large reduction in pain after the surgery was complete and the nurses administered coffee enemas to other patients who also benefited.

Why a coffee enema and not a water enema?

Whereas a ‘water enema’ is used for constipation, headaches & other general maladies - a coffee enema is different.  A raw organic green coffee is used and must be prepared ahead of time.  8 cups of pure water to 4 TBSP of organic raw coffee brought to a boil for 10 minutes and cooled. I highly recommend S.A. Wilsons coffee as it has been greatly studied for its high palmitates - buy here - https://amzn.to/4cqbvKe . If you should need an Enema Bag - buy here - https://amzn.to/4cLS5z7

One of the key goals of a coffee enema, Wejolyn explains, is to "keep as many benefits of the palmitates from the coffee as possible.

After coffee preparation do not use paper filters, or any filter because we want to keep as many components of the palmitates as possible! Palmitates in coffee stimulate and detoxify the liver and blood. Every 6 minutes all your blood goes through your liver to be detoxified. During the coffee enema, that time is shortened to 3 minutes. The caffeine and palmitates cause the liver and bile duct system to release bile into the colon and increases the flow of bile.

But that's not all.  She emphasizes that coffee enemas produce high amounts of glutathione, a key antioxidant that becomes a premium as we age.

Cafestol and kahweol are natural diterpenes extracted from coffee beans. In addition to the effect of raising serum lipid, in vitro and in vivo experimental results have revealed that the two diterpenes demonstrate multiple potential pharmacological actions such as anti-inflammation, hepatoprotective, anti-cancer, anti-diabetic, and anti-osteoclastogenesis activities. The most relevant mechanisms involved are down-regulating inflammation mediators, increasing glutathione (GSH), inducing apoptosis of tumor cells and anti-angiogenesis…

This is gold.

did you notice “increasing glutathione”? Glutathione is a tripeptide molecule composed of three amino acids: glutamate, cysteine, and glycine. It is a powerful antioxidant naturally produced by the body and found in various cells, tissues, and organs. Glutathione plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health but the body's natural production of glutathione tends to decrease as we get older. This decline is partly due to changes in the body's ability to synthesize the amino acids required for glutathione production and increased oxidative stress with age. To put it simply: most of us don’t have enough. There are glutathione supplements but they are expensive and again - must be assimilated and depending upon the person and their level of health- it is ‘iffy’ whether they make much of a difference. As a functional nutritionist I am always about wanting our own bodies to do the work, and here we find that coffee enemas have been shown to increase Glutathione S-transferase (an enzyme produced by the liver) 600-700% (after just one coffee enema) according to the University of Minnesota. Your liver uses palmitic acid as the chemical base to manufacture Glutathione S-transferase, what an amazing thing! Because of these two major detoxification aids of coffee enemas: 1. Clearing of the Bile Duct and 2. Production of Glutathione, coffee enemas can be extremely helpful for anyone experiencing a die-off or herxheimer (cleansing) reaction. Coffee enemas have been proven in studies to have hepatoprotective properties - meaning it protects against the progression of liver diseases, like cirrhosis and hepatitis. It is Anti-Cancer. Coffee enemas are absolutely amazing for chronic pain and are far better for the body than opioids and other addictive Pharma drugs.

I'm sold.

Anatomy of the Colon

A must-watch and a must-listen.

Your colon's health is not only about poop.  What else happens?

Large and Small Intestines.  The bowel is about 5 feet.  The intestinal tract is where you digest food above, and the small intestines are approximately 23 feet.  30 feet from mouth to anus.

Pay attention to the graph on your colon.  Notice the major aorta in all the veins that attach to the colon walls.  Why is that vitally important?

Because when you have poop stuck in your colon, you are technically poisoning yourself with the toxic substances sitting in your bowel.  And I just showed you all the blood attached, all the veins and the arteries, so all the toxins--skatole, cresol, indole, phenol, and the permeability of your wall.  All of these things are affected by stools sitting in that bowel and directly poisoning your blood.  And don't forget, your liver is cleansing that blood every 7 minutes.

1:25  So what else about this blood supply?  What else do we know?  Picture of blood vessels and a major artery that's attached to the colon wall.  Well, look at this.  It's the Superior Mesenteric Vein that affects your lymph drainage and your nerve supply.  Nerves, meaning your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.  That's your Vagus Nerve.  When you go to a chiropractor, they will adjust your Vagus Cranial Nerve.  It goes from the cranium all the way down the bowel.

THE VAGUS NERVE
The Vegas nerve operates mainly within the parasympathetic nervous system linking major organ activity to the brain.  According to Medical news today it's four main functions are:
1)  SENSORY: providing sensory information from the throat heart lungs and abdomen.
2)  SPECIAL SENSORY: providing taste sensation behind the tongue.
3)  MOTOR: providing movement for neck muscles so you can swallow and speak.
4)  PARASYMPATHETIC:  responsible for your digestive tract respiration and heart rate functioning.

While the sympathetic nervous system controls the fight or flight response sending out stress releasing hormones like adrenaline and cortisol so you can take action.

The Vagus Nerve does the opposite, helping you get rid of stress and remain calm the more things you do to stimulate the Vagus Nerve the more relaxed you are and less stressed you'll feel.

GUESS WHAT?  It attaches right to your colon, and that's why people feel so much better after they've had a colonic

It's a mixed nerve.
It's the longest, most widely distributed Cranial Nerve.
It's distributed until the right 2/3 of the transverse colon.
It contains Afferent, Motor, and Parasympathetic fibers.

HOW CAN THIS TOTALLY AFFECT YOU?
It can affect you because it's responsible for your parasympathetic nervous system, which is the calming influence.  The sympathetic nervous system is stress, cortisol, you're running away from a bear . . . .  But this Vagus Nerve does the opposite.  It helps you get rid of stress and remain calm.

2:35.  Here is your colon, and she's already shown us the major artery in the veins attached to that column wall which affects everything in your body because it's your blood.  It's like soil to a plant.  This is your blood directly affected by your colon.  But look at this these little green dots.  Those are your lymph nodes.  How important are your lymphs?  Well, basically your lymphs are your immune system.  The lymphs are like little trash cans that take out the garbage, and when they are full and when they don't move they get full of waste and matter.  And if they're attached here to this colon wall that's full of poop, you can see this is going to be a big problem.

Beef Tallow for Skin and Hair

Wejolyn explains,
This is a basic skin and body cream that I have on YouTube using beef tallow as a base. The recipe is in the comments. I use this exact recipe to add magnesium to as well so I have two creams out of the same recipe base. One cream is magnesium cream, and the other one is face and body cream.
youtu.be/ESVaQAwluLE?si

TAKEAWAYS
Coconut oil just sits on top of your skin, merely making your skin greasy; whereas, tallow actually penetrates your skin.  Nice difference.

Tallow will give you nice golden brown skin in the sun.

Get rid of the grains, sugars, vegetable and seed oils in your diet if you want healthy-looking skin.

She adds emu oil, which is good for dry skin.  Fishermen exposed to hours of sun use it.  It too is a saturated fat.  It comes from a bird, like an ostrich.

Collagen is the primary building block of your body’s skin, muscles, bones, tendons and ligaments, and other connective tissues. It’s also found in your organs, blood vessels, and intestinal lining.

Collagen is important for a youthful look.  A good red meat diet is essential but adding collagen as we age is important too for function and appearance.

WHAT IS COLLAGEN?

Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body. It accounts for about 30% of your body’s total protein. Collagen is the primary building block of your body’s skin, muscles, bones, tendons and ligaments, and other connective tissues. It’s also found in your organs, blood vessels, and intestinal lining.

Proteins are made from amino acids. The main amino acids that make collagen are proline, glycine and hydroxyproline. These amino acids group together to form protein fibrils in a triple helix structure. Your body also needs the proper amount of vitamin C, zinc, copper and manganese to make the triple helix.

SafeBlood is a Swiss organization set up in 2022 to assist [people all over the world] in search of mRNA-free blood

Here is the site, SafeBlood.com.

And if you want to know a little more about it, check out this 100-minute video.

A Swiss group called Safe Blood Donation will be the first organization to provide the service. The group was founded in 2022 by Swiss naturopath George Della Pietra who aims to provide people all over the world with a way to receive life-saving blood transfusions from blood that is untainted from the toxic mRNA jabs.

Naturalnews.com reports: The group will essentially act as a middleman to connect people all over the world with medical partners who are willing to accept blood donations and provide blood transfusions to people with health needs, but are hesitant to go to hospitals where they will almost certainly receive blood from vaccinated individuals.

More information on it here.

If you want to cleanse your blood in preparation for blood donation, check out ozone therapy from the expert Dr. Frank Shellenberger.  Also, find some insights on ozone therapy from Wejolyn.

A Letter from Heaven

Thanks to Wejolyn.

Our 14-year-old dog Abbey died last month. The day after she passed away my 4-year-old daughter Meredith was crying and talking about how much she missed Abbey. She asked if we could write a letter to God so that when Abbey got to heaven, God would recognize her. I told her that I thought we could do so, and she dictated these words:
Dear God,
Will you please take care of my dog? She died yesterday and is with you in heaven. I miss her very much. I am happy that you let me have her as my dog even though she got sick.
I hope you will play with her. She likes to swim and play with balls. I am sending a picture of her so when you see her you will know that she is my dog. I really miss her.

Love, Meredith

We put the letter in an envelope with a picture of Abbey and Meredith and addressed it to God/Heaven. We put our return address on it. Then Meredith pasted several stamps on the front of the envelope because she said it would take lots of stamps to get the letter all the way to heaven. That afternoon she dropped it into the letterbox at the post office. A few days later, she asked if God had gotten the letter yet. I told her that I thought He had.
Yesterday, there was a package wrapped in gold paper on our front porch addressed, 'To Meredith' in an unfamiliar hand. Meredith opened it. Inside was a book by Mr. Rogers called, 'When a Pet Dies.' Taped to the inside front cover was the letter we had written to God in its opened envelope. On the opposite page were the picture of Abbey & Meredith and this note:
Dear Meredith,
Abbey arrived safely in heaven. Having the picture was a big help and I recognized her right away. Abbey isn't sick anymore. Her spirit is here with me just like it stays in your heart. Abbey loved being your dog. Since we don't need our bodies in heaven, I don't have any pockets to keep your picture in so I am sending it back to you in this little book for you to keep and have something to remember Abbey by.

Thank you for the beautiful letter. ❤️

Cod liver oil is not healthy. It's oxidized oil in a bottle. Cod Liver is a True Superfood!

I used to love Underwood's Liverwurst.  If you can find a good, clean, and healthy liverwurst, then by all means. But the idea of cod liver pate sounds really good.  I will definitely try this.  Thank you, Wejolyn.

If you were wondering where the Chisholm Trail is, check out this map

Wikipedia does a decent job,

The Chisholm Trail was a trail used in the post-Civil War era to drive cattle overland from ranches in Texas to Kansas railheads. The trail was established by Black Beaver, a Lenape guide and rancher, and his friend Jesse Chisholm, a Cherokee merchant. They collected and drove numerous cattle along the trail to Kansas, where they could be shipped east to achieve higher prices. The southern terminus was Red River Station, a trading post near the Red River along the northern border of Texas. The northern terminus was a trading post near Kansas City, Kansas. Chisholm owned both of these posts. In the years of the cattle drives, cowboys drove large herds from ranches across Texas to the Red River Station and then north to Kansas City.

You might enjoy this PowerPoint of the Chisholm Trail.

A montage of the complete and utter insanity of the last 3-1/2 years. 👇🏼

Large human clinical trials from 1960s/1970s where sat fat was replaced by unsaturated fat (margarine > butter) rates of gallstones were significantly higher in group on vegetable oils

Thanks to WejolynFunctional Nutritionist, FDN, CNC, I-ACT Certified Colon Therapist (20 yrs), Weston A Price chapleader, and ADAPT Health Coach.

Gallstones in cholecystitis are likely to be caused by low-fat diets. Decades of low fat mean gallbladder hasn't been squirting out bile acid to dissolve ingested fat.  Sludge leads to stones; stones lead to pain and surgery.  Another condition caused by bad advice to cut fat.  --Gary Fettke

Glyphosate exposure linked to cognitive decline, hearing loss, and depression! Best way to avoid glyphosate: avoid grains, legumes, and eat mostly meat, dairy, eggs

Thanks to Wejolyn, who is a Functional Nutritionist, FDN, CNC, I-ACT Certified Colon Therapist (20 yrs), Weston A. Price chapleader, and ADAPT Health Coach.

The only carbohydrate that I rarely cheat on is the potato when it shows up on the plate of steak and eggs or an omelet.  Don't eat any kind of bread anymore, and when I did I'd usually eat it just to put butter on it.  But here is a very wise, very healthy reason to avoid grains: glyphosate.

Professor Parke said gynecologists had been aware that heavy dieting affected fertility but it had not been known that even a small weight loss could affect fertility.

Professor Parke said that during the 1,000-calorie phase 37 of the women developed hormonal disturbances.

There were two types of disturbances with about the same frequency.

In one, no egg was developed in the cycle and the levels of one hormone, estradiol, were low.  In the other, there were lower than normal levels of another hormone, progesterone, which protects the embryo during its first weeks of development in the womb.  A deficiency in this hormone would seriously hinder development.

Professor Parke said gynecologists had been aware that heavy dieting affected fertility but it had not been known that even a small weight loss could affect fertility.

Fertility could be affected even when the woman did not fall below her ideal weight she often failed to notice any disturbance because the menstrual flow occurred normally.

The younger the woman, the greater the possibility that the weight loss would lead to such disturbances.  Professor Parke said, "We noted that diet-caused disturbances appeared much more often and those age up to 24 years old than in the 25 to 30 age group," he said.  The reason could be that accessibility of the menstrual cycle increases until the mid-40s.

The probability of a disturbance rose in relation to the amount of weight shed or the further the weight fell below the ideal body weight.

The composition of the diet was decisive.  With the same loss of weight, a vegetarian diet or one rich in carbohydrates was much more likely to cause a disturbance than a balanced diet that contained meat and milk products.

The team's findings have been published in Fertility and Sterility a medical journal in the U.S.
