Carnivore might lower your T3, but that doesn't make you hypothyroid. Ketosis is a different fuel state with different markers for 'normal'. A high carb diet wastes a lot of T3 on glucose metabolism. If T3 levels didn't drop, you'd be hyperthyroid. Your body is running more efficiently. It needs less thyroid hormone to do the same work.

This is adaptation, not dysfunction.
