Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) FIles Lawsuit Against CDC

(Natural News) Nonprofit organization Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), an advocate for full transparency of the medical products’ safety and efficacy, filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and its parent entity, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), for their refusal to make public the post-licensure safety data of Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines.

The lawsuit was filed after the agency turned down three Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to publish reports, submitted through the CDC’s “V-Safe” system.

The “V-Safe” is a smartphone application that uses text messaging and web surveys to give “personalized health check-ins” after a person receives a COVID shot. The “V-Safe” app is also supposed to allow individuals to report to the CDC if they have any side effects after getting a COVID-19 vaccine in “near real-time.” The system is supposed to be so effective that the agency said that depending on reports’ specifics, representatives may call to check on a vaccine recipient to collect more information.

The system was created because the CDC said that the Vaccine Adverse Effects Reaction System (VAERS) is not capable of determining causation, making it unreliable. At the same time, the agency noted that the COVID-19 vaccines are being administered under intensive vaccine safety monitoring efforts in the United States.

With hypoxia body goes to survival mode: circulates blood primarily to heart, lungs & brain. Is why people lose fingers & toes in hypothermia or cold water drowning. Isn't the cold as much as mammalian diving reflex kicks in & goes to the 3 organ pattern.

People have already stopped thinking.  Fear of COVID shut down their frontal cortex--their imagination, empathy, and creativity.  For too many the quiet efficiency and dead-stare gazes from vacuous zombies all electronically controlled is viewed as a kind of paradise where thought is efficiently erased and movement technically enhanced.  No more struggles.  No more errors unless your chip isn't read immediately by a biometric scanner.  All quite thoughtless and void of human error.  For many, this is a paradise and no dystopian at all.
