FBI's Wray Tells House Appropriations Committee "It's crunch time to reauthorize FISA." April 11, 2024.  Wray argues, 

an absolutely indispensable tool that Congress can give us in our fight against foreign adversaries is the authorization of section 702 of the foreign intelligence surveillance Act it is critical it is critical and securing our nation we are in crunch time with our 702 Authority be set to expire next week so let me be clear failure to reauthorize 702 or getting it with some new kind of Warrant requirement would be dangerous and put americans' lives at risk.

Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act was enacted to make it easier for the government to address foreign terrorist threats.  Targeting Americans is prohibited.  But intelligence agencies have used Section 702 to spy on hundreds of thousands of Americans every year and this week it's looking to get a lot worse.  Elizabeth Goitein of the Liberty and National Security program at the Brennan Center for Justice does a great job of explaining it and sounding the alarm.  Buried in the Section 702 Reauthorization Bill passed by the House on Friday is the biggest expansion of domestic surveillance since the PATRIOT Act.  Under current law, 

The Government can compel electronic communications service providers that have direct access to communications to assist the NSA and conducting section 702 surveillance companies like Verizon and Google must turn over the communications of the targets which officially must be foreigners overseas,

but this has been abused to spy on Americans.  

By changing the definition of electronic communication surveillance provider an amendment offered by House Intel Committee leaders and passed by the House vastly expands the universe of entities that can be compelled to assist the NSA.  If the bill becomes law, any company or individual that provides any service whatsoever may be forced to assist in NSA surveillance as long as they have access to equipment on which communications are transmitted or stored 

"When the amendment was first unveiled, civil liberties advocates noted that the provision would encompass hotels [including Air BnB] [local tax-funded] libraries, and coffee shops [Starbucks]," and so they were excluded.

But the vast majority of U.S. businesses remain fair game, including barbershops, laundromats, fitness centers, hardware stores, and any small business that provides Wi-Fi to their customers via routers.  It also includes commercial landlords that rent out offices which would target journalists, lawyers, financial advisors, and anyone renting commercial office space.  The amendment even includes service providers who come into our homes, such as house cleaners, plumbers, and IT service providers [like The Geek Squad], all of whom could be forced to serve as surrogate spies and be required to give the NSA direct access and "none of them would be allowed to tell anyone.  They would be under a gag order and would face heavy penalties if they fail to comply."

Having wholesale access to domestic Communications the NSA would then be on the honor system to retain only the communications of approved foreign targets and we know from past experience that they cannot be trusted to do this.

The Senate is scheduled to vote on the bill this week section 702 expires on April 19th but the Biden Administration has obtained FISA Court approval to continue until April 2025.  Call your senators now and tell them to block the "Everyone is a spy" surveillance bill.

the CIA and NSA funded Google. That's a proven thing. There were research grants that they had for surveillance, and Google won those grants.

Who is actually watching us online? 

3 threat vectors: 1) scammers and hackers, 2) big tech, and 3) big brother.  The last 2 work together.  

Google has been shaping the whole NSA and how the NSA collects data.  

How much is Google in bed with the NSA, CIA, and all of that it seems like anybody who is inconvenient with the government gets deplatformed, or anyone who goes against the whole cathedral narrative.  Is there any way of knowing how much the government is dictating who gets canceled and who doesn't? 

The scientists and doctors were censored.  Dude, there were thousands of them that got censored.  So it wasn't just those big names. 

I don't know if we can really know or predict, but we can observe.  We know that the CIA and the NSA funded Google.  That's a proven thing.  There were research grants that they had for surveillance, and Google won those grants.

The other thing that I think of a lot is the Chinese social credit system, which is going on right now in China.  This is real.  It's going on right now.  It's technological slavery, and Google is right at the heart of it.  They have worked closely with the Chinese government.  They don't care about people or individuals.  And I don't consider Google any better than government and anyone who seeks power.  And they all work together, putting this network into place that we don't even have an idea how powerful this network is.

8:45  There's a pro-human and anti-human vibe, and if you're trying to suppress freedom, I consider that anti-human, because then you're just looking for slaves.  Then the liberty side of the spectrum, which is pro-human, we all believe that liberty is the way to reach human flourishing at the maximized potential.  So all of these big companies seem to be working together in a very anti-human way that is . . . totally disturbing.

More disturbing to me are the hordes of people who follow along, get told what to do, get told what to think, and these hordes do not question it.  They don't question the evidence in front of them.  They don't reassess their view. 

What are the risks from hackers and scammers?  

When OWS turned over the organizational charts, they shocked everybody because the top organization that had managed OWS was not HHS, which is a public health agency. It wasn't CDC or NIH or FDA. It was the NSA, a spy agency.

It was a pretense for clamp down totalitarian control.

The weird thing about the pandemic was this constant involvement by the CIA and the intelligence agencies, and by the military.  When Operation Warspeed made its presentation to FDA, to the committee they call the (VRBPAC) Committee, Vaccine and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee, (VRBPAC) asked for the organizational charts which were classified up to that time.  When OWS turned over the organizational charts, they shocked everybody because the top organization that had managed OWS was not HHS, which is a public health agency.  It wasn't CDC or NIH or FDA.  It was the NSA, a spy agency.  That was the top agency, the lead agency on Operation Warp Speed on the pandemic. And the second agency was the Pentagon.  The vaccines weren't developed by Pfizer or Moderna.  They were developed by NIH.  The patents were owned 50% by NIH.  Nor were they manufactured by Pfizer or Moderna.  They were manufactured by military contractors.  And basically, Pfizer and Moderna were paid to put their labels on the vaccines as if they came from the pharmaceutical industry.  This was a military project from the beginning.

And then you have 20 different simulations that I uncovered, virus and pandemic simulations, that started in 2001 right before the Anthrax attacks.  And the CIA was sponsoring them all.  The last one was Event 201 in October 2019.  And the participants in there are Avril Haines, the former Deputy Director of the CIA, who's been managing cover-ups her entire life.  She managed Guantánamo Bay, lying on the Senate.  She is now the Director of DNI, Director of National Intelligence, which makes her the highest-ranking officer at the NSA that managed the pandemic.  So you have a spy who is convening these pandemic simulations and each of these simulations going back 20 years, they're not simulating a public health response  They're not doing things like,

"How do we stockpile vitamin D?" 

"How do we get people outdoors, get them to lose weight, get them doing exercise?"  

"How do we develop an information grid with all of the 15 million doctors, frontline physicians, all over the world?" 

Who are going to be encountering their situation so that we can get what they're doing that works, what doesn't work, and put together a model, here are the repurposed drugs that worked, here are the treatments that worked.  None of that happened.  It was an incredible opportunity to manage a pandemic in a way that was intelligent and sensitive and devastating to the disease but we didn't do any of those things.  It was all about how you use the pandemic to clamp down on censorship.  How do you use it to force lockdowns?
