SCHEDULE OF VACCINES: HOW DID WE GO FROM 3 in 1962 TO 73 in 2022?

First question, if the vaccines are safe and effective for children, why do the vaccine manufacturers come begging to the government for liability protection?  I mean if they're safe and effective . . . ?

Thank you, Ronald Reagan?

H.R.5546 - National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.  Sweet sounding title for an Act of Congress.  It almost sounds like the government has come to the aid and rescue of injuries to children and parents, but you'd be wrong, dead wrong.  So wrong, in fact, that you'd fail to grasp the criminal monopoly that Reagan handed over to the drug cartel operating openly with complete immunity inside the United States.  Hell, inside the hallowed halls of medical centers or complexes named after catholic saints or Christian denominations.  Talk about putting the stamp of approval on medical atrocities . . . .

The summary of the act doesn't read like it's protecting anyone except for the vaccine manufacturers.  In Article I, you read no reference to vaccine injury at all.  Instead, it reads like a government mandate with directorial commands like "direct," "ensure," and "coordinate." This is a mandate, not protection.

(Measure passed House, amended) National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 - Title I: Vaccines - Subtitle 1: National Vaccine Program - Amends the Public Health Service Act to establish in the Department of Health and Human Services a National Vaccine Program to: (1) direct vaccine research and development within the Federal Government; (2) ensure the production and procurement of safe and effective vaccines; (3) direct the distribution and use of vaccines; and (4) coordinate governmental and nongovernmental activities. Requires the Director of the Program to report to specified congressional committees.

Establishes the National Vaccine Advisory Committee to recommend: (1) ways to encourage the availability of an adequate supply of vaccines; and (2) research priorities.

So that we're clear, this law protects vaccine manufacturers of childhood vaccines, not adult vaccines.  Vax manufacturers of adult vaccines can be sued.  But why would the government, to whim we pay taxes, sign a law into effect and provide funding for it on our dime that protects manufacturers from liability?

Jon Rappoport explains that

The original 1986 law removed all liability from vaccine makers BECAUSE THERE WAS A PROBLEM, AND THAT PROBLEM WAS VACCINE SAFETY.

How did the American people ever come to think of the federal government protecting the American people from criminal gangs operating freely and openly in the U.S.

So, did Congress recognize there was a serious vaccine safety problem? You bet your life they did, and to make it seem they cared, they charged HHS with doing something about it, and reporting to them (Congress) every two years.

WHICH NEVER HAPPENED

And thanks to the efforts of Kennedy and Bigtree, all this is now exposed.

You can read the court judgment and relevant press release in this pdf document, here.

Again…

In 1986, vaccine makers went to the federal government and said they were going to get out of the vaccine business, because juries were awarding too much money in court, to parents of vaccine-injured children. The feds basically said, “We’ll ram through a law eliminating those lawsuits,” and they did. EVERYBODY AND HIS BROTHER KNEW VACCINE SAFETY WAS A MAJOR PROBLEM…

It's one thing for the government to shield selected manufacturers from legal and monetary damages.  That's bad enough.  But equally galling is the fact that doctors, those folks who recommend or dissuade vaccines as therapy to their patients, are also exempt from prosecutions.  Which means they can be loosey goosey with medical advice because there us no price to pay for being wrong.
