Carnivore might lower your T3, but that doesn't make you hypothyroid. Ketosis is a different fuel state with different markers for 'normal'. A high carb diet wastes a lot of T3 on glucose metabolism. If T3 levels didn't drop, you'd be hyperthyroid. Your body is running more efficiently.
