Niacin is key for DNA repair.
But this is not the whole picture sadly.
For example magnesium is the #1 thing needed. Supplementing melatonin reduces down natural production & increases other issues.
The protocol does not use systems awareness.
How many taking high niacin day after day will end up even lower on B12 or B9 (even though stored)?

Without understanding the ratios between these things this can cause higher homocysteine (increase stroke/heart issue risks), pernicious anemia & nervous system issues. Not good.
