Nancie Givens, former executive director of the Arkansas Supreme Court’s Office of Professional Programs, was charged Thursday with 65 counts of tampering with a public record.
Authorities allege she altered bar exam scores across at least 8 administrations from July 2020 to July 2025, moving points between examinees so some reached the 270 passing threshold while at least 1 passing score was lowered to failing.11,400 related files were also deleted or made unavailable.
